Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于燃气锅炉的并排式换热器,包括烟气蛇形管和冷却液蛇形管,烟气蛇形管与冷却液蛇形管并排贴合在一起,所述烟气蛇形管内部管道走向与所述冷却液蛇形管内部管道走向相同。本发明一种用于燃气锅炉的并排式换热器,实现了废气热量的充分吸收,避免了热量和燃料的浪费。

技术领域
本发明涉及供热设备制造技术领域,尤其是一种用于燃气锅炉的并排式换热器。
背景技术
相对于传统燃烧煤粉的锅炉,燃气锅炉具有排污量小,燃烧完全等特点,在目前节能减排的背景下被大量应用。然而燃气锅炉燃烧燃气后排出的废气含有大量热量未被利用,造成了热量的浪费。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种用于燃气锅炉的并排式换热器,实现了废气热量的充分吸收,避免了热量和燃料的浪费。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种用于燃气锅炉的并排式换热器,包括烟气蛇形管和冷却液蛇形管,
烟气蛇形管与冷却液蛇形管并排贴合在一起
所述烟气蛇形管内部管道走向与所述冷却液蛇形管内部管道走向相同。
进一步地,所述烟气蛇形管的进气口在其顶部、出气口在其底部,且分别位于所述烟气蛇形管两端,
所述冷却液蛇形管的进液口与所述出气口位置对应,所述冷却液蛇形管的出液口与所述进气口位置对应。
进一步地,所述烟气蛇形管与所述冷却液蛇形管之间的贴合面为弧形面,所述贴合面的凹入一侧面向所述冷却液蛇形管。
本发明一种用于燃气锅炉的并排式换热器,实现了废气热量的充分吸收,避免了热量和燃料的浪费。

烟气蛇形管6与冷却液蛇形管1并排贴合在一起
所述烟气蛇形管6内部管道走向与所述冷却液蛇形管1内部管道走向相同。
所述烟气蛇形管6的进气口3在其顶部、出气口5在其底部,且分别位于所述烟气蛇形管6两端,
所述冷却液蛇形管1的进液口4与所述出气口5位置对应,所述冷却液蛇形管1的出液口2与所述进气口3位置对应。
所述烟气蛇形管6与所述冷却液蛇形管1之间的贴合面为弧形面,所述贴合面的凹入一侧面向所述冷却液蛇形管1。

1.一种用于燃气锅炉的并排式换热器,其特征在于,包括烟气蛇形管和冷却液蛇形管,
烟气蛇形管与冷却液蛇形管并排贴合在一起,

2.如权利要求1所述一种用于燃气锅炉的并排式换热器,其特征在于,所述烟气蛇形管的进气口在其顶部、出气口在其底部,且分别位于所述烟气蛇形管两端,
所述冷却液蛇形管的进液口与所述出气口位置对应,所述冷却液蛇形管的出液口与所述进气口位置对应。
