本发明涉及PVC技术领域,尤其涉及一种高强度的单体式吊挂PVC槽板。
背景技术
现有的PVC槽板的硬度不够,容易磨损,影响使用寿命,且韧性不够,承重不够,易于在使用过程中断裂,存在一定的安全隐患,且热稳定性不足,导致在一些高温环境中无法使用,大大局限其应用场景,亟待改进。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种高强度的单体式吊挂PVC槽板,耐承重性能极好,而且环保不污染环境,耐高温性能优异,避免制品发生脆断。
本发明提出的一种高强度的单体式吊挂PVC槽板,其原料按重量份包括:聚氯乙烯30~60份,聚酰胺10~20份,聚碳酸酯25~45份,2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰0.3~0.9份,2-乙基-4甲基咪唑0.3~0.7份,二乙胺基丙胺1.5~2.5份,γ-(乙二胺基)丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷1~2份,马来酸酐1~2份,钛酸丁酯2~3份,重质碳酸钙15~25份,石墨烯10~20份,云母片10~20份,硬质陶土14~18份,黏土6~12份,聚苯酯0.3~0.7份,发泡剂0.3~0.9份,稳定剂0.4~1.2份,环氧大豆油0.6~1.2份,歧化松香0.6~1.2份,硬脂酸镁1.5~2.5份。
优选地,聚氯乙烯、聚酰胺、聚碳酸酯的重量比为40~50:13~17:30~40。
优选地,2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰、2-乙基-4甲基咪唑、二乙胺基丙胺的重量比为0.5~0.7:0.4~0.6:1.8~2.2。
优选地,γ-(乙二胺基)丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、马来酸酐、钛酸丁酯的重量比为1.2~1.8:1.3~1.7:2.2~2.6。
优选地,重质碳酸钙、石墨烯、云母片、硬质陶土、黏土的重量比为18~22:14~18:12~16:15~17:8~10。
优选地,聚苯酯、发泡剂、稳定剂、环氧大豆油、歧化松香、硬脂酸镁的重量比为0.4~0.6:0.5~0.7:0.6~1:0.8~1:0.7~0.9:1.7~2。
优选地,其原料按重量份包括:聚氯乙烯40~50份,聚酰胺13~17份,聚碳酸酯30~40份,2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰0.5~0.7份,2-乙基-4甲基咪唑0.4~0.6份,二乙胺基丙胺1.8~2.2份,γ-(乙二胺基)丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷1.2~1.8份,马来酸酐1.3~1.7份,钛酸丁酯2.2~2.6份,重质碳酸钙18~22份,石墨烯14~18份,云母片12~16份,硬质陶土15~17份,黏土8~10份,聚苯酯0.4~0.6份,发泡剂0.5~0.7份,稳定剂0.6~1份,环氧大豆油0.8~1份,歧化松香0.7~0.9份,硬脂酸镁1.7~2份。
本发明采用常规PVC制备工艺制得。
本发明采用聚碳酸酯、聚酰胺、聚氯乙烯作为主料,在环氧大豆油、稳定剂、歧化松香的作用下,互溶性好,相互间分散均匀,采用2-乙基-4甲基咪唑、2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰、二乙胺基丙胺作为固化体系,耐承重性能极好,而且环保不污染环境,耐高温性能优异;石墨烯、重质碳酸钙、硬质陶土、云母片、黏土作为填充增强体系,进一步与发泡剂、聚苯酯、硬脂酸镁配合作用,在保证制品一定韧性的前提下,硬度极好,耐承重强度进一步增强,而添加的马来酸酐、γ-(乙二胺基)丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、钛酸丁酯可有效增强有机与无机物料之间结合力,相互间结合力进一步增强,耐承重作用进一步增强,避免制品发生脆断。

本发明提出的一种高强度的单体式吊挂PVC槽板,其原料按重量份包括:聚氯乙烯30份,聚酰胺20份,聚碳酸酯25份,2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰0.9份,2-乙基-4甲基咪唑0.3份,二乙胺基丙胺2.5份,γ-(乙二胺基)丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷1份,马来酸酐2份,钛酸丁酯2份,重质碳酸钙25份,石墨烯10份,云母片20份,硬质陶土14份,黏土12份,聚苯酯0.3份,发泡剂0.9份,稳定剂0.4份,环氧大豆油1.2份,歧化松香0.6份,硬脂酸镁2.5份。

本发明提出的一种高强度的单体式吊挂PVC槽板,其原料按重量份包括:聚氯乙烯60份,聚酰胺10份,聚碳酸酯45份,2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰0.3份,2-乙基-4甲基咪唑0.7份,二乙胺基丙胺1.5份,γ-(乙二胺基)丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷2份,马来酸酐1份,钛酸丁酯3份,重质碳酸钙15份,石墨烯20份,云母片10份,硬质陶土18份,黏土6份,聚苯酯0.7份,发泡剂0.3份,稳定剂1.2份,环氧大豆油0.6份,歧化松香1.2份,硬脂酸镁1.5份。

本发明提出的一种高强度的单体式吊挂PVC槽板,,其原料按重量份包括:聚氯乙烯40份,聚酰胺17份,聚碳酸酯30份,2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰0.7份,2-乙基-4甲基咪唑0.4份,二乙胺基丙胺2.2份,γ-(乙二胺基)丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷1.2份,马来酸酐1.7份,钛酸丁酯2.2份,重质碳酸钙22份,石墨烯14份,云母片16份,硬质陶土15份,黏土10份,聚苯酯0.4份,发泡剂0.7份,稳定剂0.6份,环氧大豆油1份,歧化松香0.7份,硬脂酸镁2份。

本发明提出的一种高强度的单体式吊挂PVC槽板,,其原料按重量份包括:聚氯乙烯50份,聚酰胺13份,聚碳酸酯40份,2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰0.5份,2-乙基-4甲基咪唑0.6份,二乙胺基丙胺1.8份,γ-(乙二胺基)丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷1.8份,马来酸酐1.3份,钛酸丁酯2.6份,重质碳酸钙18份,石墨烯18份,云母片12份,硬质陶土17份,黏土8份,聚苯酯0.6份,发泡剂0.5份,稳定剂1份,环氧大豆油0.8份,歧化松香0.9份,硬脂酸镁1.7份。

本发明提出的一种高强度的单体式吊挂PVC槽板,,其原料按重量份包括:聚氯乙烯45份,聚酰胺15份,聚碳酸酯35份,2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰0.6份,2-乙基-4甲基咪唑0.5份,二乙胺基丙胺2份,γ-(乙二胺基)丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷1.5份,马来酸酐1.5份,钛酸丁酯2.4份,重质碳酸钙20份,石墨烯16份,云母片14份,硬质陶土16份,黏土9份,聚苯酯0.5份,发泡剂0.6份,稳定剂0.8份,环氧大豆油0.9份,歧化松香0.8份,硬脂酸镁1.8份。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述高强度的单体式吊挂PVC槽板,其特征在于,2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰、2-乙基-4甲基咪唑、二乙胺基丙胺的重量比为0.5~0.7:0.4~0.6:1.8~2.2。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述高强度的单体式吊挂PVC槽板,其特征在于,γ-(乙二胺基)丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、马来酸酐、钛酸丁酯的重量比为1.2~1.8:1.3~1.7:2.2~2.6。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述高强度的单体式吊挂PVC槽板,其特征在于,重质碳酸钙、石墨烯、云母片、硬质陶土、黏土的重量比为18~22:14~18:12~16:15~17:8~10。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述高强度的单体式吊挂PVC槽板,其特征在于,聚苯酯、发泡剂、稳定剂、环氧大豆油、歧化松香、硬脂酸镁的重量比为0.4~0.6:0.5~0.7:0.6~1:0.8~1:0.7~0.9:1.7~2。
