技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种用于砌筑砂浆的粘合剂。
背景技术
粘合剂通常用于建筑砌砖之间进行粘合连接,尤其对于地砖,能够起到防渗漏作用。现有技术中的粘合剂固含量较低,用户在使用一段时间后容易出现裂缝现象,虽然为了增加粘合度采用水泥进行填充,然其寿命较短,而且重量较重,施工过程较为繁琐。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种用于砌筑砂浆的粘合剂,通过提供一种轻质的粘合剂,并能够提升粘合度。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种用于砌筑砂浆的粘合剂,由以下重量的组分组成:聚氯乙烯11~25份,石英粉15~25份,硅酸镁铝10~15份,聚二甲基硅氧烷8~13份,玻化微珠5~8份,二氯甲烷3~5份,硼酸2~4份和稳定剂3~5份。
作为优选,所述稳定剂为碳酸钙。
作为优选,由以下重量的组分组成:聚氯乙烯11~13份,石英粉18~25份,硅酸镁铝12~15份,聚二甲基硅氧烷8~10份,玻化微珠5份,二氯甲烷3份,硼酸2份和稳定剂3~4份。
进一步优选地,由以下重量的组分组成:聚氯乙烯11~12份,石英粉21-25份,硅酸镁铝13份,聚二甲基硅氧烷9份,玻化微珠5份,二氯甲烷3份,硼酸2份和碳酸钙4份。
有益效果:本发明相比现有技术,其能够提升粘合度,而且环保性强,质量较轻,能够提升使用寿命。

一种用于砌筑砂浆的粘合剂,由以下重量的组分组成:聚氯乙烯13份,石英粉18份,硅酸镁铝15份,聚二甲基硅氧烷8份,玻化微珠5份,二氯甲烷3份,硼酸2份和碳酸钙4份。
实施例3
一种用于砌筑砂浆的粘合剂,由以下重量的组分组成:聚氯乙烯12份,石英粉21份,硅酸镁铝13份,聚二甲基硅氧烷9份,玻化微珠5份,二氯甲烷3份,硼酸2份和碳酸钙4份。

1.一种用于砌筑砂浆的粘合剂,其特征在于,由以下重量的组分组成:聚氯乙烯11~25份,石英粉15~25份,硅酸镁铝10~15份,聚二甲基硅氧烷8~13份,玻化微珠5~8份,二氯甲烷3~5份,硼酸2~4份和稳定剂3~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于砌筑砂浆的粘合剂,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为碳酸钙。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于砌筑砂浆的粘合剂,其特征在于,由以下重量的组分组成:聚氯乙烯11~13份,石英粉18~25份,硅酸镁铝12~15份,聚二甲基硅氧烷8~10份,玻化微珠5份,二氯甲烷3份,硼酸2份和稳定剂3~4份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于砌筑砂浆的粘合剂,其特征在于,由以下重量的组分组成:聚氯乙烯11~12份,石英粉21-25份,硅酸镁铝13份,聚二甲基硅氧烷9份,玻化微珠5份,二氯甲烷3份,硼酸2份和碳酸钙4份。
