Abstract
本发明公开了一种燃气锅炉废气的换热器,包括长方形箱体、废气蛇形管和若干冷却液蛇形管,所述废气蛇形管每根单管沿长方形箱体的长度方向延伸,若干所述冷却液蛇形管沿所述长方形箱体的长度方向均匀分布,且与所述废气蛇形管紧贴。本发明一种燃气锅炉废气的换热器,不但能够将废气中的热量充分利用,而且体积较小便于安装。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及供热设备制造技术领域,尤其是一种燃气锅炉废气的换热器。
背景技术
目前,随着节能减排的意识在大众普遍达到共识,传统的燃烧煤粉的锅炉已经逐渐被燃气锅炉替代。然而,燃气锅炉燃烧燃气后产生的废气常常直接排放到大气,造成热量大量的浪费。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种燃气锅炉废气的换热器,不但能够将废气中的热量充分利用,而且体积较小便于安装。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种燃气锅炉废气的换热器,包括长方形箱体、废气蛇形管和若干冷却液蛇形管,
所述废气蛇形管每根单管沿长方形箱体的长度方向延伸,
若干所述冷却液蛇形管沿所述长方形箱体的长度方向均匀分布,且与所述废气蛇形管紧贴。
进一步地,所述废气蛇形管位于各所述冷却液蛇形管的下方。
进一步地,所述废气蛇形管的进气口和出气口位于所述长方形箱体的同一侧。
进一步地,各所述冷却液蛇形管的单管沿所述长方形箱体的宽度方向延伸。
进一步地,所述冷却液蛇形管的进液口和出液口分别位于所述长方形箱体的两侧。
本发明一种燃气锅炉废气的换热器,不但能够将废气中的热量充分利用,而且体积较小便于安装。

如图1所示的一种燃气锅炉废气的换热器,包括长方形箱体4、废气蛇形管1和若干冷却液蛇形管3,
所述废气蛇形管1每根单管沿长方形箱体4的长度方向延伸,
若干所述冷却液蛇形管3沿所述长方形箱体4的长度方向均匀分布,且与所述废气蛇形管1紧贴。
所述废气蛇形管1位于各所述冷却液蛇形管3的下方。
所述废气蛇形管1的进气口7和出气口8位于所述长方形箱体4的同一侧。
各所述冷却液蛇形管3的单管沿所述长方形箱体4的宽度方向延伸。
所述冷却液蛇形管3的进液口2和出液口6分别位于所述长方形箱体4的两侧。
本发明一种燃气锅炉废气的换热器,不但能够将废气中的热量充分利用,而且体积较小便于安装。

1.一种燃气锅炉废气的换热器,其特征在于,包括长方形箱体、废气蛇形管和若干冷却液蛇形管,
所述废气蛇形管每根单管沿长方形箱体的长度方向延伸,
若干所述冷却液蛇形管沿所述长方形箱体的长度方向均匀分布,且与所述废气蛇形管紧贴。
2.如权利要求1所述一种燃气锅炉废气的换热器,其特征在于,所述废气蛇形管位于各所述冷却液蛇形管的下方。
3.如权利要求1所述一种燃气锅炉废气的换热器,其特征在于,所述废气蛇形管的进气口和出气口位于所述长方形箱体的同一侧。
4.如权利要求1所述一种燃气锅炉废气的换热器,其特征在于,各所述冷却液蛇形管的单管沿所述长方形箱体的宽度方向延伸。
5.如权利要求1或4任一所述一种燃气锅炉废气的换热器,其特征在于,所述冷却液蛇形管的进液口和出液口分别位于所述长方形箱体的两侧。
