技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于车辆的安全气囊装置,更特别地,涉及一种用于车辆的安全气囊装置的技术,该技术在新的正面考察移动损害壁障碰撞的时候利用主腔(main tube)和连接至主腔的支撑腔(support tube)更有效地保护车辆的乘员的安全。
背景技术
汽车制造商已经开发出并且售出这样一种车辆:该车辆满足由美国公路安全保险协会(insurance institute for highway safety,IIHS)制定的小型重复碰撞测试,从而适应海外销售网络。
IIHS的小型重复碰撞测试在这样的条件下实施,车速:64km/h,角度:0°正面,偏移量:25%,以及壁障:刚性柱。此后,车辆需要满足用于更加考虑乘客的安全的新的正面考察移动损害壁障测试。
新的正面考察移动损害壁障测试在这样的条件下被分析,车速:90.1km/h,角度:15°倾斜,偏移量:35%,以及壁障:考察移动损害壁障(research moving deformablebarrier,RMDB),并且与目前的小型重复碰撞测试相比,车速和壁障的重量是非常严格的,因此用于保证车辆乘客的安全的方法已经成为亟待解决的问题。
换言之,在新的正面考察移动损害壁障碰撞的时候,乘客的上身转向如图1中所示的偏移碰撞(offset collision)的方向(驾驶员的座椅方向)。仅依靠普通的乘客安全气囊腔1(目前使用的)不能有效地保护乘客的头部2,因此乘客的头部与破裂板碰撞从而可能受到严重地伤害。

发明内容
本发明涉及一种用于车辆的安全气囊装置,其致力于有效地应对新的正面考察移动损害壁障碰撞,本发明的目标为提供这样一种用于车辆的安全气囊装置,其可以通过控制支撑腔是否展开而更有效的保护车辆的乘员的安全。
根据本发明构思的示例性实施方案,提供一种用于车辆的安全气囊装置,包括:充气机;主腔,其配置为当所述充气机爆发时,利用气体压力朝着车辆的乘员展开;支撑腔,其接合至所述主腔的一侧,所述支撑腔配置为利用供应自所述主腔的气体而展开;活动通气孔,其配置为安装在将所述主腔连接至所述支撑腔的路径中,从而打开和关闭所述路径;控制器,其配置为控制所述活动通气孔的打开和关闭操作。
所述车辆的乘员可以为乘客。所述支撑腔可以接合至所述主腔的第一方向上的一侧,所述第一方向为从乘客的座椅至驾驶员的座椅,并且当所述活动通气孔打开时,所述支撑腔可以朝着所述驾驶员的座椅展开。

如上所述,根据本发明的示例性实施方案,在新的正面考察移动损害壁障碰撞的时候,在乘客系上座椅安全带的情形下,支撑腔20连通主腔10一起朝着驾驶员的座椅方向展开,使得利用展开的支撑腔20更有效地保护乘客的上身和头部,从而更有效地保护乘客的安全。
