本发明公开了一种带自粘保护膜的抗油污可低温贴合高分子膜,包括低温高分子基层、印刷层、防油污层、膜保护层、自粘料层和自粘料保护层,低温高分子基层外侧粘结在印刷层内侧,所述防油污层内侧粘结在印刷层外侧,所述膜保护层内侧通过第一胶水层与防油污层外层粘结在一起,所述低温高分子基层包括外层、中间层和内层,所述自粘料层内侧粘接在膜保护层外侧,所述自粘料保护层内侧粘结在自粘料层外侧,所述内层内侧用于粘结在厨房吊顶板上。本发明环保性好,保护成本低,同时可以防止吊顶板被油污侵蚀,防止吊顶板发黑发黄,延长吊顶板和贴膜的使用寿命;还可以在较低温度下直接贴合在厨房吊顶板上,从而加快贴膜速度,提高使用效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种厨房吊顶专用膜,尤其涉及一种带自粘保护膜的抗油污可低温贴合高分子膜及其制作方法。
背景技术
厨房中由于每天都会产生油烟和其它油污,而这些油烟或者油污虽然大部分会被抽油烟机抽走,但是难免会有一部分没被抽油烟机抽走的油烟或者油污往上走直接被吊顶吸附,时间一长,吊顶板就会被油烟熏的发黑或者发黄,有些贴膜甚至直接开裂脱胶;
而且,目前普通的吊顶板一般是采用涂胶的方式对吊顶膜进行保护,涂胶方式不仅环保性差,而且成本高;
同时目前普通的吊顶膜与吊顶板粘结时,需要采用较高的温度进行贴合,影响贴膜速度。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述现有技术中存在的缺陷和不足,提供了一种不仅可以很好的保护吊顶板和吊顶膜,而且环保性好,成本低,同时可以防止吊顶板被油污侵蚀,防止吊顶板发黑发黄,延长吊顶板和贴膜的使用寿命,还可以加快贴膜速度,提高使用效率的带自粘保护膜的抗油污可低温贴合高分子膜。
本发明的技术方案:一种带自粘保护膜的抗油污可低温贴合高分子膜,包括低温高分子基层、印刷层、防油污层、膜保护层、自粘料层和自粘料保护层,所述低温高分子基层外侧通过粘结剂粘结在印刷层内侧,所述防油污层内侧通过粘结剂粘结在印刷层外侧,所述膜保护层内侧通过第一胶水层与防油污层外层粘结在一起,所述低温高分子基层包括外层、中间层和内层,所述自粘料层内侧粘接在膜保护层外侧,所述自粘料保护层内侧通过粘结剂粘结在自粘料层外侧,所述外层外侧通过第二胶水层粘结在印刷层内侧,所述中间层外侧通过粘结剂粘结在外层内侧,所述内层外侧通过粘结剂粘结在中间层内侧,所述内层内侧用于粘结在厨房吊顶板上,所述内层由下述质量份数的组分构成:高分子树脂30-40份,低温粘接料60-70份,增光剂0.3-0.5份,防粘剂3-5份,所述自粘料层由下述质量分数的组分构成:环氧树脂80-90份,增粘树脂10-15份,弹性体1-2份。
本发明在普通高分子膜上复合了一层自粘保护膜,代替传统的涂胶工艺,使得其环保性好,而且降低成本,同时还增加了防油污层,使得其可以防止吊顶板被油污侵蚀,防止吊顶板发黑发黄,延长吊顶板和贴膜的使用寿命;同时采用可低温粘结的高分子材料作为基层,使得其可以在较低温度下直接贴合在厨房吊顶板上,从而加快贴膜速度,提高使用效率。
优选地,所述自粘料保护层为LDPE材料层、LLDPE材料层或者LDPE与LLDPE共混材料层。
该种结构使得其自粘性能更好,而且还能保护自粘保护膜,提高其柔软性、韧性、耐寒性和耐穿刺性。
优选地,所述内层由高分子树脂与低温粘接料共混后添加增光剂和防粘剂形成的可低温粘结层,所述可低温粘结层粘结在厨房吊顶板上。
该种结构使得其可以快速贴合在厨房吊顶板上,提高使用效率。
优选地,所述高分子树脂为杜邦高分子料905或者杜邦高分子料868,所述低温粘接料为EAA,所述增光剂为PAA。
优选地,所述环氧树脂为AD环氧树脂,所述增粘树脂为EVA,所述弹性体为POP弹性体。
优选地,所述外层为LLDPE材料层、LDPE材料层或者LLDPE与LDPE共混材料层,所述中间层为LLDPE材料层、LDPE材料层或者LLDPE与LDPE共混材料层。
该种结构使得其具有很好的柔软性、韧性、耐寒性和耐穿刺性。
优选地,所述印刷层与防油污层之间设有印刷保护层,所述印刷保护层和膜保护层均为PET材料层。
该种结构使得其具有更好的防水和防震性,以及具有更好的耐高温性,延长器使用寿命。
优选地,所述防油污层为防油污树脂层。
一种带自粘保护膜的抗油污可低温贴合高分子膜的制作方法,包括下述步骤:
1)将30-40份高分子树脂和60-70份低温粘接料共混后添加0.3-0.5份增光剂和3-5份防粘剂制成低温高分子基层的内层;
2)将80-90份环氧树脂、10-15份增粘树脂和1-2份弹性体共混制成自粘料层;
3)将各层材料按照内外次序分别加到多层挤出机内分别挤出成型,然后在模头并膜,各层挤出的材料复合在一起形成半成品高分子膜;
4)在用吹长机构将半成品高分子膜吹长,然后调整膜的宽度和厚度;
5)最后按照设定的宽度和长度将膜切断成型。
优选地,所述多层挤出机内挤出时的温度为140摄氏度-160摄氏度之间,所述模头并膜时的温度为155摄氏度。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明,但并不是对本发明保护范围的限制。
如图1和2所示,一种带自粘保护膜的抗油污可低温贴合高分子膜,包括低温高分子基层、印刷层5、防油污层7、膜保护层9、自粘料层10和自粘料保护层11。低温高分子基层外侧通过粘结剂粘结在印刷层5内侧,防油污层7内侧通过粘结剂粘结在印刷层5外侧,膜保护层9内侧通过第一胶水层8与防油污层7外层粘结在一起,低温高分子基层包括外层3、中间层2和内层1,自粘料层10内侧粘接在膜保护层9外侧,自粘料保护层11内侧通过粘结剂粘结在自粘料层10外侧。外层3外侧通过第二胶水层4粘结在印刷层5内侧,中间层2外侧通过粘结剂粘结在外层3内侧,内层1外侧通过粘结剂粘结在中间层2内侧,内层1内侧用于粘结在厨房吊顶板12上。内层1由下述质量份数的组分构成:高分子树脂30-40份,低温粘接料60-70份,增光剂0.3-0.5份,防粘剂3-5份。自粘料层10由下述质量分数的组分构成:环氧树脂80-90份,增粘树脂10-15份,弹性体1-2份。
自粘料保护层11为LDPE材料层、LLDPE材料层或者LDPE与LLDPE共混材料层。内层1由高分子树脂与低温粘接料共混后添加增光剂和防粘剂形成的可低温粘结层,可低温粘结层粘结在厨房吊顶板12上。
高分子树脂为杜邦高分子料905或者杜邦高分子料868,低温粘接料为EAA,所述增光剂为PAA。
环氧树脂为AD环氧树脂,增粘树脂为EVA,弹性体为POP弹性体。
外层3为LLDPE材料层、LDPE材料层或者LLDPE与LDPE共混材料层,中间层2为LLDPE材料层、LDPE材料层或者LLDPE与LDPE共混材料层。印刷层5与防油污层7之间设有印刷保护层6,印刷保护层6和膜保护层9均为PET材料层。防油污层7为防油污树脂层。
实施例1
内层1由下述质量份数的组分构成:高分子树脂30份,低温粘接料60份,增光剂0.3份,防粘剂3份。自粘料层10由下述质量分数的组分构成:环氧树脂80份,增粘树脂10份,弹性体1份。
实施例2
内层1由下述质量份数的组分构成:高分子树脂40份,低温粘接料70份,增光剂0.5份,防粘剂5份。自粘料层10由下述质量分数的组分构成:环氧树脂90份,增粘树脂15份,弹性体2份。
实施例3
内层1由下述质量份数的组分构成:高分子树脂35份,低温粘接料65份,增光剂0.4份,防粘剂4份。自粘料层10由下述质量分数的组分构成:环氧树脂85份,增粘树脂12份,弹性体1.5份。
本发明的自粘保护膜在抗油污可低温贴合高分子膜贴合在吊顶板的同时复合在抗油污可低温贴合高分子膜的最外层上,在吊顶板运输和储存过程中对吊顶板和高分子膜起到了保护作用;在吊顶板使用时,只需将自粘保护膜揭除即可;改变了以往采用涂胶方式对吊顶板的保护,不仅可以很好的对吊顶板和吊顶膜进行保护,而且环保性好,在整卷或者整张复合的情况下,相对涂胶方法还能降低成本。
本发明中各原材料均属于市面采购的已知材料,自粘料层和防油污树脂层也为市面采购的已知材料。
普通的高分子膜需要在150摄氏度以上的温度才能粘结在吊顶板上,而本发明只需在120摄氏度左右就可以顺利的粘结在吊顶板上,从而大大提高其贴膜速度。
本发明在普通高分子膜上复合了一层自粘保护膜,代替传统的涂胶工艺,使得其不仅可以很好的保护吊顶膜和吊顶板,而且环保性好,保护成本低,同时还增加了防油污层,使得其可以防止吊顶板被油污侵蚀,防止吊顶板发黑发黄,延长吊顶板和贴膜的使用寿命;同时使用可低温粘结层,使得其可以在较低温度下直接贴合在厨房吊顶板上,从而加快贴膜速度,提高使用效率。

1.一种带自粘保护膜的抗油污可低温贴合高分子膜,其特征在于:其包括低温高分子基层、印刷层、防油污层、膜保护层、自粘料层和自粘料保护层,所述低温高分子基层外侧通过粘结剂粘结在印刷层内侧,所述防油污层内侧通过粘结剂粘结在印刷层外侧,所述膜保护层内侧通过第一胶水层与防油污层外层粘结在一起,所述低温高分子基层包括外层、中间层和内层,所述自粘料层内侧粘接在膜保护层外侧,所述自粘料保护层内侧通过粘结剂粘结在自粘料层外侧,所述外层外侧通过第二胶水层粘结在印刷层内侧,所述中间层外侧通过粘结剂粘结在外层内侧,所述内层外侧通过粘结剂粘结在中间层内侧,所述内层内侧用于粘结在厨房吊顶板上,所述内层由下述质量份数的组分构成:高分子树脂30-40份,低温粘接料60-70份,增光剂0.3-0.5份,防粘剂3-5份,所述自粘料层由下述质量分数的组分构成:环氧树脂80-90份,增粘树脂10-15份,弹性体1-2份;所述高分子树脂为杜邦高分子料905或者杜邦高分子料868,所述低温粘接料为EAA,所述增光剂为PAA;所述环氧树脂为AD环氧树脂,所述增粘树脂为EVA,所述弹性体为POP弹性体。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带自粘保护膜的抗油污可低温贴合高分子膜,其特征在于:所述印刷层与防油污层之间设有印刷保护层,所述印刷保护层和膜保护层均为PET材料层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种带自粘保护膜的抗油污可低温贴合高分子膜,其特征在于:所述防油污层为防油污树脂层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种带自粘保护膜的抗油污可低温贴合高分子膜的制作方法,其特征在于:其包括下述步骤:
1)将30-40份高分子树脂和60-70份低温粘接料共混后添加0.3-0.5份增光剂和3-5份防粘剂制成低温高分子基层的内层;
2)将80-90份环氧树脂、10-15份增粘树脂和1-2份弹性体共混制成自粘料层;
3)将各层材料按照内外次序分别加到多层挤出机内分别挤出成型,然后在模头并膜,各层挤出的材料复合在一起形成半成品高分子膜;
4)在用吹长机构将半成品高分子膜吹长,然后调整膜的宽度和厚度;
5)最后按照设定的宽度和长度将膜切断成型。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种带自粘保护膜的抗油污可低温贴合高分子膜的制作方法,其特征在于:所述多层挤出机内挤出时的温度为140摄氏度-160摄氏度之间,所述模头并膜时的温度为155摄氏度。
