本发明公开了一种具有良好韧性的通信线缆料,由特定重量份的聚乙烯、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯酯、马来酸酐接枝相容剂、竹炭聚酯纤维、滑石粉、硅烷偶联剂、抗氧化剂、耐磨剂、阻燃剂构成。本发明能显著提高线缆的柔韧性,进而提高了通信线缆的使用寿命。

背景技术
通信线缆主要用于通信设备之间传输电信号或光信号,其主要由缆芯和护套构成。随着现代科学技术的发展和技术的进步,对通信线缆提出了更高的要求。现有技术通信线缆料采用PE树脂时,由于其耐磨性、耐化学药品性、耐环境应力开裂性及耐热等性能不佳,限制了其应用范围,需要通过改性来提高其性能,以满足通信线缆要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有良好韧性的通信线缆料,以实现改性聚乙烯以满足通信线缆要求的目的。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:

聚乙烯 40份—80份,
乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯 20份—60份,
马来酸酐接枝相容剂 80份—120份,
竹炭聚酯纤维 4份—8份,
滑石粉 6份—10份,
硅烷偶联剂 2份—6份,
抗氧化剂 7份—11份,
耐磨剂 20份—60份,
阻燃剂 30份—70份。

所述的一种具有良好韧性的通信线缆料,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂为氢氧化镁或氢氧化铝。
本发明用聚乙烯与乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共混改性,使线缆料具有良好的柔韧性、透明性、较好的透气性和印刷性,同时以竹炭聚酯纤维作为改性填充物,能进一步提高线缆料的柔韧性。
本发明能显著提高线缆的柔韧性,进而提高了通信线缆的使用寿命。
