本发明属于气化炉技术领域,涉及一种双层翻板式进料机构,包括一号斗、二号斗及开口式绞龙,所述一号斗的出料口密封连接二号斗的进料口,二号斗的出料口连接开口式绞龙的上部斗;所述一号斗下端设置一号阀门,二号斗下端设置二号阀门,开口式绞龙的上部斗内腔下部设置第二料位监测器,一号斗上部设置第一料位监测器。该进料机构密封可靠,可以定量有效进料。

技术领域
本发明属于气化炉技术领域,涉及一种双层翻板式进料机构。
背景技术
用生物质替代煤,天然气和重油等化石燃烧来制备合成为甲醇、汽油或柴油等液体燃料而用于交通工具,这样即可以满足人类对液体燃料日益增长的需求,同时又可有效减轻由于大量使用化石燃料给环境带来的污染。目前,气化炉的进料机构采用钟罩式机构,这种机构存在的问题是使用过程中存在卡料的问题,同时周期性的大体积进料,造成炉内气体不稳定,大体积料落下过程中造成的粉尘飞扬,影响平稳进料。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供一种双层翻板式进料机构,该进料机构密封可靠,可以定量有效进料。
按照本发明的技术方案:一种双层翻板式进料机构,其特征在于:包括一号斗、二号斗及开口式绞龙,所述一号斗的出料口密封连接二号斗的进料口,二号斗的出料口连接开口式绞龙的上部斗;所述一号斗下端设置一号阀门,二号斗下端设置二号阀门,开口式绞龙的上部斗内腔下部设置第二料位监测器,一号斗上部设置第一料位监测器。
作为本发明的进一步改进,二号斗的出料口通过筒体与开口式绞龙相连接。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一料位监测器、第二料位监测器、一号阀门、二号阀门分别通过信号线与外接PLC相连接,PLC通过接收到的信号控制一号阀门、二号阀门的开闭。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述开口式绞龙的中心轴由电机驱动。
本发明的技术效果在于:密封好,自动化程度高,不会出现卡料,彻底改变以前钟罩式机构的卡料和周期性大体积进料,大大改善炉内气体稳定性,避免了冲击落料造成的粉尘飞扬,达到均匀平稳进料。两道翻板门的执行机构(气缸、油缸、机械电动三种)方式都可,两层翻板的上部接触平面都有真空密封条进行密封,密封良好,使用寿命长,有压缩弹性。同时开口式绞龙杜绝原来常规绞龙只能局限粉末状颗粒,对木块、条类无法送料等不足,此绞龙适用多种原料,相当理想,既密封又无故障。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的说明。
图1中,包括一号门1、二号门2、电机3、开口式绞龙4、第一料位监测器5、第二料位监测器6、一号斗7、二号斗8、筒体9等。
如图1所示,本发明是一种双层翻板式进料机构,包括一号斗7、二号斗8及开口式绞龙4,所述一号斗7的出料口密封连接二号斗8的进料口,二号斗8的出料口连接开口式绞龙4的上部斗;所述一号斗7下端设置一号阀门1,二号斗8下端设置二号阀门2,开口式绞龙4的上部斗内腔下部设置第二料位监测器6,一号斗7上部设置第一料位监测器5。
二号斗8的出料口通过筒体9与开口式绞龙4相连接。
第一料位监测器5、第二料位监测器6、一号阀门1、二号阀门2分别通过信号线与外接PLC相连接,PLC通过接收到的信号控制一号阀门1、二号阀门2的开闭。
开口式绞龙4的中心轴由电机3驱动。
本发明双层翻板式密封进料机构可适用稻壳、木屑、木块、秸秆压块料及其它粉状、小块状生物质,既密封又能定量有序进料。
本发明的工作过程:双层翻板式进料机构有上下两道阀门,最下部直连开口式绞龙4,在绞龙接口螺旋上部斗内有第二料位检测器6,当料低于第二料位检测器6时,信号给PLC,此时绞龙停止进料工作,同时给信号,通知二号阀门2打开翻板,此时等在二号阀门2上部斗里的料自动下滑,然后顺序关闭二号阀门2,待关闭好给信号PLC,通知打开一号阀门1,把一号阀门1上部斗里预备好的料下落到二号斗8里,随即关闭一号阀门1,然后信号通知输送机进行上料,待料位满仓,第一料位检测器5信号就通知输送机停等下一个进料信号(就此往复)。
Claims (4)
1.一种双层翻板式进料机构,其特征在于:包括一号斗(7)、二号斗(8)及开口式绞龙(4),所述一号斗(7)的出料口密封连接二号斗(8)的进料口,二号斗(8)的出料口连接开口式绞龙(4)的上部斗;所述一号斗(7)下端设置一号阀门(1),二号斗(8)下端设置二号阀门(2),开口式绞龙(4)的上部斗内腔下部设置第二料位监测器(6),一号斗(7)上部设置第一料位监测器(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的双层翻板式进料机构,其特征在于:二号斗(8)的出料口通过筒体(9)与开口式绞龙(4)相连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的双层翻板式进料机构,其特征在于:所述第一料位监测器(5)、第二料位监测器(6)、一号阀门(1)、二号阀门(2)分别通过信号线与外接PLC相连接,PLC通过接收到的信号控制一号阀门(1)、二号阀门(2)的开闭。
4.如权利要求1所述的双层翻板式进料机构,其特征在于:所述开口式绞龙(4)的中心轴由电机(3)驱动。
