本发明揭示了一种塑胶防滑跑道,由橡胶、光稳定剂、抗老化剂、增韧剂、耐磨剂以及填料组成,所述橡胶为丙烯酸树脂,所述光稳定剂为碳黑,所述抗老化剂为聚丙烯树脂,所述增韧剂为环氧树脂,所述耐磨剂为有机硅油,所述填料为硅藻土。该产品采用橡胶以及光稳定剂、抗老化剂,增韧剂、耐磨剂、填料五种添加剂制得,制得的产品平整度好、抗压强度高、硬度弹性适当、物理性能稳定的特性,有利于运动员速度和技术的发挥,有效地提高运动成绩,降低摔伤率。

本发明涉及建材领域,具体涉及一种塑胶防滑跑道。
背景技术
塑胶跑道具有一定的柔软度。运动过程中难免不会出现意外摔倒的情况,如果是直接摔在地面上,地面本身的硬度就会给你一个坚硬的回复。如果采用塑胶跑道,摔倒时,塑胶跑道的柔软性就会发挥它的作用,把伤害降低到最低。塑胶跑道必须具有一定的弹性并且具备防滑的功能的。运动员在运动过程中的强度比较大时,万一因为跑道滑而导致运动员摔倒往往会对脚踝造成意外伤害,因此塑料跑道越来越受运动员们的喜爱,让他们可以自由发挥并且能减轻对身体的伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种采用橡胶以及光稳定剂、抗老化剂,增韧剂、耐磨剂、填料五种添加剂制得,制得的产品平整度好、抗压强度高、硬度弹性适当、物理性能稳定的特性,有利于运动员速度和技术的发挥,有效地提高运动成绩,降低摔伤率的塑胶防滑跑道。
本发明的技术方案是,一种塑胶防滑跑道,所述塑胶防滑跑道由橡胶、光稳定剂、抗老化剂、增韧剂、耐磨剂以及填料组成,所述橡胶为丙烯酸树脂,所述光稳定剂为碳黑,所述抗老化剂为聚丙烯树脂,所述增韧剂为环氧树脂,所述耐磨剂为有机硅油,所述填料为硅藻土,所述塑胶防滑跑道各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述丙烯酸树脂占77.7%-82.6%,所述碳黑占3.8%-4.2%,所述聚丙烯树脂占4.5%-4.8%,所述环氧树脂占2.8%-3.4%,所述有机硅油占3.4%-3.7%,所述硅藻土占2.9%-3.1%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述塑胶防滑跑道各成分所占重量百分比具体为:所述丙烯酸树脂占82.1%,所述碳黑占4.1%,所述聚丙烯树脂占4.6%,所述环氧树脂占2.9%,所述的有机硅油占3.4%,所述硅藻土占2.9%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述塑胶防滑跑道各成分所占重量百分比具体为:所述丙烯酸树脂占81.5%,所述碳黑占3.9%,所述聚丙烯树脂占4.7%,所述环氧树脂占3.3%,所述的有机硅油占3.6%,所述硅藻土占3%。

另外,可通过调节各成分的不同重量百分比,使得得到的产品性能高低不一。
