Abstract

本发明公开了一种多级大流量滑片泵,用于各种油脂、化工介质的输送。主要包括泵体、定子、转子、滑片、轴、泵盖、圆锥滚子轴承等部件。其特点在于两个定子同轴且按1800相位差安装在泵体内壁上,两个转子同轴安装在轴上,双吸双排,滑片泵流量增加一倍;止推板、定子、转子、滑片配合工作形成两个轴向对称的密封工作腔室,其输送的介质对轴产生两个方向相反的作用力会相互抵消,致使介质脉动平稳,轴受力均衡不弯曲,圆锥滚子轴承负荷减小,从而延长了轴及圆锥滚子轴承的使用寿命,同时减少了泵运行过程中产生的噪声和振动;本发明定子、转子、滑片等核心部件都是标准件,易于加工、维修,制造成本低。

多级大流量滑片泵
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于输送各种油脂、化工介质的多级大流量滑片泵。
背景技术
滑片泵是一种容积式泵,具有其它泵类所不具备的自吸时间短、吸入真空压力高的性能。主要用于火车、液体码头、油轮、槽车、化工品倒罐等一切装卸液体的工况。普通滑片泵主要包括电机、联轴器、泵体总成,所述的泵体总成主要由泵盖、泵体、定子、转子、滑片、轴、轴承、轴承压盖等构成,滑片泵流量较小;当泵在电机的驱动下,旋转的转子会产生离心力,促使滑片从转子凹槽中甩出,并沿着定子内表面滑动,止推板、定子、转子、滑片配合工作形成一个密封的工作腔室,工作腔室内的介质会对轴产生单个方向的作用力,致使介质脉动不平稳,泵轴受力不均衡产生弯曲,轴承负荷量增大,从而使泵在运行过程中,产生很大的噪声和振动,严重影响了轴及轴承的使用寿命,大大提高了生产制造成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了避免现有技术存在的不足,提供了一种多级大流量滑片泵。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:包含了泵体、定子、转子、滑片、止推板、泵盖、轴承后压盖、圆锥滚子轴承、机械密封、调节螺母、轴、唇型密封、轴承前压盖、出入口变径。其特征在于:两个含偏心内腔的定子同轴且按1800相位差安装在泵体内壁上,定子内的两个含槽转子同轴安装在轴上,止推板将两转子隔离开,滑片可滑动的置于转子的圆周径向凹槽内,转子通过轴上的调节螺母定位锁紧,轴两端装配圆锥滚子轴承,止推板、定子、转子、滑片配合工作形成两个工作腔室。
进一步地,本发明采用两个同轴相连的转子,在转子转动过程中,流进进口的介质一半由上流道进入,下流道流出,另一半介质由下流道进入,上流道流出,形成双吸双排。
更进一步地,当转子旋转时会产生离心力,促使滑片自转子径向凹槽中甩出去,并沿着定子内表面滑动,止推板、定子、转子、滑片配合工作形成两个轴向对称的密封工作腔室,其中一个工作腔室的正压腔在上部,负压腔在下部,另一个工作腔室正压腔在下部,负压腔在上部,两个工作腔室内的介质分别对轴产生的两个作用力,且其方向相反,所以这两个作用力相互抵消。
本发明具有以下优点。
1、本发明有两个同轴相连的转子,在转子转动过程中,流进进口的介质一半由上流道进入,下流道流出,另一半介质由下流道进入,上流道流出,形成双吸双排,从而滑片泵流量增加一倍。
2、两个轴向对称的密封工作腔室,其中一个工作腔室的正压腔在上部,负压腔在下部,另一个工作腔室正压腔在下部,负压腔在上部,两个工作腔室内的介质分别对轴产生的两个作用力,因其方向相反,所以这两个作用力相互抵消,从而使介质脉动平稳,轴受力均衡不弯曲,圆锥滚子轴承负荷减小,大大延长了轴及圆锥滚子轴承的使用寿命,同时减少了泵运行过程中产生的噪声和振动。
3、发明安装使用的定子、转子、滑片、泵盖等核心部件都是标准件,易于加工、维修,制造成本低。
4、本发明结构紧凑、运行平稳、振动小、噪音低,可明显提高泵的工作效率及使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
参见附图1、附图2,一种多级大流量滑片泵,包含了泵体(1)、定子(2a/2b)、转子(3a/3b)、滑片(4a/4b)、止推板(5a/5b)、泵盖(6a/6b)、轴承后压盖(7)、圆锥滚子轴承(8a/8b)、机械密封(9a/9b)、调节螺母(10a/10b)、轴(11)、唇型密封(12)、轴承前压盖(13)、出入口变径(14a/14b)。所述的两个含偏心内腔的定子(2a/2b)同轴且按1800相位差安装在泵体(1)内壁上,定子(2a/2b)内的两个含槽转子(3a/3b)同轴安装在轴(11)上,止推板(5a/5b)将两转子(3a/3b)隔离开,滑片(4a/4b)可滑动的置于转子(3a/3b)的圆周径向凹槽内,转子(3a/3b)通过轴(11)上的调节螺母(10a/10b)定位锁紧,轴(11)两端装配圆锥滚子轴承(8a/8b),止推板(5a/5b)、定子(2a/2b)、转子(3a/3b)、滑片(4a/4b)配合工作形成两个工作腔室(16a/16b)。
当滑片泵工作时,泵在电机的驱动下,旋转的两个同轴转子(3a/3b)会产生离心力,促使滑片(4a/4b)从转子(3a/3b)凹槽中甩出,并沿着定子(2a/2b)内表面滑动,止推板(5a/5b)、定子(2a/2b)、转子(3a/3b)、滑片(4a/4b)配合工作形成两个轴向对称的密封工作腔室(16a/16b),其空间大小随着转子(3a/3b)的转动呈周期性的变化,腔体增大时,吸入介质,腔体变小时,排出介质,周而复始,完成介质的输送过程。所述的两个轴向对称的密封工作腔室(16a/16b),其中一个工作腔室的正压腔在上部,负压腔在下部,另一个工作腔室正压腔在下部,负压腔在上部,两个工作腔室(16a/16b)内的介质分别对轴(11)产生的两个作用力,因其方向相反,作用力相互抵消,从而使介质脉动平稳,轴(11)受力均衡不弯曲,圆锥滚子轴承(8a/8b)负荷减小,大大延长了轴(11)及圆锥滚子轴承(8a/8b)的使用寿命,同时减少了泵运行过程中产生的噪声和振动。
因为两个轴向对称的密封工作腔室(16a/16b)相互独立,所以泵体进出口分为两部分,如图3<B-B>、图4<C-C>所示,泵体内两种进出流道相互隔离,并在泵体进出口两端安装进出口变径(14a/14b)用以连接国标法兰。当两个同轴安装的转子(3a/3b)转动时,流进进口的介质一半由上流道进入,下流道流出,另一半介质由下流道进入,上流道流出,形成双吸双排,从而滑片泵流量增加一倍。

Claims (5)

1.一种多级大流量滑片泵,包含了泵体、定子、转子、滑片、止推板、泵盖、轴承后压盖、圆锥滚子轴承、机械密封、调节螺母、轴、唇型密封、轴承前压盖、出入口变径,其特征在于:两个含偏心内腔的定子同轴且按1800相位差安装在泵体内壁上,定子内的两个含槽转子同轴安装在轴上,止推板将两转子隔离开,滑片可滑动的置于转子的圆周径向凹槽内,转子通过轴上的调节螺母定位锁紧,轴两端装配圆锥滚子轴承,止推板、定子、转子、滑片配合工作形成两个工作腔室。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多级大流量滑片泵,其特征在于:转子数量为2个,在转子转动过程中,流进进口的介质一半由上流道进入,下流道流出,另一半介质由下流道进入,上流道流出,形成双吸双排。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多级大流量滑片泵,其特征在于:圆锥滚子轴承承载轴、转子及滑片在泵体内工作。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多级大流量滑片泵,其特征在于:轴向对称的密封工作腔室数量为2个,其中一个工作腔室的正压腔在上部,负压腔在下部,另一个工作腔室正压腔在下部,负压腔在上部,两个工作腔室内的介质分别对轴产生的两个作用力,因其方向相反,所以这两个作用力相互抵消。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多级大流量滑片泵,其特征在于:本泵所用的定子、转子、滑片、泵盖等核心部件都是标准件。
