Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明的实施方案涉及剃须刀。更具体地,本发明的实施方案涉及具有简化的支架(cartridge)互连特征的剃须刀。
背景技术
存在许多具有不同把手造形的剃须刀。一些不具有可替换的刀片支架的一次性剃刀具有一个模制的把手,该把手被焊接到头部或被形成为头部的其中可以插入一个或多个刀片的部分。这样的一次性剃刀一般被认为提供的剃须次于具有可替换的刀片支架剃刀。支架连接到把手的方式影响制造成本和剃须质量。现有的剃刀一般使用通常包括许多部分的相当复杂的互连机构,所述部分全都被谨慎地形成且需要单独制造和组装,所述部分包括弹簧、钩子、释放按钮。这增加了制造过程的成本和复杂性。

具体实施方式
图1是本发明的一个实施方案的剃刀的分解视图。基底构件102由合适的热塑性塑料整体注射成型。合适的热塑性塑料包括一旦被固化就具有足够的刚性以限制把手的挠曲使得可以维持对附接到该把手的剃刀支架的良好控制的树脂。一种合适的热塑性塑料是按混合物的重量计具有10-30%的玻璃含量的玻璃浸渍的尼龙。已经发现此热塑性塑料具有合适的强度和刚性特性以形成用于本发明的一个实施方案的基底层。
基底构件102限定一个或多个内腔(interior pocket)116以接收增加把手重量且因此改善用户的触感的质量增加构件106。在一个实施方案中,腔116被设定尺寸使得配重以压力配合(pressure fit)关系保持重量,从而使得所述腔的壁或端在配重106上施加力以使它保持在腔内。在一个实施方案中,在基底构件102被注射且被固化之后,将所述配重插入到所述腔内。在一个替代实施方案中,通过嵌件成型(insert molding)形成组合的配重106和基底102。虽然在示出的实施方案中,呈现了三个内腔116(和三个配重106),但是配重和腔的其他配置在本发明的范围和预期内。基底构件102还具有在单个模制操作中形成作为其一部分的互连特征122,该互连特征被形成以接合一个刀片支架。下文参考图2和图3更详细地描述互连特征122。
在一个实施方案中,在制造期间的第二注射中,弹性体加固件104被包覆模制(over molded)到基底构件102上。弹性体加固件104改善了由握持剃刀的用户体验的触感并且支撑互连特征122以降低它在使用期间变得永久变形的风险。此外,弹性体加固件104提供对腔116内的配重106的附加保持。优选的是,配重106压力配合到腔116内以使得该弹性体加固件不是唯一的保持特征,但是该压力配合对于本发明的所有实施方案不都是必要的。
支架108包括形成刀头的部分的多个剃须刀片。该刀头被联接到一个注射成型的座,其具有一个从其延伸的凸构件118。凸构件118限定一个可以接收互连构件122的凹处128。
该头部的形状和构造可以具有大量不同的形式,包括在共同未决的申请序列号13/173,911或美国专利号8,479,398中描述的那些形式。支架互连特征、具有限定的凹处128的凸构件118独立于该头部的形式。
弹性体加固件104选自相对于被选择用于基底构件的热塑性塑料具有良好的粘附质量的一组热塑性弹性体(TPE’s)。在一个实施方案中,选择可购自Kraiburg TPE公司的弹性体TC5PAZ。在制造期间,在高温下注射TPE,这改善了与基底构件102的粘合特性。除了弹性体加固件104和基底构件102之间的自然黏附,基底构件102可以限定在制造期间弹性体树脂流入其内的填隙空隙(interstitial void)。固化的树脂然后进一步充当在那些填隙空隙内的锚,以防止弹性体加固件104与基底构件102分层。
图2是本发明的一个实施方案的剃刀的截面分解视图。基底构件102被示出,其中质量增加构件106驻留于其中的腔内。此外,可以看见由基底构件102限定的凹接收器232。凹接收器232被设定尺度以接收刀片支架108的凸构件118。互连构件112包括活动铰链212和齿222。活动铰链212被制造成使齿222偏置到凹接收器232内,使得当凸构件118被插入到凹接收器232内时,齿222接合凹处128(安置于凹处内)。
弹性体加固件104包括支撑互连构件112的活动铰链加固部分214。部分214增强活动铰链212到凹接收器232内的偏置。部分214还降低了活动铰链212移动超过在下面的材料的弹性区域到塑料区域内导致永久变形的风险。已经发现此构造允许该活动铰链承受数千个循环而不破损。
虽然在一个实施方案中,活动铰链212由弹性体加固部分214支撑,但是在其他实施方案中,可以使用其他弹性构件。例如,弹簧可以驻留在被模制为该基底构件的一部分的弹簧壳体内。在一个实施方案中,该弹簧将驻留在该活动铰链的前面且使它朝向凹接收器偏置。在此上下文中,活动铰链的“前面”被认为意指更靠近把手的头端的方向。可以用一个搭扣配合盖密封该弹簧壳体。一般地,所选择的弹性构件——不管怎样构成——在该活动铰链上施加偏置力,如所描述的,并且还有助于防止互连构件的永久变形。
图3是例示根据本发明的一个实施方案的互连的截面视图。在此图中,弹性体加固构件104被示出为驻留在基底构件102上。互连特征112和它的活动铰链212可以一起被看见,其中它的齿222延伸到凹接收器232内。互连加固部分214被示出为支撑活动铰链212和互连特征112的剩余部分。当刀片支架108的凸构件118被插入到凹接收器232内时,活动铰链212挠曲以允许凸构件118的前缘经过且然后活动铰链212和加固部分214的偏置力使该齿偏置成接合凹处128。刀片支架108然后被锁定就位并且准备好使用。为了移除该刀片支架,用户仅需要施加力到互连特征112以克服活动铰链212和加固部分214的偏置力来释放支架108。
图4是剃刀把手的一个替代实施方案的分解视图。在此实施方案中,基底构件402限定单个腔426以接收质量增加构件406,且腔壳体436为配重406提供附加的结构支撑。在基底层402的模制之后,配重406被压力配合到腔426内。在一个实施方案中,可以从构件402的底侧将配重406直接插入到腔426内。在插入之后,弹性体加固层404被包覆模制到基底构件402上。基底构件402的互连特征412与参考图1-图3描述的类似特征相同。
图5是图4的实施方案的剃刀把手的剖视图。基底层402限定一个配重腔426且被模制作为腔盖436的部分。在此视图中,可以看见连接特征412的活动铰链512和齿522。还示出了弹性体互连加固部分514。
所描述的实施方案提供了具有易于使用且低成本的用于可替换的刀片支架的互连的高性能剃刀。把手是通过注射模制基底层、将配重插入限定在该基底层内的一个或多个配重腔内、然后包覆模制弹性体加固层来制造的。此制造过程的简化产生了高成本有效的产品。

Claims (14)
1.一种剃须刀,包括:一个整体注射模制的基底构件,该基底构件限定一个互连构件以在一个接合点处能够可拆卸地接合一个刀片支架的对应的连接构件,所述互连构件包含活动铰链和齿,所述活动铰链使所述齿弹性地偏置到接合位置中;以及弹性加固件,该弹性加固件被联接到该基底构件,该弹性加固件驻留在所述活动铰链的前面以增强所述活动铰链的偏置,以在所述接合点附近增加该基底构件的互连构件的结构稳定性,在所述齿处于接合位置中时,所述活动铰链和所述弹性加固件的偏置力使所述齿偏置成接合所述刀片支架的凹处,且在释放所述刀片支架时,克服所述活动铰链和所述弹性加固件的偏置力来释放所述刀片支架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的剃须刀,其中该弹性加固件是一个覆盖在该基底构件上面的弹性体加固件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的剃须刀,其中该基底构件限定一个空隙,还包括:一个质量增加构件,该质量增加构件被布置在该空隙内且通过该弹性体加固件保持在其内。
4.根据权利要求2所述的剃须刀,其中该基底构件限定通过该弹性体加固件接合的多个间隙。
5.根据权利要求1所述的剃须刀,还包括:一个可替代的支架,该支架包括至少一个剃刀刀片和一个连接构件,该连接构件限定至少一个被对准以接收该齿的凹陷。

11.一种制造用于剃须刀的把手的方法,包括:注射模制一个基底构件,所述基底构件限定至少一个空隙且具有一个与互连构件整体形成的把手部分,所述互连构件能够在一个接合点处可拆卸地接合一个刀片支架的对应的连接构件,所述互连构件包含活动铰链和齿,所述活动铰链使所述齿弹性地偏置到接合位置中;用弹性体加固层加固基底层,所述弹性体加固层驻留在所述活动铰链的前面以增强所述活动铰链的偏置,以使得在所述齿处于接合位置中时,所述活动铰链和所述弹性体加固层的偏置力使所述齿偏置成接合所述刀片支架的凹处,且在释放所述刀片支架时,克服所述活动铰链和所述弹性体加固层的偏置力来释放所述刀片支架。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,还包括:添加配重到该基底构件。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中添加配重包括:在覆盖之前将一个质量增加构件插入到该空隙内。
14.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中加固包括:用弹性体树脂包覆模制该基底构件;以及固化该树脂。
