Abstract
一种数据线固定机构,用以将若干数据线固定到一电子元件上,所述电子元件包括一电路板,所述数据线固定机构包括一卡扣部及一与所述卡扣部相连的滑动部,所述卡扣部设有一卡扣槽,所述滑动部设有若干滑动槽,所述数据线能够收容在所述滑动槽中并连接到所述电子元件上,所述卡扣槽能够卡扣到所述电路板上从而固定住所述数据线。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种数据线固定机构,尤其涉及一种用于电子装置的数据线固定机构。
背景技术
一些电子元件在使用时需要连接一些数据线,为了避免这些数据线在使用时因振动而掉落,通常使用胶带将其粘在电子元件上。但是,一些电子元件的尺寸过小,没有足够的安装空间。而且,胶带在使用较长时间后由于粘性减弱而可能导致数据线脱落。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种可稳固固定数据线的数据线固定机构。
一种数据线固定机构,用以将若干数据线固定到一电子元件上,所述电子元件包括一电路板,所述数据线固定机构包括一卡扣部及一与所述卡扣部相连的滑动部,所述卡扣部设有一卡扣槽,所述滑动部设有若干滑动槽,所述数据线能够收容在所述滑动槽中并连接到所述电子元件上,所述卡扣槽能够卡扣到所述电路板上从而固定住所述数据线。
优选地,所述电路板一端设有若干接口,所述数据线能够固定到所述接口中从而与所述电子元件相连接。
优选地,所述数据线一端设有一接头,所述接头能够插入所述接口中从而将所述数据线与所述电子元件相连。
优选地,所述卡扣部包括一顶板及一与所述顶板平行的底板,所述顶板与所述顶板之间形成两收容空间,所述接头能够收容在所述收容空间中。
优选地,所述底板朝所述顶板方向凸设有一凸块,所述卡扣槽开设在所述凸块与所述顶板之间。
优选地,所述卡扣槽开设在所述两收容空间之间,且与所述两收容空间相连通。
优选地,所述卡扣槽厚度大致等于所述电路板厚度。
优选地,所述滑动槽与所述收容空间相连通。
优选地,所述滑动部顶部还设有若干防滑条,所述防滑条用以方便推动所述数据线固定机构。
相较于现有技术,上述数据线固定机构滑动安装到所述数据线上,并利用所述卡扣槽卡扣到所述电路板上从而方便的将所述数据线固定到所述电子元件上而防止其脱落。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明的一较佳实施方式中,一种数据线固定机构100用以将若干数据线20固定在一电子元件10上。
所述电子元件10包括一电路板11,所述电路板11一端设有两接口111。所述数据线20一端设有一接头21,所述接头21能够插入到所述接口111中从而将所述数据线20连接到所述电子元件10上。
请参阅图1及图2,所述数据线固定机构100包括一卡扣部30及一与所述卡扣部30相连的滑动部40。所述卡扣部30包括一顶板31及一与所述顶板31平行的底板32。所述顶板31与所述底板32之间两侧各形成一收容空间33,所述接头21能够收容在所述收容空间33中。所述顶板31朝所述底板32方向凸设有一凸块311,所述凸块311与所述底板32之间形成一卡扣槽34,所述两收容空间33通过所述卡扣槽34相连。所述卡扣槽34厚度大致等于所述电路板11厚度。所述滑动部40顶部设有若干防滑条41,所述防滑条41用以方便推动所述数据线固定机构100。所述滑动部40两侧各设有一与所述收容空间33相连通的滑动槽42,所述数据线能够收容于所述滑动槽42中并可在所述滑动槽42中来回滑动。
请参阅图3至图5,组装时,将所述两数据线20滑动安装到所述滑动槽42中,所述两接头21固定连接到所述两数据线20一端。再将所述数据线20放置到所述电子元件10的电路板11上,所述接头21插入所述电路板11的接口111中,而将所述数据线20与所述电子元件10连接在一起。推动所述数据线固定机构100,所述电路板11插入所述卡扣槽34中,所述卡扣槽34两侧的凸块311及底板32分别卡扣在所述电路板11两侧,所述接头21收容于所述收容空间33中。此时,所述数据线固定机构100将所述数据线20固定在所述电子元件10上而防止其脱落。
本发明所述数据线固定机构100滑动安装在所述数据线20上,利用所述卡扣槽34卡扣到所述电路板11上从而简单方便的将所述数据线20固定到所述电子元件10上。
Claims (9)
1.一种数据线固定机构,用以将若干数据线固定到一电子元件上,所述电子元件包括一电路板,其特征在于:所述数据线固定机构包括一卡扣部及一与所述卡扣部相连的滑动部,所述卡扣部设有一卡扣槽,所述滑动部设有若干滑动槽,所述数据线能够收容在所述滑动槽中并连接到所述电子元件上,所述卡扣槽能够卡扣到所述电路板上从而固定住所述数据线。
2.如权利要求1所述的数据线固定机构,其特征在于:所述电路板一端设有若干接口,所述数据线能够固定到所述接口中从而与所述电子元件相连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的数据线固定机构,其特征在于:所述数据线一端设有一接头,所述接头能够插入所述接口中从而将所述数据线与所述电子元件相连。
4.如权利要求3所述的数据线固定机构,其特征在于:所述卡扣部包括一顶板及一与所述顶板平行的底板,所述顶板与所述顶板之间形成两收容空间,所述接头能够收容在所述收容空间中。
5.如权利要求4所述的数据线固定机构,其特征在于:所述底板朝所述顶板方向凸设有一凸块,所述卡扣槽开设在所述凸块与所述顶板之间。
6.如权利要求5所述的数据线固定机构,其特征在于:所述卡扣槽开设在所述两收容空间之间,且与所述两收容空间相连通。
7.如权利要求6所述的数据线固定机构,其特征在于:所述卡扣槽厚度大致等于所述电路板厚度。
8.如权利要求4所述的数据线固定机构,其特征在于:所述滑动槽与所述收容空间相连通。
9.如权利要求1所述的数据线固定机构,其特征在于:所述滑动部顶部还设有若干防滑条,所述防滑条用以方便推动所述数据线固定机构。
