Abstract

本发明公开了一种轿车用空调线束总成，包括有线束、线束一端通过致密线束端与接线端子相连，线束另一端安装在安装片上，所述的安装片为长方形结构，安装片上设置有半圆形的线槽，线槽上设置有半圆形固定卡，半圆形固定卡的一端与安装片轴连接，另一端通过螺栓与安装片相连，安装片与固定板相连，固定板通过螺钉安装在空调壳体上。本发明轿车用空调线束由于具有与空调连接时的固定装置，与空调连接简单方便，且稳定性较好，线束不会发生窜动。能够避免线束移动导致磨损，保证空调使用安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种线束总成，尤其是涉及一种轿车用空调线束总成。
背景技术
如果把发动机比作汽车心脏的话，那么线束就是汽车的神经网络系统，它负责整车各个电器零件之间的信息传递。它把中央控制部件与汽车各用电器连接到一起，形成一个汽车控制系统。没有线束也就不存在汽车电路。汽车电线又称低压电线，它与普通家用电线是不一样的。普通家用电线是铜质单芯电线，有一定硬度。而汽车电线都是铜质多芯软线，有些软线细如毛发，一旦折断将对汽车造成很大的影响。
为了便于安装、维修,确保电气设备能在最恶劣的条件下工作,将轿车空调用电线通过合理的安排,将其合为一体,并用绝缘材料把电线捆扎成束形成空调线束总成，这样既完整,又可靠，传统汽车空调的线束不具有固定装置，需要利用绝缘胶带固定，这种固定不牢固，容易前后移动或窜动，进而容易造成线束磨损。
发明内容
本发明旨在于克服现有技术的不足，提供了一种轿车用空调线束总成，该线束总成自带有固定装置，固定稳定性好。
为了解决现有技术存在的不足，本发明采用的技术方案是：
轿车用空调线束总成，包括有线束、线束一端通过致密线束端与接线端子相连，线束另一端安装在安装片上，所述的安装片为长方形结构，安装片上设置有半圆形的线槽，线槽上设置有半圆形固定卡，半圆形固定卡的一端与安装片轴连接，另一端通过螺栓与安装片相连，安装片与固定板相连，固定板通过螺钉安装在空调壳体上。
所述的线槽上设置有三个半圆形固定卡。
所述的接线端子是由黄铜制成的。
本发明所具有的优点与效果是：
本发明轿车用空调线束由于具有与空调连接时的固定装置，与空调连接简单方便，且稳定性较好，线束不会发生窜动。能够避免线束移动导致磨损，保证空调使用安全性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，对本发明进行详细描述：
如图1所示，本发明一种轿车用空调线束总成包括有线束1、线束一端通过致密线束端3与接线端子2相连，线束另一端安装在安装片4上。所述的接线端子2是由黄铜制成的。
如图2所示，所述的安装片为长方形结构，安装片上设置有半圆形的线槽41，线槽上设置有半圆形固定卡42，半圆形固定卡的一端与安装片轴连接，另一端通过螺栓与安装片相连，安装片与固定板5相连，固定板通过螺钉7安装在空调壳体上。所述的线槽上设置有三个半圆形固定卡。

1.轿车用空调线束总成，其特征在于：包括有线束、线束一端通过致密线束端与接线端子相连，线束另一端安装在安装片上，所述的安装片为长方形结构，安装片上设置有半圆形的线槽，线槽上设置有半圆形固定卡，半圆形固定卡的一端与安装片轴连接，另一端通过螺栓与安装片相连，安装片与固定板相连，固定板通过螺钉安装在空调壳体上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轿车用空调线束总成，其特征在于：所述的线槽上设置有三个半圆形固定卡。
