Abstract

新戊基多元醇酯(NPE‑3)与癸二酸异辛酯(1:1)为混合基础油添加十八烷氧基氮代硼酸钙T366:0‑0.336%、磷之星P120:0‑0.189%、抗氧抗腐抗磨剂203:0‑0.168%、猪油cd‑1:0‑0.336%。本发明具有较好抗磨和承载性能。

Description

一种添加十八烷氧基氮代硼酸钙的环保润滑油
技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油技术领域,特别是涉及一种环保齿轮润滑油。
背景技术
在新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)和癸二酸异辛酯按 1:1 的混合润滑油中添加十八烷氧基氮代硼酸钙(T366)、磷之星(P120)、抗氧抗腐抗磨剂(T203)、猪油 cd-1、二叔十二烷基多硫化物(TDPS320)进行配比,进行验证组实验,,使用人工神经网络方法优化计算,并进行了复证。由于含有硫磷元素,因此承载可达920N,其不足是因为含有较多的硫,有一定的腐蚀性。
在以新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)和癸二酸异辛酯按 1:1 的混合润滑油中加入四种添加剂的含量配比 采用优化设计。在NPE-3和癸二酸异辛酯按 1:1混合中加入十八烷氧基氮代硼酸钙(T366)、磷之星(P120)、抗氧抗腐抗磨剂(T203)、猪油 cd-1、二叔十二烷基多硫化物(TDPS320),最大无卡咬负荷 Pb为921N,392N/1h=0.406mm,441N/30min=0.406mm.
选新戊基多元醇酯与癸二酸异辛酯按 1:1 的混合润滑油为基础油,润滑油添加剂选取十八烷氧基氮代硼酸钙(T366)、磷之星(P120)、抗氧抗腐抗磨剂(T203)、猪油 cd-1、二叔十二烷基多硫化物(TDPS320))研究采用4因素9 水平测试。考察目标为Y1=Pb,Y2=D,Y3=D,使用均匀设计表安排试验,试验结果,研究应用于合成油中添加剂在可生物降解基础油中的摩擦学研究,
基础油新戊基多元醇酯(Neopentyl Polyol Ester,NPE-3 NPE-2,是分子结构中酯基邻位为季碳原子的一类合成酯,比双酯具有更优异的热和水解稳定性。包括 NPE-3,NPE-2,新戊基多元醇酯具有优良的高、低温性能,闪点高,倾点低,它的粘度较低 40℃,一般常 用作Ⅱ型航空发动机油,高温链条油,合成空气压缩机油与之环保制冷剂相容的冷冻机油的基础油,也可和聚-烯烃使橡胶收缩和对添加剂相容性不好的缺陷。用作内燃机齿轮油的基础油。 NPE-2 特别适合Ⅱ型航空发动机油, NPE-3 适合合成酯高温链条油。新戊基多元醇的其理化性能见表1。
癸二酸二异辛酯(Dioctyl sebacate) 别名:癸二酸二辛酯,癸二酸二(2-乙基己)酯,1,10-癸二酸二(2--乙基己)酯。无色或淡黄色透明油状液体,具体特殊气味。溶于烃类、醇类,酯类、氯代烃类和乙醚,苯等有机溶剂。增塑效率高,挥发性低,既有优良的耐寒性,又有较好的耐热性、耐光性和电绝缘性。癸二酸异辛酯的理化性质见表2。
十八烷氧基氮代硼酸钙(T366),十八烷氧基氮代硼酸钙由摩擦改进剂、抗金属腐蚀剂、抗氧化剂等剂复配而成,油溶性佳,颜色浅且持久存放不变颜色,具有突出的极压抗磨性、热氧化稳定性能,是新型环保极压抗磨剂。十八烷氧基氮代硼酸钙的理化性质见表3。
十八烷氧基氮代硼酸钙适用于内燃机油、齿轮油、抗磨液压油、润滑脂、金属切削油、金属成型润滑剂、发动机油等,也可作为其他极压抗磨剂和辅助抗氧剂。
磷之星(P120)极压抗磨剂,是一种有机磷酸胺盐。作为常用的极压、抗磨剂,磷之星(P120)有非常高的抗磨性和极压性,并且有一定的减磨作用。同时磷之星的理化性能的理化性能见表4。
抗氧抗腐抗磨剂(T202)T202 抗氧抗腐抗磨剂具有优良的抗氧化抗腐蚀性能 及极压抗磨性能,其热稳定性特别好,油溶性和添加剂配伍性以及抗乳化性能良好。 该产品多用于高档内燃机油, 尤其是船用油和重负荷柴油机油及抗磨液压油等油品。理化性能见表5。
液体猪油cd-1:油性添加剂是由猪皮和猪油精制而成,黄色油状液体,易溶于醚类溶剂,分子中酯基易于金属表面形成定向吸附层,提高润滑性能,降低磨损程度,适用于轧制油及金属切割油的调配,也可与乳化剂复合,配置乳化油,半合成液,猪油cd-1由上海骋德贸易有限公司提供。液体猪油cd-1的理化性能见附表5。
在新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)与癸二酸异辛酯按 1:1混合油中添加十八烷氧基氮代硼酸钙T366:0-0.336%、磷之星P120:0-0.189%、抗氧抗腐抗磨剂203:0-0.168%、猪油cd-1:0-0.336%,设计了 4因素9水平的试验,试验结果为:做出Pb值和长磨值,Pb最大921N,长磨值:392N/1h=0.36mm,441N/30min=0.363mm。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种具有优良的高低温承载性能、耐压抗磨性能,满足各种汽车齿轮箱润滑的新戊基多元醇酯((NPE-3)与癸二酸异辛酯按 1:1混合的环保齿轮润滑油。
采用的技术方案是:
一种在新戊基多元醇酯与癸二酸异辛酯按 1:1混合油含有猪油等添加剂的润滑油,在新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)与癸二酸异辛酯按 1:1混合油中添加十八烷氧基氮代硼酸钙T366:0-0.336、磷之星P120:0-0.189%、抗氧抗腐抗磨剂203:0-0.168%、猪油cd-1:0-0.336%,加热后经混合均匀制成。
其配方为:
在新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)与癸二酸异辛酯按 1:1混合油中加入占新戊基多元醇酯百分比的下述物质:十八烷氧基氮代硼酸钙T366:0-0.336、磷之星P120:0-0.189%、抗氧抗腐抗磨剂203:0-0.168%、猪油cd-1:0-0.336%。
其优点在于:
本发明具有对新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)与癸二酸异辛酯按 1:1混合油润滑性能,承载能力高有提高,并具有较好抗磨和承载性能。
具体实施方式
实施例一
一种在新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)与癸二酸异辛酯按 1:1混合油含有猪油等添加剂的润滑油,以新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)与癸二酸异辛酯按 1:1混合油加入占新戊基多元醇酯:润滑油添加剂配方选硫:十八烷氧基氮代硼酸钙T366:0.3%、磷之星P120:0.14%、抗氧抗腐抗磨剂203:0.1%、猪油cd-1:0.2%,搅拌均匀后80℃加热40分钟,即得。
所述新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-2)基邻位为季碳原子的一类合成酯,比双酯具有更优异的热和水解稳定性,主要包括新戊二醇酯、三羟甲基丙烷酯和季戊四醇酯;
实施例二
一种在新戊基多元醇酯含有猪油等添加剂的润滑油,以新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)与癸二酸异辛酯为混合基础油加入占新戊基多元醇酯与癸二酸异辛酯重量百分比:十八烷氧基氮代硼酸钙T366:0.32·、磷之星P120:0.1%、抗氧抗腐抗磨剂203:0.2%、猪油cd-1:0.2%,猪油cd-1:0.12%,混合搅拌均匀后80℃加热40分钟,即得。
实施例三
一种在新戊基多元醇酯NPE-3)与癸二酸异辛酯为混合基础油含有猪油等添加剂的润滑油,其配方为:在新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)与癸二酸异辛酯为混合基础油中加入占新戊基多元醇酯与癸二酸异辛酯(1:1)为混合基础油百分比的下述物质:十八烷氧基氮代硼酸钙T366:0.18%、磷之星P120:0.22%、抗氧抗腐抗磨剂203:0.08%、猪油cd-1:0.25%。
实施例三
一种在新戊基多元醇酯NPE-3)与癸二酸异辛酯为混合基础油含有猪油等添加剂的润滑油,其配方为:在新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)中加入占新戊基多元醇酯百分比的下述物质:十八烷氧基氮代硼酸钙T366:0.25%、磷之星P120:025%、抗氧抗腐抗磨剂203:0.18%、猪油cd-1:0.26%,
实施例四
一种在新戊基多元醇酯NPE-3)与癸二酸异辛酯为混合基础油含有猪油等添加剂的润滑油,其配方为:在新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)中加入占新戊基多元醇酯百分比的下述物质:十八烷氧基氮代硼酸钙T366:0.22%、磷之星P120:0.12%、抗氧抗腐抗磨剂203:0.05%、猪油cd-1:0.24%。

新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)与癸二酸异辛酯中按 1:1混合基础油加入占新戊基多元醇酯与癸二酸异辛酯按 1:1混合基础油占百分比的下述物质:十八烷氧基氮代硼酸钙T366:0-0.336%、磷之星P120:0-0.189%、抗氧抗腐抗磨剂203:0-0.168%、猪油cd-1:0-0.336%。
