Abstract

本发明涉及一种皂米及其制作方法,皂米的原料配方组分为:牛或羊脂85at%、精炼椰子油14.5 at %、食用香精0.5 at %,以经过皂化的牛或羊脂为皂基,与精炼椰子油、食用香精均匀混合后进行造粒而成,粒径小于等于6㎜、水分含量在12.5‑14 at %。制作方法是:牛或羊脂进行皂化制成皂基,与精炼椰子油及食用香精按配比混合搅拌、碾磨,再通过真空压条机加工成条状,然后造粒。其优点是:以纯天然油脂作为原料、不含任何化学添加剂,安全环保,具有强效去污、杀菌、滋润皮肤等功能;既保留了传统肥皂的优点,又能够用于机洗,低泡,易漂洗、留香持久、衣物洗涤后不硬化、不带静电、无沉积,是洗衣粉、洗衣液的绝佳替代品。

本发明涉及一种皂米及其制作方法,属于洗涤用品技术领域。
背景技术
衣物洗涤有水洗和干洗两种,干洗适合洗衣店使用,不适合家庭洗衣;日常家庭洗涤衣物均采取水洗,水洗又有两种方式:一是手洗、二是洗衣机机洗。洗涤衣物必须要使用洗涤剂,现有的洗涤剂主要有:洗衣粉、洗衣液、肥皂、皂粉,每种洗涤剂均有优缺点,洗衣粉的优点是:方便机洗,去污能力强,缺点是:溶解过程放热,伤手伤身体,不易溶解,易沉积,容易伤害衣物纤维以及颜色,不易漂净;洗衣液的优点是:衣物不易褪色,溶解速度快,易漂洗,缺点是:不易确定剂量,不能长期放置,易变质;肥皂的优点是:去污能力强,不烧皮肤,缺点是:不能机洗,衣物洗涤后发黄、发硬,不易漂洗;皂粉的主要成分是洗衣粉,其中掺有一定量的肥皂粉,其优点是:含特种钙皂分散剂、去污力强,低泡,易漂洗,洗涤过程中省水省时间,缺点是:含有化学添加剂、不环保,衣物易残留钙皂。随着人们健康、环保意识的增强,对洗化类产品安全性及功能性的要求越来越高,就上述四种洗涤剂而言,肥皂是最为安全和环保的,但肥皂不能用于机洗,使得其使用受到极大的限制,而且其在使用中存在的衣物洗涤后易发黄、发硬,不易漂洗的缺点更加限制了肥皂的使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种采用纯天然原料、环保、不伤皮肤、能够用于机洗,低泡,易漂洗、去污能力强、留香持久、衣物洗涤后不硬化、不带静电、无沉积的皂米及其制作方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种皂米,原料配方组分为:牛或羊脂85at%、精炼椰子油14.5 at %、食用香精0.5 at%,以经过皂化的牛或羊脂为皂基,与精炼椰子油、食用香精均匀混合后进行造粒而成,粒径小于等于6㎜、水分含量在12.5-14 at %。
所述造粒而成的颗粒为圆球形、圆柱形、或梭形(大米粒形);
所述圆柱形颗粒的长度1-6㎜、直径0.5-6㎜;
所述梭形颗粒的长度1-6㎜、最粗部位直径0.5-3㎜。
本发明的皂米的制作方法如下:
1)牛或羊脂进行皂化制成皂基,皂基中脂肪酸含量≥75 at %、水分含量为14-16 at%;
2)将皂基传输到调和锅、将精炼椰子油及食用香精按配比加入调和锅,调和锅温度保持在60-80℃;
3)用搅拌器将调和锅内物料搅拌均匀;
4)将搅拌均匀的物料连续通过三辊碾磨机进行碾磨;
5)通过三辊碾磨机碾磨的物料通过传输带送入真空压条机将物料加工成条状,水分控制在12.5-14 at %;
6)将条状物料传输到造粒切割机,将条状物料切割成设定大小和形状的颗粒。
步骤3中所述的搅拌器搅拌时间为3-5分钟;
步骤4中所述的三辊碾磨机的对辊间间隙控制在0.2-0.4mm;辊子的转速为15-25r/min。
本发明的优点是:以纯天然油脂作为原料、不含任何化学添加剂,安全环保,具有强效去污、杀菌、滋润皮肤等功能;既保留了传统肥皂的优点,又能够用于机洗,低泡,易漂洗、留香持久、衣物洗涤后不硬化、不带静电、无沉积,是洗衣粉、洗衣液的绝佳替代品。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
皂米原料配方组分为:牛或羊脂85at%、精炼椰子油14.5 at %、食用香精0.5 at %,皂米颗粒制成长度3-6㎜、直径1㎜的圆柱形。用于洗衣机机洗衣物,溶解快、去污力强、低泡,易漂洗、去污能力强,衣物洗涤后不硬化,不带静电。
实施例2:
皂米原料配方组分为:牛或羊脂85at%、精炼椰子油14.5 at %、食用香精0.5 at %,皂米颗粒制成长度3㎜、最粗部位直径1.2㎜的梭形。用于洗衣机机洗衣物,溶解快、去污力强、低泡,易漂洗、去污能力强,衣物洗涤后不硬化,不带静电。
实施例3:
皂米原料配方组分为:牛或羊脂85at%、精炼椰子油14.5 at %、食用香精0.5 at %,皂米颗粒制成直径3㎜的圆球形。用于洗衣机机洗衣物,溶解快、去污力强、低泡,易漂洗、去污能力强,衣物洗涤后不硬化,不带静电,衣物上无洗涤剂沉积。

1.一种皂米,其特征是:原料配方组分为:牛或羊脂85at%、精炼椰子油14.5 at %、食用香精0.5 at %,以经过皂化的牛或羊脂为皂基,与精炼椰子油、食用香精均匀混合后进行造粒而成,粒径小于等于6㎜、水分含量在12.5-14 at %。
2.根据权利要求1所述的皂米,其特征是:所述造粒而成的颗粒为圆球形、圆柱形、或梭形。
3.根据权利要求2所述的皂米,其特征是:所述圆柱形颗粒的长度1-6㎜、直径0.5-6㎜。
4.根据权利要求2所述的皂米,其特征是:所述梭形颗粒的长度1-6㎜、最粗部位直径0.5-3㎜。
5.一种根据权利要求1所述的皂米的制作方法,其特征是:
1)牛或羊脂进行皂化制成皂基,皂基中脂肪酸含量≥75 at %、水分含量为14-16 at%;
2)将皂基传输到调和锅、将精炼椰子油及食用香精按配比加入调和锅,调和锅温度保持在60-80℃;
3)用搅拌器将调和锅内物料搅拌均匀;
