Abstract

本发明涉及一种粘度为0W/40的SN级汽油机油的制备方法,其步骤为:⑴基础油混合:将高端PAO、GTL天然气合成基础油、多元醇酯混合,搅拌均匀,静置20min,待用;⑵添加剂混合:将聚甲基丙烯酸酯、异戊二烯混合,搅拌均匀,静置10min,待用;⑶混合功能剂:将石油合成磺酸钡、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、钼酸钠混合,搅拌均匀,静置10min,待用;⑷混合油制备:将混合后的基础油与混合后的添加剂混合均匀,加热至70℃,3h后,冷却至室温,得到混油;⑸向混油中放入混合后的功能剂,搅拌均匀,抽滤,得到成品。本发明提供的0W/40的SN级汽油机油对基础油进行甄选的功能剂保证了机油的低倾点和良好的运动粘度变化值的同时,对于长时间使用时的抗氧化性也有显著的提高。

一种粘度为0W/40的SN级汽油机油的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于润滑油领域,尤其是一种粘度为0W/40的SN级汽油机油的制备方法。
背景技术
随着企业工业的发展,尤其是汽油发动机技术不断革新,机械、电子技术的引入有效提高了发动机的性能,但大多数汽油发动机采用机油的对于上述技术的针对性不足,仅仅满足传统意义上的润滑性能已经不能实现对汽油发动机的有效养护。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术不足,提供一种有助于燃油的充分燃烧,显著降低尾气污染物的排放粘度为0W/40的SN级汽油机油的制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种粘度为0W/40的SN级汽油机油的制备方法:其步骤为:
⑴基础油混合:
将高端PAO、GTL天然气合成基础油、多元醇酯混合,搅拌均匀,静置20min,待用;
⑵添加剂混合:
将聚甲基丙烯酸酯、异戊二烯混合,搅拌均匀,静置10min,待用;
⑶混合功能剂:
将石油合成磺酸钡、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、钼酸钠混合,搅拌均匀,静置10min,待用;
⑷混合油制备:
将混合后的基础油与混合后的添加剂混合均匀,加热至70℃,3h后,冷却至室温,得到混油;
⑸向混油中放入混合后的功能剂,搅拌均匀,抽滤,得到成品。
而且,所述0W/40的SN级汽油机油的原料组分及重量份数分别为:
基础油 81份
添加剂 10份
功能剂 9份。
而且,所述基础油由如下重量份数的组分混合而成:
高端PAO 50份
GTL天然气合成基础油 20份
多元醇酯 11份。
而且,所述添加剂由如下重量份数的组分混合而成:
聚甲基丙烯酸酯 6份
异戊二烯 4份。
而且,所述功能剂由如下重量份数的组分混合而成:
石油合成磺酸钡 5份
二烷基二硫代磷酸锌 3份
钼酸钠 1份。
本发明优点和积极效果为:
本发明提供的0W/40的SN级汽油机油对基础油进行甄选,再根据基础油各组分对应的缺陷分别选取了聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚戊二烯作为添加剂,通过将其与基础油混合加热对基础油进行改良,降低其倾点,所以在性能指标上较市售商品的多种机油具有倾点低(可达零下38℃)的特点,由此保证了更好的低温流动性,同时其粘度随环境温度变化得更平缓,尤其是低温启动的运动粘度仅为39mm2/s,在启动和行驶时发动机的油耗和噪音分贝值均可降低20%,明显优于现有技术中的该性能指标。
本发明提供的0W/40的SN级汽油机油对基础油进行甄选的功能剂保证了机油的低倾点和良好的运动粘度变化值的同时,对于长时间使用时的抗氧化性也有显著的提高,延长了换油周期,保持使用可延长发动机使用寿命。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种粘度为0W/40的SN级汽油机油,其原料组分及重量分别为:
基础油 81Kg
添加剂 10Kg
功能剂 9Kg。
其中基础油由如下重量的组分混合而成:
高端PAO 50Kg PAO为聚α烯烃,本实施例采用PA8
GTL天然气合成基础油 20Kg
多元醇酯 11Kg。
其中添加剂由如下重量的组分混合而成:
聚甲基丙烯酸酯 6Kg
异戊二烯 4Kg。
其中功能剂由如下重量的组分混合而成:
石油合成磺酸钡 5Kg
二烷基二硫代磷酸锌 3Kg
钼酸钠 1Kg。
上述粘度为0W/40的SN级汽油机油的制备方法:其步骤为:
⑴基础油混合:
将高端PAO、GTL天然气合成基础油、多元醇酯混合,搅拌均匀,静置20min,待用;
⑵添加剂混合:
将聚甲基丙烯酸酯、异戊二烯混合,搅拌均匀,静置10min,待用;
⑶混合功能剂:
将石油合成磺酸钡、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、钼酸钠混合,搅拌均匀,静置10min,待用;
⑷混合油制备:
将混合后的基础油与混合后的添加剂混合均匀,加热至70℃,3h后,冷却至室温,得到混油;
⑸向混油中放入混合后的功能剂,搅拌均匀,抽滤,分量称重,包装即得到成品。
经测试,上述0W/40的SN级汽油机油的倾点为零下38.2℃,100℃下运动粘度值为12.1~16.2mm2/s,加机油后行驶1年后,倾点为零下37.5℃,100℃下运动粘度值为12.4~16.5mm2/s,由此说明本机油的在一年内使用,没有明显的指标变化,较同类产品具有明显的优势。
运动粘度监测:
同环境下,按照指定量,将本发明提供的0W/40的SN级汽油机油倒入至某日系车1.6L排气量自然吸气发动机和某德系车1.4L排气量涡轮增压发动机的机油箱内,分别对启动时机油运动粘度、驾驶5min机油运动粘度、驾驶10min机油运动粘度以及驾驶30min后的机油粘度进行了测试。

1.6L自然吸气发动机 39.5mm2/s 27.4mm2/s 21.3mm2/s 15.5mm2/s

通过上表可以看出,在启动时的运动粘度仅为39.5mm2/s,该数据明显低于同标号的市场产品的同类指标,而在行驶过程中,运动粘度随温度升高而下降,其数据变化更趋于平缓下降的线性曲线。
其他指标检测:
将某日系车1.6L排气量自然吸气发动机倒入其4S店指定既有产品以及本发明提供的0W/40的SN级汽油机油,分别对启动时、行驶时的噪音和实时油耗进行了检测,其中启动时采集转速为1000r/min时的数据,行驶时采集转速为2500r/min时的数据,其对比数据如下:

通过上表可以看出,在启动时,本发明提供的汽油机油可将发动机噪音降低至20%左右,行驶时噪音可降低9%左右,而本发明提供的汽油机油可将发动机启动时可将油耗降低16%左右,行驶时油耗降低20%左右。
尽管为说明目的公开了本发明的实施例,但是本领域的技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明及所附权利要求的精神和范围内,各种替换、变化和修改都是可能的,因此,本发明的范围不局限于实施例所公开的内容。

Claims (5)

1.一种粘度为0W/40的SN级汽油机油的制备方法,其特征在于:其步骤为:
⑴基础油混合:
将高端PAO、GTL天然气合成基础油、多元醇酯混合,搅拌均匀,静置20min,待用;
⑵添加剂混合:
将聚甲基丙烯酸酯、异戊二烯混合,搅拌均匀,静置10min,待用;
⑶混合功能剂:
将石油合成磺酸钡、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、钼酸钠混合,搅拌均匀,静置10min,待用;
⑷混合油制备:
将混合后的基础油与混合后的添加剂混合均匀,加热至70℃,3h后,冷却至室温,得到混油;
⑸向混油中放入混合后的功能剂,搅拌均匀,抽滤,得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粘度为0W/40的SN级汽油机油的制备方法,其特征在于:所述基础油、添加剂、功能剂的重量份数分别为:
基础油 81份
添加剂 10份
功能剂 9份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的粘度为0W/40的SN级汽油机油的制备方法,其特征在于:所述基础油由如下重量份数的组分混合而成:
