Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗尿毒症的保健饮品,所述保健饮品包括以下重量份的原料:柿叶60‑100份,山药20‑50份,鸡脚参5‑10份,枸杞10‑20份,大枣10‑20份,三七5‑10份,茯苓1‑5份,车前子1‑10份。本发明公开的保健饮品,采用天然药物与有益菌有效结合,更加有效的利用了更组分的有益成分,起到了事半功倍的作用。本发明提供的保健饮品口感好,营养价值高,方便饮用,具有提高机体免疫力、调节血压、利尿通便、改善肾功能、增强体质,并对治疗尿毒症患者有显著的疗效。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及保健饮品技术领域,具体涉及一种治疗尿毒症的保健饮品及其制备方法。
背景技术
尿毒症是指急性或慢性肾功能不全发展到严重阶段时,由于代谢物蓄积和水、电解质和酸碱平衡紊乱以致内分泌功能失调而引起机体出现的一系列自体中毒症状称之为尿毒症。尿毒症隐蔽性极高,素有“隐形杀手”的称号。且发率极高,又有“第二癌症”之称。症状包括纳差、恶心呕吐、头痛、乏力和夜尿多等,多数病人口中有异味、口腔粘膜溃疡、鼻出血或消化道出血,还会出现注意力不集中、反应迟钝、肢体麻木、嗜睡或躁动不安等神经精神症状。目前,治疗尿毒症最为常见的莫过于西医所创的肾透析和肾移植:于透析而言,是一种能快速消除体内毒素的最直接办法,但患者除必须承受巨额的经济负担之外,对人体本身也是一种伤害且有严格的适应症和禁忌;于换肾而言,肾源少、配型难、成功率小、排斥现象一时难以解决,再加上费用昂贵,往往使患者苦不堪言甚至望而却步。相对的,中医则在一定程度上克服了其中的一些问题,比如灌肠法,有一定的结肠透析作用,是清除体内氮质的一个重要途径,为口服药物的补充,尤其对不能口服药物的病人更为适宜。
中医讲究药食同源,其实说中药与食物是同时起源的,前人已经证明了它们的保健作用和安全性,日常生活中,许多饮品是人类巧妙地利用有益微生物加工制造的一类产品,通过发酵使饮品中原有的营养成分发生改变并产生独特的风味-简单的说,加入的微生物就像一台台小小的加工机,对饮品的每个细胞进行处理,增加一些有益成分,去除一些无益的成分,顺便改变味道和质地,发酵时微生物分泌的酶能裂解细胞壁,提高营养素的利用程度,在发酵的过程中,微生物保留了原来原料的一些活性成分,如多糖、膳食纤维、生物类黄酮等对机体有益的物质,还能分解某些对人体比例的因子,如豆类中的胀气因子等。微生物新陈代谢是产生不少代谢产物,多数有调节机体生物功能的作用,能抑制体内有害物的产生。
在众多保健饮品中,还没有报道过对尿毒症有治疗作用的保健饮品。
发明内容
为了开发一款兼具保健和治疗作用的保健饮品,发明人作了大量调查和实验,发现了一种兼具保健和对慢性尿毒症起作用的保健饮品。
为实现上述目的,本发明首先提供一种治疗尿毒症的保健饮品,所述保健饮品包括以下重量份的原料:柿叶60-100份,山药20-50份,鸡脚参5-10份,枸杞10-20份,大枣10-20份,三七5-10份,茯苓1-5份,车前子1-10份。
优选的,所述保健饮品包括以下重量份的原料:柿叶80份,山药40份,鸡脚参7份,枸杞10份,大枣12份,三七6份,茯苓2份,车前子6份。
本发明所选原料柿叶,味苦、性寒、无毒,入肺经,柿叶入药已有悠久历史,其功效在《本草在新》、《本草衍生》、《中草药学》、《中药大辞典》等医学典籍中均有记载。中医认为:柿叶可以清脑明目、消炎解热、降低血压、增加心脏冠状动脉血流量、防止人体内亚硝酸胺的合成等功效,经常饮用能增进机体组织新陈代谢。它含有芦丁、胆碱、蛋白质、矿物质、糖等,突出的是每100克干柿叶中维生素c含量达3500毫克左右。国家级名老中医陈老明确指出:柿叶有利小便、通大便,在清血、软化血管、降血压方面有明显效果。已是我国国家级名老中医的经验用药,许多资料搜集也证明了这一点。此外,现代研究还证实柿叶中含有柿叶黄铜甙、熊果酸等对尿毒症有益的组分。山药,性味甘、平,归脾、肺、肾经,补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精。用于脾虚食少,久泻不止,肺虚喘咳,肾虚遗精,带下,尿频,虚热消渴。鸡脚参,辛、甘,平;祛风利尿,镇痛化积,接骨生肌。用于食积,脉管炎,肾炎,膀胱炎,尿路结石,风湿痛;外用治跌打损伤,骨折。枸杞,性味甘、平,归肝、肾经,滋补肝肾,益精明目。用于虚劳精亏,腰膝酸痛,眩晕耳鸣,内热消渴,血虚萎黄,目昏不明。三七,甘、微苦,温,归肝、胃经,散瘀止血,消肿定痛;用于咯血,吐血,衄血,便血,崩漏,外伤出血,胸腹剌痛,跌扑肿痛。配方中的大枣能够补脾和胃,益气生津,调营卫,解药毒的作用;茯苓,甘、淡,平,归心、肺、脾、肾经,利水渗湿,健脾宁心。用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠;车前子,甘、微寒,归肝、肾、肺、小肠经。清热利尿,渗湿通淋,明目,祛痰。用于水肿胀满,热淋涩痛,暑湿泄泻,目赤肿痛,痰热咳嗽。
进一步地,所述保健饮品还包括双歧杆菌0.1-1份。优选的,双歧杆菌为0.3份。每克所述双歧杆菌含有活菌数为15-17亿。
本发明选用了最佳的天然活性菌双歧杆菌,近年来发现双歧杆菌具有以下治疗效果:维护肠道正常细菌菌群平衡,抑制病原菌的生长,防止便秘,下痢和胃肠障碍等;抗肿瘤;在肠道内合成维生素、氨基酸和提高机体对钙离子的吸收;降低血液中胆固醇水平,防治高血压;改善乳制品的耐乳糖性,提高消化率;增强人体免疫机能,预防抗生素的副作用,抗衰老,延年益寿;增强机体的非特异和特异性免疫反应;控制内毒素血症的作用;提高宿主对放射线的耐受性。双歧杆菌在母乳喂养儿肠道内大量存在,对婴幼儿有许多好处,如营养、免疫及抗感染作用。并且还具有抗过敏、抗肿瘤、调整肠道功能及改善营养的作用等。在临床上,双歧杆菌具有调整肠道功能紊乱作用。可以预防腹泻,减少便秘,即双向调节。这种调节能起到预防和治疗各种肠道疾病的效果。本发明选用的双歧杆菌与天然药物有机结合,起到了意想不到的效果,在治疗尿毒症方面具有显著的作用。
进一步地,本发明所述保健饮品还包括甜味剂20-50份。优选的,所述甜味剂为白砂糖或冰糖。所述甜味剂在所述保健饮品中占的份数为0.3份。
更进一步地,本发明还提供了一种治疗尿毒症的保健饮品的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例称取柿叶、山药、手参、枸杞、大枣、三七、茯苓和车前子原料,并洗净、烘干、粉碎;
(2)将步骤(1)准备好的各原料混合均匀后放入密闭容器中,加入原材料重量份1000-1200倍的纯净水,同时加入甜味剂和双歧杆菌,密封搁置,并将密闭容器搁置在18-23℃环境内,搁置20-30天;
(3)在无菌条件下,过滤,取滤液真空脱气、均质,罐装密封。
有益效果

具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。若未特别指明,实施例中所用的技术手段为本领域技术人员所熟知的常规手段。
实施例1
各原料重量份如下:柿叶95份,山药20份,鸡脚参6份,枸杞12份,大枣12份,三七5份,茯苓4份,车前子2份。
制备方法如下:
(1)按比例称取柿叶、山药、手参、枸杞、大枣、三七、茯苓和车前子原料,并洗净、烘干、粉碎;
(2)将步骤(1)准备好的各原料混合均匀后放入密闭容器中,加入原材料重量份1000倍的纯净水,同时加入甜味剂30份和双歧杆菌0.2份,密封搁置,并将密闭容器搁置在18-23℃环境内,搁置20天;
(3)在无菌条件下,过滤,取滤液真空脱气、均质,罐装密封。
实施例2
各原料重量份如下:柿叶80份,山药50份,鸡脚参10份,枸杞15份,大枣10份,三七8份,茯苓3份,车前子5份。
制备方法如下:
(1)按比例称取柿叶、山药、手参、枸杞、大枣、三七、茯苓和车前子原料,并洗净、烘干、粉碎;
(2)将步骤(1)准备好的各原料混合均匀后放入密闭容器中,加入原材料重量份1000倍的纯净水,同时加入甜味剂20份和双歧杆菌0.9份,密封搁置,并将密闭容器搁置在18-23℃环境内,搁置30天;
(3)在无菌条件下,过滤,取滤液真空脱气、均质,罐装密封。
实施例3
各原料重量份如下:柿叶70份,山药40份,鸡脚参7份,枸杞10份,大枣12份,三七6份,茯苓5份,车前子9份。
制备方法如下:
(1)按比例称取柿叶、山药、手参、枸杞、大枣、三七、茯苓和车前子原料,并洗净、烘干、粉碎;
(2)将步骤(1)准备好的各原料混合均匀后放入密闭容器中,加入原材料重量份1000倍的纯净水,同时加入甜味剂30份和双歧杆菌0.3份,密封搁置,并将密闭容器搁置在18-23℃环境内,搁置25天;
(3)在无菌条件下,过滤,取滤液真空脱气、均质,罐装密封。
临床应用例1
赵某,女,56岁,四肢乏力、出现血尿、尿痛并出现浮肿的等症状,经确诊为:慢性肾炎晚期尿毒症,服用本发明的保健饮料3个月以后,临床症状明显缓解。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种治疗尿毒症的保健饮品,其特征在于,所述保健饮品包括以下重量份的原料:柿叶60-100份,山药20-50份,鸡脚参5-10份,枸杞10-20份,大枣10-20份,三七5-10份,茯苓1-5份,车前子1-10份。
2.如权利要求1所述的保健饮品,其特征在于,所述保健饮品包括以下重量份的原料:柿叶80份,山药40份,鸡脚参7份,枸杞10份,大枣12份,三七6份,茯苓2份,车前子6份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的保健饮品,其特征在于,所述保健饮品还包括有益菌0.1-1份。
4.如权利要求3所述的保健饮品,其特征在于,所述有益菌为双歧杆菌。
5.如权利要求4所述的保健饮品,其特征在于,每克所述双歧杆菌含有活菌数为8-12亿。
6.如权利要求4所述的保健饮品,其特征在于,所述双歧杆菌在所述保健饮品中占的份数为0.3份。
7.如权利要求3所述的保健饮品,其特征在于,所述保健饮品还包括甜味剂20-50份。
8.如权利要求7所述的保健饮品,其特征在于,所述甜味剂为白砂糖或冰糖。
9.如权利要求7所述的保健饮品,其特征在于,所述甜味剂在所述保健饮品中占的份数为0.3份。
10.一种治疗尿毒症的保健饮品的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例称取柿叶、山药、鸡脚参、枸杞、大枣、三七、茯苓和车前子原料,并洗净、烘干、粉碎;
(2)将步骤(1)准备好的各原料混合均匀后放入密闭容器中,加入原材料重量份1000-1200倍的纯净水,同时加入甜味剂和双歧杆菌,密封搁置,并将密闭容器搁置在18-23℃环境内,搁置20-30天;
(3)在无菌条件下,过滤,取滤液真空脱气、均质,罐装密封。
