Abstract

本发明公开一种耐老化橡胶组合物,属于橡胶技术领域。本发明主要选用丁苯橡胶,苯乙烯-异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶,异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶三种橡胶复配,再配以芳香烃油,芳香族改性萜烯树脂,轻质碳酸钙,硫酸镁,炭黑,硬脂酸,硫磺,沥青以及对苯二胺一起制成耐老化橡胶组合物,可有效的提高其耐老化性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐老化橡胶组合物。
背景技术
目前,市场上的销售橡胶制品有很多,其应用领域的不同,相应的性能要求也不同。例如,用在建筑机械震动器橡胶软管,长期在全天候日光下暴晒、酸性水泥浆中使用,便很容易出现裂纹、渗水、泥、砂等现象。所以这类橡胶对其耐老化性能的要求非常高。
发明内容
本发明提供一种耐老化橡胶组合物,该耐老化橡胶组合物具有较好的耐老化性能,可适用于制作建筑机械震动器橡胶软管。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
它由以下重量份的组分制成:
丁苯橡胶70份~85份,苯乙烯-异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶20份~30份,异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶20份~30份,芳香烃油15份~18份,芳香族改性萜烯树脂20份~26份,轻质碳酸钙8份~12份,硫酸镁5份~8份,炭黑2份~4份,硬脂酸2份~4份,硫磺1份~5份,沥青1份~3份以及对苯二胺1份~5份。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案是:丁苯橡胶70份,苯乙烯-异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶20份,异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶20份,芳香烃油18份,芳香族改性萜烯树脂23份,轻质碳酸钙12份,硫酸镁5份,炭黑4份,硬脂酸3份,硫磺4份,沥青1份以及对苯二胺5份。
更进一步的,丁苯橡胶85份,苯乙烯-异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶30份,异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶30份,芳香烃油16份,芳香族改性萜烯树脂20份,轻质碳酸钙8份,硫酸镁6份,炭黑2份,硬脂酸2份,硫磺1份,沥青3份以及对苯二胺1份。
更进一步的,丁苯橡胶80份,苯乙烯-异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶25份,异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶26份,芳香烃油17份,芳香族改性萜烯树脂26份,轻质碳酸钙10份,硫酸镁8份,炭黑3份,硬脂酸4份,硫磺5份,沥青2份以及对苯二胺3份。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明得到的有益效果是:
本发明主要选用丁苯橡胶,苯乙烯-异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶,异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶三种橡胶复配,再配以芳香烃油,芳香族改性萜烯树脂,轻质碳酸钙,硫酸镁,炭黑,硬脂酸,硫磺,沥青以及对苯二胺一起制成耐老化橡胶组合物,可有效的提高其耐老化性能。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,而本发明的保护范围并非仅仅局限于以下实施例。
实施例1
本耐老化橡胶组合物由以下组分制成:丁苯橡胶7.0kg,苯乙烯-异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶2.0kg,异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶2.0kg,芳香烃油1.8kg,芳香族改性萜烯树脂2.3kg,轻质碳酸钙1.2kg,硫酸镁0.5kg,炭黑0.4kg,硬脂酸0.3kg,硫磺0.4kg,沥青0.1kg以及对苯二胺0.5kg。
与现有市场上销售的耐老化橡胶组合物产品相比,本实施例制得的耐老化橡胶组合物的耐老化性能提高了100%。
实施例2
本耐老化橡胶组合物由以下组分制成:丁苯橡胶8.5kg,苯乙烯-异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶3.0kg,异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶3.0kg,芳香烃油1.6kg,芳香族改性萜烯树脂2.0kg,轻质碳酸钙0.8kg,硫酸镁0.6kg,炭黑0.2kg,硬脂酸0.2kg,硫磺0.1kg,沥青0.3kg以及对苯二胺0.1kg。
与现有市场上销售的耐老化橡胶组合物产品相比,本实施例制得的耐老化橡胶组合物的耐老化性能提高了99%。
实施例3
本耐老化橡胶组合物由以下组分制成:丁苯橡胶8.0kg,苯乙烯-异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶2.5kg,异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶2.6kg,芳香烃油1.7kg,芳香族改性萜烯树脂2.6kg,轻质碳酸钙1.0kg,硫酸镁0.8kg,炭黑0.3kg,硬脂酸0.4kg,硫磺0.5kg,沥青0.2kg以及对苯二胺0.3kg。
与现有市场上销售的耐老化橡胶组合物产品相比,本实施例制得的耐老化橡胶组合物的耐老化性能提高了100%。

Claims (4)

1.一种耐老化橡胶组合物,其特征在于由以下重量份的组分制成:
丁苯橡胶70份~85份,苯乙烯-异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶20份~30份,异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶20份~30份,芳香烃油15份~18份,芳香族改性萜烯树脂20份~26份,轻质碳酸钙8份~12份,硫酸镁5份~8份,炭黑2份~4份,硬脂酸2份~4份,硫磺1份~5份,沥青1份~3份以及对苯二胺1份~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐老化橡胶组合物,其特征在于:丁苯橡胶70份,苯乙烯-异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶20份,异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶20份,芳香烃油18份,芳香族改性萜烯树脂23份,轻质碳酸钙12份,硫酸镁5份,炭黑4份,硬脂酸3份,硫磺4份,沥青1份以及对苯二胺5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐老化橡胶组合物,其特征在于:丁苯橡胶85份,苯乙烯-异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶30份,异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶30份,芳香烃油16份,芳香族改性萜烯树脂20份,轻质碳酸钙8份,硫酸镁6份,炭黑2份,硬脂酸2份,硫磺1份,沥青3份以及对苯二胺1份。
