技术领域
本发明涉及PVC技术领域,尤其涉及一种挂钩式金属龙骨专用的表面无螺丝PVC槽板。
背景技术
现有的PVC槽板的硬度不够,容易磨损,影响使用寿命,且韧性不够,承重不够,易于在使用过程中断裂,存在一定的安全隐患,且热稳定性不足,导致在一些高温环境中无法使用,大大局限其应用场景,亟待改进。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种挂钩式金属龙骨专用的表面无螺丝PVC槽板,耐承重性能极好,而且环保不污染环境,耐高温性能优异,避免制品发生脆断。
本发明提出的一种挂钩式金属龙骨专用的表面无螺丝PVC槽板,其原料按重量份包括:聚氯乙烯20~40份,高密度聚乙烯5~15份,聚酰胺20~50份,石墨烯5~15份,海泡石粉10~20份,硬质陶土8~12份,纳米二氧化硅5~15份,碳酸钙晶须4~10份,二亚乙基三胺0.1~0.58份,2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰0.1~0.8份,三亚乙基四胺1~2份,马来酸酐0.5~1.5份,硅烷偶联剂0.5~1.5份,钛酸丁酯1~2份,C5石油树脂0.2~0.8份,稳定剂0.2~0.8份,歧化松香0.2~0.8份,发泡剂0.1~0.6份,聚苯酯0.1~0.6份,硬脂酸镁1~2份。
优选地,聚氯乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、聚酰胺的重量比为25~35:8~12:30~40。
优选地,二亚乙基三胺、2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰、三亚乙基四胺的重量比为0.2~0.4:0.3~0.7:1.2~1.6。
优选地,石墨烯、海泡石粉、硬质陶土、纳米二氧化硅、碳酸钙晶须的重量比为7~11:12~16:9~11:10~12:6~8。
优选地,其原料按重量份包括:聚氯乙烯25~35份,高密度聚乙烯8~12份,聚酰胺30~40份,石墨烯7~11份,海泡石粉12~16份,硬质陶土9~11份,纳米二氧化硅10~12份,碳酸钙晶须6~8份,二亚乙基三胺0.2~0.4份,2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰0.3~0.7份,三亚乙基四胺1.2~1.6份,马来酸酐0.8~1.2份,硅烷偶联剂0.8~1.2份,钛酸丁酯1.5~1.7份,C5石油树脂0.4~0.6份,稳定剂0.4~0.6份,歧化松香0.4~0.6份,发泡剂0.2~0.4份,聚苯酯0.3~0.5份,硬脂酸镁1.4~1.8份。
本发明采用常规PVC制备工艺制得。
本发明采用聚氯乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、聚酰胺作为主料,在C5石油树脂、稳定剂、歧化松香的作用下,互溶性好,相互间分散均匀,采用二亚乙基三胺、2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰、三亚乙基四胺作为固化体系,耐承重性能极好,而且环保不污染环境,耐高温性能优异;石墨烯、海泡石粉、硬质陶土、纳米二氧化硅、碳酸钙晶须作为填充增强体系,进一步与发泡剂、聚苯酯、硬脂酸镁配合作用,在保证制品一定韧性的前提下,硬度极好,耐承重强度进一步增强,而添加的马来酸酐、硅烷偶联剂、钛酸丁酯可有效增强有机与无机物料之间结合力,相互间结合力进一步增强,耐承重作用进一步增强,避免制品发生脆断。

本发明提出的一种挂钩式金属龙骨专用的表面无螺丝PVC槽板,其原料按重量份包括:聚氯乙烯20份,高密度聚乙烯15份,聚酰胺20份,石墨烯15份,海泡石粉10份,硬质陶土12份,纳米二氧化硅5份,碳酸钙晶须10份,二亚乙基三胺0.1份,2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰0.8份,三亚乙基四胺1份,马来酸酐1.5份,硅烷偶联剂0.5份,钛酸丁酯2份,C5石油树脂0.2份,稳定剂0.8份,歧化松香0.2份,发泡剂0.6份,聚苯酯0.1份,硬脂酸镁2份。

本发明提出的一种挂钩式金属龙骨专用的表面无螺丝PVC槽板,其原料按重量份包括:聚氯乙烯40份,高密度聚乙烯5份,聚酰胺50份,石墨烯5份,海泡石粉20份,硬质陶土8份,纳米二氧化硅15份,碳酸钙晶须4份,二亚乙基三胺0.58份,2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰0.1份,三亚乙基四胺2份,马来酸酐0.5份,硅烷偶联剂1.5份,钛酸丁酯1份,C5石油树脂0.8份,稳定剂0.2份,歧化松香0.8份,发泡剂0.1份,聚苯酯0.6份,硬脂酸镁1份。

本发明提出的一种挂钩式金属龙骨专用的表面无螺丝PVC槽板,其原料按重量份包括:聚氯乙烯25份,高密度聚乙烯12份,聚酰胺30份,石墨烯11份,海泡石粉12份,硬质陶土11份,纳米二氧化硅10份,碳酸钙晶须8份,二亚乙基三胺0.2份,2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰0.7份,三亚乙基四胺1.2份,马来酸酐1.2份,硅烷偶联剂0.8份,钛酸丁酯1.7份,C5石油树脂0.4份,稳定剂0.6份,歧化松香0.4份,发泡剂0.4份,聚苯酯0.3份,硬脂酸镁1.8份。
