一种复合轻质外墙板,其通过如下重量份的原料组成:水泥15-17份、钠基膨润土10-14份、粉煤灰5-11份、生石灰5-9份、轻质碳酸钙65-78份、秸秆25-34份、建筑胶水5-10份、聚丙烯纤维3-5份、玄武岩纤维12-18份、碳化硅3-7份、粘合剂10-26份、改性玻璃纤维5-8份、改性剂1-3份。该复合轻质外墙板结构牢固、性能优良、环保节能、资源节约。
Description
本发明具体涉及一种复合轻质外墙板。
复合轻质外墙板是一种轻便建筑材料。目前,我国框架结构建筑的外墙一般采用各种砌块或其他轻质材料作墙体,在墙体之外重新做外保温和外饰面。由于现有材料和结构技术的局限,现有技术的建筑墙体一般是由硬实的外面板、内侧板和充填在外面板和内侧板之间的轻质充填料构成的。这类墙体的外面板与主体的连接存在局部“冷桥”现象,影响建筑物的整体保温性能;不能与建筑主体实现同寿命;而且该工艺还存在施工工艺复杂、建安成本高、资源消耗高等缺陷。现阶段的外墙保温方法很多,但大多需要繁琐的施工工序;即便有能够在工厂一次成型性产品,也存在着产品资源消耗高、容重大、耐久性差、不便运输与吊装施工等缺陷。随着城市化进程的加快和绿色化发展的要求,对建筑质量、建筑品质和建设速度的要求也越来越高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合轻质外墙板。
本发明通过下面技术方案实现:
一种复合轻质外墙板,通过如下重量份的原料组成:水泥15-17份、钠基膨润土10-14份、粉煤灰5-11份、生石灰5-9份、轻质碳酸钙65-78份、秸秆25-34份、建筑胶水5-10份、聚丙烯纤维3-5份、玄武岩纤维12-18份、碳化硅3-7份、粘合剂10-26份、改性玻璃纤维5-8份、改性剂1-3份。
优选地,所述的一种复合轻质外墙板,通过如下重量份的原料组成:水泥16份、钠基膨润土12份、粉煤灰8份、生石灰7份、轻质碳酸钙71份、秸秆30份、建筑胶水8份、聚丙烯纤维4份、玄武岩纤维15份、碳化硅5份、粘合剂18份、改性玻璃纤维7份、改性剂2份。
优选地,所述的一种复合轻质外墙板,通过如下重量份的原料组成:水泥15份、钠基膨润土10份、粉煤灰5份、生石灰5份、轻质碳酸钙65份、秸秆25份、建筑胶水5份、聚丙烯纤维3份、玄武岩纤维12份、碳化硅3份、粘合剂10份、改性玻璃纤维5份、改性剂1份。
优选地,所述的一种复合轻质外墙板,通过如下重量份的原料组成:水泥17份、钠基膨润土14份、粉煤灰11份、生石灰9份、轻质碳酸钙78份、秸秆34份、建筑胶水10份、聚
丙烯纤维5份、玄武岩纤维18份、碳化硅7份、粘合剂26份、改性玻璃纤维8份、改性剂3份。

所述的一种复合轻质外墙板,通过如下重量份的原料组成:水泥16份、钠基膨润土12份、粉煤灰8份、生石灰7份、轻质碳酸钙71份、秸秆30份、建筑胶水8份、聚丙烯纤维4份、玄武岩纤维15份、碳化硅5份、粘合剂18份、改性玻璃纤维7份、改性剂2份。

所述的一种复合轻质外墙板,通过如下重量份的原料组成:水泥15份、钠基膨润土10份、粉煤灰5份、生石灰5份、轻质碳酸钙65份、秸秆25份、建筑胶水5份、聚丙烯纤维3份、玄武岩纤维12份、碳化硅3份、粘合剂10份、改性玻璃纤维5份、改性剂1份。

- 一种复合轻质外墙板,其特征在于,通过如下重量份的原料组成:水泥15-17份、钠基膨润土10-14份、粉煤灰5-11份、生石灰5-9份、轻质碳酸钙65-78份、秸秆25-34份、建筑胶水5-10份、聚丙烯纤维3-5份、玄武岩纤维12-18份、碳化硅3-7份、粘合剂10-26份、改性玻璃纤维5-8份、改性剂1-3份。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种复合轻质外墙板,其特征在于,通过如下重量份的原料组成:水泥16份、钠基膨润土12份、粉煤灰8份、生石灰7份、轻质碳酸钙71份、秸秆30份、建筑胶水8份、聚丙烯纤维4份、玄武岩纤维15份、碳化硅5份、粘合剂18份、改性玻璃纤维7份、改性剂2份。
