Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型旋片式真空泵,密封端盖固定安装在泵体的两端面上,泵体上设有与内腔连通的吸气通道和排气通道,泵体的内腔内转动安装有转动轴,转动轴上圆周均布有可伸缩的转子旋片,两个转子旋片的端部均设有滑块,泵体内壁的周向上设有滑轨,滑块滑动卡设在滑轨内,转子旋片的端部与泵体内壁相切。本发明的新型旋片式真空泵,由于滑块滑动卡设在所述滑轨内,在转动轴转动时,随转动轴中心轴线到内壁的距离改变,滑动板进入通孔的深度也随之改变,滑动板在固定板的通孔内往复运动,使得滑动板的端部始终与泵体内壁相切;此结构代替了弹簧,避免了弹簧在长期使用后会发生失效,从而造成真空泵的损坏的问题。

新型旋片式真空泵
技术领域
本发明涉及真空泵技术领域,尤其是涉及一种新型旋片式真空泵。
背景技术
真空泵是用各种方法在某一封闭空间中产生、改善和维持真空的装置。其按工作原理可分为水环式真空泵、罗茨泵、新型旋片式真空泵等,其一般由泵体、转子、旋片、端盖、弹簧等组成,在泵体的内腔内偏心的设置有一个转子,转子外圆与泵体内腔壁相切,转子上安装带弹簧的二个旋片。旋转时,靠离心力和弹簧的张力使旋片顶端与泵体内腔壁保持接触,转子旋转带动旋片沿泵体内腔壁滑动,从而改变旋片分隔的腔体的体积大小完成吸气和排气过程。然而传统的真空泵泵体内腔的旋片之间通过弹簧胀紧,长期使用后弹簧会发生失效,从而造成真空泵的损坏。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为了克服传统的真空泵泵体内腔的旋片之间通过弹簧胀紧,长期使用后弹簧会发生失效,从而造成真空泵的损坏的问题,提供一种新型旋片式真空泵。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种新型旋片式真空泵,包括泵体、密封端盖和转子旋片,所述密封端盖固定安装在泵体的两端面上,所述泵体上设有与内腔连通的吸气通道和排气通道,所述泵体的内腔内转动安装有转动轴,所述转动轴上圆周均布有可伸缩的转子旋片,两个所述转子旋片的端部均设有滑块,所述泵体内壁的周向上设有滑轨,所述滑块滑动卡设在所述滑轨内,所述转子旋片的端部与所述泵体内壁相切。
进一步的,两个所述转子旋片均包括固定板和滑动板,所述固定板上开有通孔,所述通孔的深度大于所述滑动板的长度,所述滑动板滑动设置在所述通孔内,所述滑动板的端部设有所述滑块,所述滑动板的端部与所述泵体内壁相切。
进一步的,所述转动轴与泵体内腔的轴心偏心设置,所述固定板的长度等于转动轴的中心轴线到泵体内壁的最短距离。
使用时,转动轴由电机驱动转动,转动的过程中,由于滑块滑动卡设在所述滑轨内,使得滑动板的端部始终与泵体内壁相切,转动轴与泵体内腔的轴心偏心设置,在转动轴转动时,随转动轴中心轴线到内壁的距离改变,滑动板进入通孔的深度也随之改变,滑动板在固定板的通孔内往复运动;当转动轴的中心轴线到泵体内壁的最短距离最短时,滑动板完全进入通孔内,固定板的端部与内壁相切。内腔中转子旋片的转动,从而改变转子旋片分隔的腔体的体积大小完成吸气和排气过程。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的新型旋片式真空泵,由于滑块滑动卡设在所述滑轨内,在转动轴转动时,随转动轴中心轴线到内壁的距离改变,滑动板进入通孔的深度也随之改变,滑动板在固定板的通孔内往复运动,使得滑动板的端部始终与泵体内壁相切;此结构代替了弹簧,避免了弹簧在长期使用后会发生失效,从而造成真空泵的损坏的问题。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明做进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1-4所示的一种新型旋片式真空泵,包括泵体1、密封端盖2和转子旋片,密封端盖2固定安装在泵体1的两端面上,泵体1上设有与内腔连通的吸气通道3和排气通道4,泵体1的内腔内转动安装有转动轴5,转动轴5上圆周均布有可伸缩的转子旋片,两个转子旋片的端部均设有滑块6,泵体1内壁的周向上设有滑轨7,滑块6滑动卡设在滑轨7内,转子旋片的端部与泵体1内壁相切。
两个转子旋片均包括固定板8和滑动板9,固定板8上开有通孔10,通孔10的深度大于滑动板9的长度,滑动板9滑动设置在通孔10内,滑动板9的端部设有滑块6,滑动板9的端部与泵体1内壁相切。
进一步的,转动轴5与泵体1内腔的轴心偏心设置,固定板8的长度等于转动轴5的中心轴线到泵体1内壁的最短距离。
使用时,转动轴5由电机驱动转动,转动的过程中,由于滑块6滑动卡设在滑轨7内,使得滑动板9的端部始终与泵体1内壁相切,转动轴5与泵体1内腔的轴心偏心设置,在转动轴5转动时,随转动轴5中心轴线到内壁的距离改变,滑动板9进入通孔10的深度也随之改变,滑动板9在固定板8的通孔10内往复运动;当转动轴5的中心轴线到泵体1内壁的最短距离最短时,滑动板9完全进入通孔10内,固定板8的端部与内壁相切。内腔中转子旋片的转动,从而改变转子旋片分隔的腔体的体积大小完成吸气和排气过程。

Claims (3)

1.一种新型旋片式真空泵,包括泵体(1)、密封端盖(2)和转子旋片,所述密封端盖(2)固定安装在泵体(1)的两端面上,所述泵体(1)上设有与内腔连通的吸气通道(3)和排气通道(4),其特征在于:所述泵体(1)的内腔内转动安装有转动轴(5),所述转动轴(5)上圆周均布有可伸缩的转子旋片,两个所述转子旋片的端部均设有滑块(6),所述泵体(1)内壁的周向上设有滑轨(7),所述滑块(6)滑动卡设在所述滑轨(7)内,所述转子旋片的端部与所述泵体(1)内壁相切。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型旋片式真空泵,其特征在于:两个所述转子旋片均包括固定板(8)和滑动板(9),所述固定板(8)上开有通孔(10),所述通孔(10)的深度大于所述滑动板(9)的长度,所述滑动板(9)滑动设置在所述通孔(10)内,所述滑动板(9)的端部设有所述滑块(6),所述滑动板(9)的端部与所述泵体(1)内壁相切。
3.如权利要求2所述的新型旋片式真空泵,其特征在于:所述转动轴(5)与泵体(1)内腔的轴心偏心设置,所述固定板(8)的长度等于转动轴(5)的中心轴线到泵体(1)内壁的最短距离。
