本发明公开了一种手机用高柔韧防水垫片,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物40-50份、聚酯玻璃钢10-25份、煅烧磁粉1-5份、环保增塑剂0.1-3份、防水稳定剂0.5-1.5份、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物15-25份、醋酸乙烯1-5份、氯化铝1-5份、云母粉2-6份、硅微粉1-5份、纳米级滑石粉5-10份、丁苯胶1-5份、阳离子表面活性剂2-6份、纳米介孔分子筛5-10份、增粘树脂1-5份、偏亚硫酸钠2-10份。本发明提供的产品不仅满足常规垫片的基本使用需要,而且大大提高了产品的防水防潮性能,不易开裂,改善了产品的柔韧性、抗冲击性能、抗氧化、耐腐蚀性等性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种手机垫片,尤其涉及一种手机用高柔韧防水垫片。
背景技术
垫片(gasket)是两个物体之间的机械密封,通常用以防止两个物体之间受到压力、腐蚀、和管路自然地热胀冷缩泄漏。由于机械加工表面不可能完美,使用垫片即可填补不规则性。垫片通常由片状材料制成,如垫纸,橡胶,硅橡胶,金属,软木,毛毡,氯丁橡胶,丁腈橡胶,玻璃纤维或塑料聚合物(如聚四氟乙烯 )。特定应用的垫片可能含有石棉。
目前的手机垫片基本满足使用条件,不过,由于手机使用要求比较高,需要进一步提高手机的防水防潮性能、柔韧性等性能。

为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种手机用高柔韧防水垫片。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种手机用高柔韧防水垫片,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物40-50份、聚酯玻璃钢10-25份、煅烧磁粉1-5份、环保增塑剂0.1-3份、防水稳定剂0.5-1.5份、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物15-25份、醋酸乙烯1-5份、氯化铝1-5份、云母粉2-6份、硅微粉1-5份、纳米级滑石粉5-10份、丁苯胶1-5份、阳离子表面活性剂2-6份、纳米介孔分子筛5-10份、增粘树脂1-5份、偏亚硫酸钠2-10份。
进一步地,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物45份、聚酯玻璃钢15份、煅烧磁粉3份、环保增塑剂1.5份、防水稳定剂0.8份、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物20份、醋酸乙烯3份、氯化铝3份、云母粉4份、硅微粉4份、纳米级滑石粉6份、丁苯胶3份、阳离子表面活性剂5份、纳米介孔分子筛8份、增粘树脂3份、偏亚硫酸钠7份。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明提供的产品不仅满足常规垫片的基本使用需要,而且大大提高了产品的防水防潮性能,不易开裂,改善了产品的柔韧性和抗冲击性能,提高了抗氧化、耐腐蚀性等性能,提高产品的实用性。
