本发明公开了一种布料染色工艺，包括以下步骤：一：胚布备胚、拷边；二：将布料送入纯水和精炼剂的混合溶液中处理1‑3h，然后送入纯水、双氧水、纯碱、抗皱剂及去油剂的混合溶液中处理2‑4h，最后送入纯水中处理3‑5h；三：将染料、均染剂、纯水在染缸中制成混合溶液，将布料送入染缸中，用搅拌棒匀速搅拌3‑6h，搅拌的同时给染缸加热至15‑23℃，然后将布料捞出，沥水5‑10分钟；四：将布料送入柔软剂和纯水的混合溶液中软化1‑3h；五：将布料清洗、烘干，布料沥水时的温度小于25℃，烘干为冷风烘干，烘干温度不超过20℃，本发明工艺简单，操作方便，得到的布料染色均匀且能达到较高的鲜艳度，提高了产品的良率。

随着人们生活方式的改变，人们对日常生活中使用的布料的要求也更佳多样，为了富裕布料更高的可塑性，需要对布料进行染色。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种布料染色工艺。
本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种布料染色工艺，包括以下步骤：
步骤一：胚布备胚、拷边 ；
步骤二：将布料送入纯水和精炼剂的混合溶液中处理 1-3h，然后送入纯水、双氧水、纯碱、抗皱剂及去油剂的混合溶液中处理 2-4h，最后送入纯水中处理 3-5h；
步骤三：将染料、均染剂、纯水在染缸中制成混合溶液，将布料送入染缸中，用搅拌棒匀速搅拌3-6h，搅拌的同时给染缸加热至15-23℃，然后将布料捞出，沥水5-10分钟；
步骤四：将布料送入柔软剂和纯水的混合溶液中软化1-3h；
步骤五：将布料清洗、烘干。
所述步骤三中布料沥水时的温度小于25℃。
所述烘干为冷风烘干，烘干温度不超过 20℃。
本发明的优点：工艺简单，操作方便，得到的布料染色均匀且能达到较高的鲜艳度，提高了产品的良率。
