Abstract

一种叶片滑动旋转式驱动的泵,包括缸筒、轴和滑板。滑板的一面与缸筒的内柱面、缸筒两端的内面、轴的外表面构成一个腔体;滑板的另一面与缸筒的内柱面、缸筒两端的内表面、轴的外表面构成另一个腔体。当一个腔体与进液口相通时,轴带动滑板转动,腔体的体积逐渐增大时,由于真空效应将液体进过进液口的液体吸入,同时另一个腔体由于体积逐渐减少将液体从排液口压出。本发明的优点是结构简单,排除液体的压力要比普通的叶片泵压力大。输出功率效果好。

技术领域
本发明属于泵业制造领域,特别是涉及一种叶片滑动旋转式驱动的泵。
背景技术
泵按原理分类有两种。一种是叶片泵是将泵中叶轮高速旋转的机械能转化为液体的动能和压能。由于叶轮中有弯曲且扭曲的叶片,故称叶片泵。根据叶轮结构对液体作用力的不同。
叶片泵可分为:1、离心泵:靠叶轮旋转形成的惯性离心力而抽送液体的泵。2、轴流泵:靠叶轮旋转产生的轴向推力而抽送液体的泵。属于低扬程、大流量泵型。3、混流泵:叶轮旋转既产生惯性离心力又产生轴向推力而抽送液体的泵。
容积泵:利用工作室容积周期性的变化来输送液体。有活塞泵、柱塞泵、隔膜泵、齿轮泵、螺杆泵等。
发明内容
本发明的一种叶片滑动旋转式驱动的泵,是一个滑板穿过在轴的轴线上的长孔,滑板在长孔内可以滑动。滑板与旋转轴的外柱面、缸筒的内柱面构成的两个腔,滑板在旋转轴的带动下转动。滑板的旋转径向两个端面始终保持与缸筒的内柱面滑动接触。当轴转动时,在有进液口的腔内由于叶片的转动,其腔体的体积增大,液体被吸入。在叶片的另一侧腔体的体检变小,压迫液体从排液口流出。
采用的技术方案
在轴上延轴的轴线方向开有长孔,长孔的轴线垂直轴的轴线;滑板的第三面穿过轴的长孔,滑板的外表面与轴的长孔的内表面滑动接触;
轴穿过缸筒两端的中心孔,轴与缸筒两端的中心孔间隙配合;
滑板的第一面和第三面旋转360°过程中保持与缸筒内柱面滑动接触;
滑板的第二面和缸筒内柱面、轴的外柱面、缸筒的两端的内面构成一个腔体;
滑板的第四面和缸筒内柱面、轴的外柱面、缸筒的两端的内面构成另一个腔体;
缸筒的第一孔和第二孔在缸筒圆柱壁上。
本发明优点
缸筒内的滑板转动改变吸入腔和排除腔的体积的大小达到一侧吸入液体,另一侧排除液体。液体的排除压力要比普通的叶片泵的排液压力要高,泵体内部结构简单易于制造。

具体实施方式
一种叶片滑动旋转式驱动的泵,包括缸筒1、轴2和滑板3,其特征在于:
在轴2上延轴2的轴线方向开有长孔,长孔的轴线垂直轴2的轴线;滑板3的第三面9穿过轴2的长孔,滑板3的外表面与轴2的长孔的内表面滑动接触;
轴2穿过缸筒1两端的中心孔,轴2与缸筒1两端的中心孔间隙配合;
滑板3的第一面7和第三面9旋转360°过程中保持与缸筒1内柱面5滑动接触;
滑板3的第二面8和缸筒1内柱面4、轴2的外柱面、缸筒的两端的内面构成一个腔体;
滑板3的第四面10和缸筒1内柱面4、轴2的外柱面、缸筒的两端的内面构成另一个腔体;
缸筒1的第一孔4和第二孔6在缸筒1圆柱壁上。
工作原理
由缸筒的内柱面、筒内的轴的外柱面和滑板构成的与输入口相通的腔体,在缸筒内的轴推动滑板转动时,腔体的体积在增加,由于真空效应吸入由输入口带来的液体。滑板的另一侧构成的空腔的体积在减小,压迫液体从排液口流出。当轴继续旋转时,又形成一个与进液口构成的逐渐增大的腔和与出液口相通的逐渐减小的腔。往复出现吸液和排液的效果。

1.一种叶片滑动旋转式驱动的泵,包括缸筒(1)、轴(2)和滑板(3),其特征在于:
在轴(2)上延轴(2)的轴线方向开有长孔,长孔的轴线垂直轴(2)的轴线;滑板(3)的第三面(9)穿过轴(2)的长孔,滑板(3)的外表面与轴(2)的长孔的内表面滑动接触;
轴(2)穿过缸筒(1)两端的中心孔,轴(2)与缸筒(1)两端的中心孔间隙配合;
滑板(3)的第一面(7)和第三面(9)旋转360°过程中保持与缸筒(1)内柱面(5)滑动接触;
滑板(3)的第二面(8)和缸筒(1)内柱面(4)、轴(2)的外柱面、缸筒的两端的内面构成一个腔体;
滑板(3)的第四面(10)和缸筒(1)内柱面(4)、轴(2)的外柱面、缸筒的两端的内面构成另一个腔体;
缸筒(1)的第一孔(4)和第二孔(6)在缸筒(1)的圆柱壁上。
