本发明涉及显示屏连接结构技术领域,尤其涉及一种可拆屏式显示器。
背景技术
航空、客车上的机载吊挂式显示器,主要包括伺服主体和显示屏两部分,通常情况下,伺服主体嵌入式安装在客机行李架内饰罩内,工作时显示屏通过伺服主体内的驱动机构以绕轴旋转方式进行展开并显示机载娱乐信息,反之非工作时显示屏通过驱动机构以绕轴旋转方式收回隐藏。
但是,目前此类机载吊挂式显示器的结构通常为非拆屏式结构,当显示屏耗损需要更换、维修时,需要将整个吊挂式显示器从客机行李架内饰罩内拆卸后才能拆开组件并对显示屏进行更换、维修,传统的机载吊挂式显示器的装拆操作繁琐,导致维护工作耗费时间长,维修费用高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题和提出的技术任务是对现有技术进行改进,提供一种可拆屏式显示器,解决目前技术中传统的机载吊挂式显示器无法将显示屏单独拆卸,需要将整个机载吊挂式显示器从客机行李架内饰罩内拆卸,装拆操作繁琐,维护效率低的问题。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种可拆屏式显示器,其特征在于,包括伺服主体和显示屏,所述的显示屏与伺服主体之间通过电器线电连接,显示屏可拆卸的连接在伺服主体上,伺服主体驱动显示屏在展开位置和回收位置之间动作,所述电器线可拆卸的连接在显示屏上。本发明所述的可拆屏式显示器在实现正常的显示屏收回或展开功能的同时,伺服主体与显示屏之间的电连接和机械脸都为可拆卸结构使得显示屏可方便的从伺服主体上完全独立的拆卸下来,从而可以方便的单独维护、更换显示屏,无需再繁琐的将整个显示器从客机行李架内饰罩内拆卸下来,极大的缩短维护时间,降低劳动强度,提高维护效率,降低维护成本。
进一步的,所述的伺服主体上设置旋转轴,显示屏上固定有连接件,连接件与旋转轴连接,伺服主体驱动旋转轴转动使显示屏在展开位置和回收位置之间动作,旋转轴结构简单,占用空间小,可方便的调整显示屏的角度适应不同视角需求。
进一步的,所述的旋转轴的轴向平行于伺服主体表面,旋转轴驱动显示屏贴靠在伺服主体表面达到回收位置或展开。
进一步的,所述的连接件与旋转轴之间通过螺钉、卡扣和插销其中一种或多种方式连接,在保障稳定连接的同时方便拆卸,既具有良好的抗震动性,也能快速的装卸,提高维护效率。
进一步的,所述的连接件上设置有螺钉过孔,旋转轴上设置对应的螺纹孔,连接件与旋转轴之间通过螺钉连接,连接方式简单,操作方便,连接结构稳定牢固,避免出现显示屏掉落的状况。

本发明实施例公开的一种可拆屏式显示器,可单独并快速的装拆显示屏,无需将伺服主体从客机行李架内饰罩内拆卸下来,装卸操作简单,维护效率高,维护成本低,保障航空机组能及时的满足航运需求。
如图1至图3所示,一种可拆屏式显示器,包括伺服主体1和显示屏2,所述的显示屏2与伺服主体1之间通过电器线电连接,显示屏2可拆卸的连接在伺服主体1上,伺服主体1驱动显示屏2在展开位置和回收位置之间动作,可拆卸的连接结构可采用螺钉、卡扣和插销等连接方式,在实现稳定连接的同时能方便的拆卸,提高维护的效率,螺钉的连接稳定性好,抗震动性好,能有效防止脱离,卡扣和插销方式的装卸操作更加快捷,维护效率更高。所述的伺服主体1上设置翻转机构或导轨机构驱动显示屏2实现收回和展开,显示屏2相对于伺服主体1可以沿竖直方向移动、水平方向移动、倾斜移动或沿曲线方向移动进行收回或展开,使得显示屏2在不使用状态时能有效收纳,避免占用过多空间影响到乘客的移动,同时也对显示屏2自身起到保护作用,避免乘客的移动误碰损坏显示屏2。
在本实施例中,伺服主体1上设置翻转机构来驱动显示屏2动作,伺服主体1上设置旋转轴4,旋转轴4的轴向平行于伺服主体1表面,显示屏2上铆接着连接件3,显示屏2通过连接件3与旋转轴4连接,旋转轴4带动显示屏2沿伺服主体1表面的垂直方向上旋转,旋转轴4驱动显示屏2贴靠在伺服主体1表面达到回收位置或向外展开。
同时,在本实施例中,连接件3与旋转轴4之间采用螺钉方式的可拆卸结构,连接件3上设置有螺钉过孔,旋转轴4上设置对应的螺纹孔,连接件3与旋转轴4之间通过螺钉5连接,并且螺钉5采用松不脱方式,进一步保障连接结构的稳定性,提高抗震动性,避免出现连接脱落的状况,提高使用安全性。
为了提高结构的紧凑性,旋转轴4上设置了沿旋转轴心直径方向剖开的半圆柱形连接处,连接件3上设置与之对应的半圆柱形连接处,旋转轴4与连接件3拼接后形成圆柱结构,同时,旋转轴4上设置了沉槽6,并且沉槽6位于旋转轴4与连接件3的拼接面上,旋转轴4的一端开设有与沉槽6连通的通孔,与伺服主体1连接的电器线沿通孔和沉槽6走线,电器线上设置的插接连接器装置在沉槽6中,连接件3的拼接面上设置与插接连接器对应的插接头,插接头与显示屏2电连接,从而使得连接件3与旋转轴4进行连接的同时,插接头与插接连接器对接实现电连接,提高操作的便捷性,同时,旋转轴4与连接件3拼接后将插接头与插接连接器包裹在内部,对插接头与插接连接器之间的连接起到保护作用,避免插接头与插接连接器裸露在外由于震动或者人为误触导致脱落分离,确保显示器有稳定的电连接,提高显示器的使用可靠性。
当需要拆卸显示屏2时,可在图1、图2所示的展开状态或在图3所示的收回状态用螺丝刀将螺钉5松开即可将展开式显示屏2从伺服主体1上拆下,在将旋转轴4与连接件3分离的同时电器线的插接头与插接连接器也断开,可方便的对显示屏2进行维护和更换,重新安装时类似原理反过程操作即可。
在其他实施例中,连接件3与旋转轴4之间的连接可仅作为传动的结构连接,拆分连接件3与旋转轴4的连接之后,即可实现伺服主体1和显示屏2的结构脱离,而显示屏2与伺服主体1之间的电连接通过单独设置在连接件3与旋转轴4外部的电器线连接,电器线上设置方便装卸的插接头与插接连接器,在维修、更换时,需要同时再分离电器线上的插接头与插接连接器。

Claims (4)
1.一种可拆屏式显示器,其特征在于,包括伺服主体和显示屏,所述的显示屏与伺服主体之间通过电器线电连接,显示屏可拆卸的连接在伺服主体上,所述电器线可拆卸的连接在显示屏上,所述的伺服主体上设置旋转轴,显示屏上固定有连接件,连接件与旋转轴连接,伺服主体驱动旋转轴转动使显示屏在展开位置和回收位置之间动作,所述的旋转轴上设置了沉槽,与伺服主体连接的电器线的插接连接器装置在沉槽中,显示屏上设置了与插接连接器对应的插接头,所述的沉槽位于旋转轴与连接件的拼接面上,旋转轴的一端开设有与沉槽连通的通孔,与伺服主体连接的电器线沿通孔和沉槽走线,连接件的拼接面上设置与插接连接器对应的插接头,所述的旋转轴上设置了沿旋转轴心直径方向剖开的半圆柱形连接处,连接件上设置与之对应的半圆柱形连接处,旋转轴与连接件拼接后形成圆柱结构,旋转轴与连接件拼接后将插接头与插接连接器包裹在内部,所述的连接件上设置有螺钉过孔,旋转轴上设置对应的螺纹孔,连接件与旋转轴之间通过螺钉连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可拆屏式显示器,其特征在于,所述的旋转轴的轴向平行于伺服主体表面,旋转轴驱动显示屏贴靠在伺服主体表面达到回收位置或展开。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可拆屏式显示器,其特征在于,所述的螺钉采用松不脱方式安装于连接件与旋转轴之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可拆屏式显示器,其特征在于,所述的伺服主体上设置翻转机构或导轨机构驱动显示屏动作。
