技术领域
本发明涉及一种CF-4级柴油机油组合物用于船舶尾轴润滑的用途。
背景技术
随着柴油发动机技术的发展,比CF质量等级更低的CD级柴油机油不能满足某些发动机的用油要求。与CD级油相比,CF-4具有更好的高温抗氧性、清净分散性及抗磨性能,确保各种燃料状况下的发动机清洁,有效防止活塞环粘结延长发动机运转寿命,特别适用于燃料复杂(如硫含量较高)、低速大扭矩输出工况的发动机,如船舶主机、发电机组、推土机、挖掘机、采矿设备、装甲运输车辆等军用或民用柴油发动机。在兼顾发动机需求的同时,CF-4同时也可以满足船舶尾轴的需求,这可以大大简化船舶上的使用油品品种,优化产品线。
GB 11122-2006标准中规定CF-4发动机油必须通过L-38发动机试验轴瓦腐蚀试验、卡特皮勒1K、马克T-9、马克T-8A、康明斯腐蚀试验。
目前尚没有专利或文献记载柴油机油可用于船舶尾轴的润滑中。
发明内容
本发明目的旨在提供一种CF-4级柴油机油组合物的新用途。该组合物可用于船舶尾轴的润滑,可满足GB11122-2006 CF-4质量等级要求。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种CF-4级柴油机油组合物用于船舶尾轴润滑的用途;所述CF-4级柴油机油组合物以重量份数计由以下组份组成:
a)1~10份的清净剂;
b)1~15份的分散剂;
c)1~10份的抗氧剂;
d)0~20份的稠化剂:
e)0.03~2份的降凝剂;
f)0.01~1份的抗泡剂;
h)50~88份的基础油;
所述清净剂选自磺酸盐、硫化烷基酚盐或水杨酸盐中的至少一种;
所述分散剂选自高分子无灰分散剂、双烯基丁二酰亚胺分散剂或硼化无灰分散剂中的至少一种;
所述抗氧剂选自硫磷型锌盐、胺型抗氧剂、酚型抗氧剂、噻吩型抗氧剂或氨基甲酸盐类抗氧剂中的至少一种;
所述稠化剂选自聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚异丁烯或乙丙共聚物中的至少一种;
所述降凝剂选自聚α烯烃或聚甲基丙烯酸酯至少一种;
所述抗泡剂选自甲基硅油或氟硅油抗泡剂中的至少一种;
所述基础油选自HVI I类基础油或II类基础油中的至少一种;
所述组合物中钙含量不小于2000ppm,且钙与镁的含量之和不小于2700ppm,氮含量不小于500ppm。
上述技术方案中,优选地,以重量份数计,清净剂的用量为1~5份,分散剂的用量为3~13份,抗氧剂的用量为1~5份,稠化剂的用量为0~15份,降凝剂的用量为0.05~1份,抗泡剂的用量为0.01~0.2份,基础油的用量为60~88份。
上述技术方案中,优选地,所述清净剂选自磺酸盐和硫化烷基酚盐的混合物;混合物中,磺酸盐和硫化烷基酚盐的重量比为0.3~2.0。
上述技术方案中,优选地,分散剂选自高分子无灰分散剂、双烯基丁二酰亚胺分散剂、硼化无灰分散剂三者的混合物;混合物中高分子无灰分散剂的用量为1~7份,双烯基丁二酰亚胺分散剂的用量为1~6份,硼化无灰分散剂的用量为1~5份。
上述技术方案中,优选地,所述抗氧剂为硫磷型锌盐与胺型抗氧剂的混合物,或者为硫磷型锌盐与噻吩型抗氧剂的混合物。更优选地,所述抗氧剂为硫磷型锌盐与胺型抗氧剂的混合物时,硫磷型锌盐与胺型抗氧剂的重量比为2~5;所述抗氧剂为硫磷型锌盐与噻吩型抗氧剂的混合物时,硫磷型锌盐与噻吩型抗氧剂的重量比为1~6。
上述技术方案中,优选地,所述组合物中钙含量不小于2200ppm,且钙与镁的含量之和不小于2900ppm,氮含量不小于600ppm。更优选地,所述组合物中钙含量不小于2300ppm,且钙与镁的含量之和不小于3000ppm,氮含量不小于650ppm。
本发明方法中所述柴油机油组合物的制备方法为:将各组份按比例在50~70℃温度下加入基础油中,搅拌0.5~4小时,使其全部溶解,即可得到本发明的组合物。
本发明方法将柴油机油组合物用于船舶尾轴的润滑。本发明方法中的组合物通过各组份的协同作用,特别是控制组合物中钙含量不小于2000ppm,且钙与镁的含量之和不小于2700ppm,氮含量不小于500ppm,优选分散剂选自高分子无灰分散剂、双烯基丁二酰亚胺分散剂、硼化无灰分散剂三者的混合物,可满足GB11122-2006CF-4质量等级要求,通过CF-4质量等级规定台架试验,具有良好的抗氧化性、抗磨性、清净性和分散性,取得了较好的技术效果。
本发明中所述GB11122-2006CF-4质量等级要求具体为:必须通过L-38发动机试验轴瓦腐蚀试验、卡特皮勒1K、马克T-9、马克T-8A、康明斯腐蚀试验。
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步阐述。
具体实施方式
【实施例1~7】
将清净剂、分散剂、抗氧剂、稠化剂、降凝剂、抗泡剂、HVI类基础油为原料调制CF-415W-40的各配方进行实验,各配方组成见表1。在55℃温度下将以上混合物加热搅拌1小时至完全均匀。
采用下述试验方法考察了油品性能:氧化诱导期考察油品的抗氧化性,时间越长,表示油品抗氧化性能越好;磨斑直径考察油品的抗磨性,磨斑直径越小,表明油品抗磨性能越好;成焦板试验考察油品的清净性,成焦重量越少,表明油品清净性越好;烟炱分散性试验考察油品的分散性,粘度增长率越小,表明油品分散性越好;起泡性试验考察油品的抗泡性,泡沫越少,表明油品抗泡性越好;腐蚀试验考察油品的腐蚀性,等级越低,表明油品的腐蚀性越低;储存稳定性试验考察油品的稳定性,沉淀物越少,表明油品越稳定;锈蚀试验考察油品的防锈性能,锈蚀越少,表明油品的防锈性能越好;抗擦伤试验考察油品的润滑性能,试验通过,表明油品的润滑性能好;承载能力试验考察油品的承载能力,试验通过,表明油品的承载能力好;热氧化稳定性试验考察油品的氧化安定性,粘度增长越少,不溶物越少,表明油品氧化安定性越好。
各配方试验具体结果见表2。

a)1~10份的清净剂;
b)1~15份的分散剂;

e)0.03~2份的降凝剂;
f)0.01~1份的抗泡剂;
h)50~88份的基础油;
所述清净剂选自磺酸盐、硫化烷基酚盐或水杨酸盐中的至少一种;
所述分散剂选自高分子无灰分散剂、双烯基丁二酰亚胺分散剂或硼化无灰分散剂中的至少一种;

3.根据权利要求1所述CF-4级柴油机油组合物用于船舶尾轴润滑的用途,其特征在于所述清净剂选自磺酸盐和硫化烷基酚盐的混合物;混合物中磺酸盐和硫化烷基酚盐的重量比为0.3~2.0。

7.根据权利要求6所述CF-4级柴油机油组合物用于船舶尾轴润滑的用途,其特征在于所述组合物中钙含量不小于2300ppm,且钙与镁的含量之和不小于3000ppm,氮含量不小于650ppm。
