一、技术领域
本发明涉及的ZL偏心式液压泵/马达属于液压动力机械领域。
二、背景技术
液压泵/马达是常用的液压动力元件,目前常用的液压泵/马达有活塞式、离心式、叶片式、齿轮式等多种类型,本发明所述的ZL偏心式液压泵/马达类似于偏心式叶片泵/马达,它通过将偏心式叶片泵/马达的多叶片替换成一片贯穿中轴的滑板及一系列相关措施,实现了一种构造简单的液压泵/马达的形式。该ZL偏心式液压泵/马达与目前常用的偏心式叶片泵/马达相比具有构造简单、核心组件的工作条件好等特点。
三、发明内容
本发明涉及的ZL偏心式液压泵/马达是一种可作为液压泵和液压马达使用的液动元件,它由壳体、中轴、滑板、密封系统等部分构成;当该元件的油液进、出口之间存在压差时,压差作用在滑板端部产生的力使中轴产生扭矩;当该液动元件在外力驱动下逆中轴扭矩方向旋转时,它作为液压泵工作;当该液动元件在油液压差的驱动下顺中轴扭矩方向旋转时,它作为液压马达工作(输出动力);该ZL偏心式液压泵/马达内部具有如下特征:
(1)壳体内部空间可为圆柱形、椭圆柱形、或类椭圆柱形,壳体内空间直径大于中轴直径,中轴穿过壳体内部空腔支承在壳体两端,中轴旋转中心线平行于壳体内柱形空间的轴向几何中心线,中轴外缘与壳体内壁的一侧契合,并在契合处形成密封;
(2)中轴穿过壳体柱形工作空间的范围开槽,滑板从中轴的槽中穿过,中轴旋转时滑板在槽内滑动,滑动面密封;
(3)滑板平面形状为矩形,滑板周边与壳体内壁契合并密封。

O——中轴旋转中心;
O’——壳体断面几何中心;
A——壳体与中轴契合点,与O、O’点共线
B、C——直线OA绕O点旋转90度后对应的壳体相位特征点;
X、Y——滑板两头端点;
五、具体实施方式
图1为ZL偏心式液压泵/马达的基本原理示意图,图中,中轴2与壳体1在A点契合形成密封,滑板3周边与壳体1的内壁契合形成密封,滑板3穿过中轴2的滑动面也密封,油路接口4、5的配油区对应壳体弧AB、弧AC之间一定范围内(图1中虚线表示配油区)。当该元件两侧油路间存在压差时,压差作用在滑板端部产生的力使中轴产生扭矩。如图1中,当接口4一侧的油压低于压接口5一侧的油压时,压差使中轴产生逆时针方向的扭矩,若外力驱动中轴顺时针旋转,油液从低压侧接口4流入,从高压侧接口5排出,此时它作为液压泵工作;当该液动元件的中轴逆时针旋转时,液体从高压侧接口5流入,从低压侧接口4排出,中轴对外输出动力,此时它作为液压马达工作。
实际应用中,根据具体功能需要,该元件的油路上可设置各类油阀及辅助油路。例如,当它作为液压泵使用时,可在高压油路上设置止逆阀,限制油液逆流,同时,为便于液压泵启动,还可在油路接口4、5之间设置旁通油路(高压侧的旁通接口设在本元件和止逆阀之间),启动时开启旁通油路,可消除元件两侧接口间的压差,减小启动阻力,启动完成后,关闭旁通油路,元件即按液压泵正常工作。当它作为液压马达使用时,可在高压端油路上设置开闭阀,打开阀门,元件即对外输出扭矩(动力),关闭阀门,即停止输出动力。
当需要该元件停机时,关闭油路、停止中轴与外界的动力交换即可。

1.本发明涉及的ZL偏心式液压泵/马达是一种可作为液压泵和液压马达使用的液动元件,它由壳体、中轴、滑板、密封系统等部分构成;当该元件的油液进、出口之间存在压差时,压差作用在滑板端部产生的力使中轴产生扭矩;当该液动元件在外力驱动下逆中轴扭矩方向旋转时,它作为液压泵工作;当该液动元件在油液压差的驱动下顺中轴扭矩方向旋转时,它作为液压马达工作(输出动力);该ZL偏心式液压泵/马达内部具有如下核心特征:
(1)壳体内部空间为圆柱形、椭圆柱形、或类椭圆柱形,壳体内空间直径大于中轴直径,中轴穿过壳体内部空腔支承在壳体两端,中轴旋转中心线平行于壳体内柱形空间的轴向几何中心线,中轴外缘与壳体内壁的一侧契合,并在契合处形成密封;
(2)中轴穿过壳体柱形工作空间的范围为中间开槽的圆柱形断面,滑板从中轴的槽中穿过,中轴旋转时滑板在槽内滑动,滑动面密封;
(3)滑板平面形状为矩形,滑板周边与壳体内壁契合并密封。
