本发明涉及食品技术领域,具体涉及一种苦瓜汁饮料。
背景技术
苦瓜气味苦、无毒、性寒,具有清热祛暑、明目解毒、降压降糖、利尿凉血、解劳清心、益气壮阳之功效。苦瓜中含有多种维生素、矿物质,含有清脂、减肥的特效成分,可以加速排毒。苦瓜的维生素C含量很高,具有预防坏血病、保护细胞膜、防止动脉粥样硬化、提高机体应激能力、保护心脏等作用。
饮料则是指以水为基本原料,由不同的配方和制造工艺生产出来,供人或牲畜直接饮用的液体食品。饮料除提供水分外,由于在不同品种的饮料中含有不等量的糖、酸、乳、钠、脂肪、能量以及各种氨基酸、维生素、无机盐等营养成分,因此有一定的营养。
所以,将苦瓜制成饮料,有非常高的保健价值。

一种苦瓜汁饮料,由以下重量份原料的配比组成:鲜榨苦瓜汁12-16份、蜂蜜3-5份、麦芽糖6-8份、柠檬酸2-4份、椰果果粒12-14份、甜味剂1-3份、纯净水30-40份。
本发明的有益效果是:将苦瓜汁制成饮料,不仅有利于人们克服苦瓜的苦味经常进食,还可以保留苦瓜的营养物质,如多肽、矿物质、维生素等。如此,更能将苦瓜明目解毒、清脂、减肥、保护心脏等功效发挥出来,达到日常保健的作用。
