本发明属于建筑材料领域,尤其涉及一种轻质建筑材料。
背景技术
传统的建筑用砖石主要由粘土烧结而成,其质地牢固,兼具一定的保温、隔热、隔音效果,但分量较重,成本较高,一些不能承重的建筑屋顶就不太适用。随着人们对节能环保的要求越来越高,亟需寻找一种质量更轻、材料更环保、成本更低的建筑材料。有鉴于上述的缺陷,本设计人,积极加以研究创新,以期创设一种轻质建筑材料, 使其更具有产业上的利用价值。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种轻质建筑材料,其材质更轻,采用环保绿色的原料,成本低廉,而且可循环利用。
本发明提出的一种轻质建筑材料,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:轻质陶瓷38%,氯化镁29%,浮石6%,泥炭土4%,骨粉7%,纳米氧化硅9%,有机硅改性环氧树脂3%,氧化PE蜡4%。
借由上述方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:本发明使用轻质陶瓷、氯化镁、浮石、泥炭土、骨粉、纳米氧化硅等材料作为主要原料,因此材质轻便,成本低廉,而且绿色环保。

本发明使用轻质陶瓷、氯化镁、浮石、泥炭土、骨粉、纳米氧化硅等材料作为主要原料,因此材质轻便,成本低廉,而且绿色环保。
