Abstract
新戊基多元醇酯(NPE‑3)含有十八烷基氮代硼酸钙的润滑油,其特征在于:其配方为:在新戊基多元醇酯(NPE‑3)加入占新戊基多元醇酯重量百分比:十八烷氧基氮代硼酸钙T366:0‑0.96%,二烃基五硫化物RC2540:0‑0.48%,磷之星P120:0.‑0.4%、硫化异丁烯T321:0.‑0.4%:苯三唑脂肪胺盐T406E.0‑0.72%。本发明具有较好抗磨和承载性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油技术,特别是涉及一种环保齿轮润滑油。
背景技术
将新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)按一定比例十八烷基氮代硼酸钙T366,配成油样。通过均匀设计方法选取配比方案在以新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)中加入五种添加剂的含量配采用优化设计。在新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3) 加入十八烷基氮代硼酸钙T366:0-0.96%, RC2540:0-0.48%, 磷之星P120:0.-0.4%、硫化异丁烯T321:0.-0.4%:苯三唑脂肪胺盐T-406E.0-0.72%,最大无卡咬负荷Pb为1970N,d =0.333mm,d=0.337mm。
在新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)添加十八烷基氮代硼酸钙T366:0-0.96%, RC2540:0-0.48%, 磷之星P120:0.-0.4%、硫化异丁烯T321:0.-0.4%;T406E.0-0.72%进行配比,使用人工神经网络方法优化计算,并进行了复证。由于含有硫元素,因此承载能力较高,最高可达Pb=1970N,d=0.333mm,d=0.337mm。不足是因为含有一定的磷。
在新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)中添加十八烷基氮代硼酸钙T366:0-0.96%, RC2540:0-0.48%, 磷之星P120:0.-0.4%、硫化异丁烯T321:0.-0.4%:苯三唑脂肪胺盐T-406E.0-0.72%, 5因素8水平,试验做出Pb值和长磨值,Pb最大可达1970N,磨痕直径可在d=0.333mm,d=0.337mm。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种具有优良的高低温承载性能、耐压抗磨性能,满足各种汽车齿轮箱润滑的新戊基多元醇酯和癸二酸异辛酯混合汽车齿轮润滑油。
采用的技术方案是:
新戊基多元醇酯含有十八烷基氮代硼酸钙的润滑油,是以新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)经混合均匀制成。
其配方为:
在新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)加入占新戊基多元醇酯重量百分比:
十八烷基氮代硼酸钙T366:0-0.96%,
二烃基五硫化物RC2540:0-0.48%,
磷之星P120:0.-0.4%、
硫化异丁烯T321:0.-0.4%:
金属减磨剂T-406E.0-0.72%,
本发明具有对新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)润滑性能,承载能力高。
具体实施方式
实施例一
以新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)加入占新戊基多元醇酯重量百分比十八烷氧基氮代硼酸钙T366:0.96%, 二烃基五硫化物RC2540:0.36%, 磷之星P120:0.1%、硫化异丁烯T321:0.20%:苯三唑脂肪胺盐T406E. 0.45%,混合搅拌均匀后加热80度上40分钟,即得。
润滑油添加剂配方选十八烷氧基氮代硼酸钙T366:0.12%, 二烃基五硫化物RC2540:0.30%, 磷之星P120:0.40%、硫化异丁烯T321:0.05%:苯三唑脂肪胺盐T-406E.0.27%,混合搅拌均匀后加热80度上40分钟,即得。
实施例二
以新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)基础油加入占新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)重量百分比:十八烷氧基氮代硼酸钙T366:0.84%, 二烃基五硫化物RC2540:0.06%, 磷之星P120:0.2%、硫化异丁烯T321:0%:苯三唑脂肪胺盐T-406E.0.54%,混合搅拌均匀后加热80℃40分钟,即得。
实施例三
是以新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)基础油,加入十八烷氧基氮代硼酸钙T366:0-0.96%,二烃基五硫化物RC2540:0-0.48%, 磷之星P120:0.-0.4%、硫化异丁烯T321:0.-0.4%,苯三唑脂肪胺盐:T-406E.0-0.72%,经混合均匀制成。
所述新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)酯基邻位为季碳原子的一类合成酯,比双酯具有更优异的热和水解稳定性,主要包括新戊二醇酯、三羟甲基丙烷酯和季戊四醇酯;经混合均匀制成。
