本发明公开了一种车身漆面保护用改性聚烯烃弹性体膜,所述改性聚烯烃弹性体膜为三层结构,第一层为改性聚稀烃弹性体层,第二层为改性自粘胶层,第三层为PET离型膜层,PET离型膜层与改性自粘胶层之间的PET离型膜层表面形成硅油层,用聚烯烃弹性体代替TPU,材料价格只有TPU的1/4,解决了TPU材料贵,同时提高材料的耐黄变性能,延长了产品的使用年限。2、用聚烯烃弹性体代替PVC,克服PVC在严寒季节增塑剂析出,变硬变脆,材料的弹性和韧性下降,保护功能下降。3、用聚烯烃弹性体不含有氯,铅等不环保元素。改性自粘胶层为共挤,非涂布,减少环境污染,同时,解决了涂步法带来的残胶问题。

一种车身漆面保护用改性聚烯烃弹性体膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及车身漆面保护用膜的技术领域,尤其是一种车身漆面保护用改性聚烯烃弹性体膜,特别涉及其复合层膜结构及其制备方法。
背景技术
车身漆面保护膜的作用就是利用高性能的透明环保薄膜覆盖车身,给车漆提供全方位的保护,提高漆面的抗腐、抗氧、抗刮蹭能力,它既不会遮盖原漆颜色,还能提高车身的整体光泽度,
现有车身漆面保护膜基于两种材料,一种是软质聚氯乙烯(PVC),一种是热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU),前者材质所制成的保护膜会韧性不佳,寒冷季节增塑剂析出,材质变硬,因无弹性包覆处理低,价格稍低。
而TPU材质的保护膜其质地则更偏软一些,并且拥有良好的韧性和拉伸性,它是依靠高强度的韧性来保护车漆,另外该材质还具有一定的划痕自动修复能力,价格较贵。但TPU的缺点是耐老化性能差,长时间外露,易黄变。
本发明的目的在于提供一种车身漆面保护用改性聚烯烃弹性体膜,改性聚稀烃弹性体相比PVC材质,在柔软性、延展性,和韧性反面,性能更好。相比TPU材质,耐黄变性能更好,价格更便宜。克服了现有技术中存在的缺点和不足。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种车身漆面保护用改性聚烯烃弹性体膜,所述改性聚烯烃弹性体膜为三层结构,第一层为改性聚稀烃弹性体层,第二层为改性自粘胶层,第三层为PET离型膜层,PET离型膜层与改性自粘胶层之间的PET离型膜层表面形成硅油层,改性聚稀烃弹性体层的下表面覆有改性自粘胶层,改性聚稀烃弹性体层厚度为0.15mm-0.25mm,改性聚稀烃弹性体层的宽度1500-2000mm,改性自粘胶层的厚度为0.02mm-0.04mm,改性自粘胶层的宽度1500mm-2000mm,PET离型膜层的厚度为0.02mm-0.04mm,硅油层的厚度0.0003mm-0.0004mm,第一层、第二层、第三层之间的厚度比值为100:15:15。
一种车身漆面保护用改性聚烯烃弹性体膜制备方法如下:
改性聚稀烃弹性体由聚稀烃弹性体POE、茂金属线性聚乙烯MLLDPE、抗划痕硅酮母料组成,用双螺杆挤出机改性直接挤出,其中,聚稀烃弹性体POE占比60%-70%;熔体流动速率为4-8g/10min,密度0.87-0.90g/cm3;茂金属线性聚乙烯MLLDPE占比20%-30%;熔体流动速率为2-6g/10min,密度0.92-0.93g/cm3;抗划痕硅酮母料占比2%-11%;
改性自粘胶由线性聚乙稀LLDPE、茂金属线性聚乙烯MLLDPE、聚异丁烯(PIB)母料组成,用双螺杆挤出机改性直接挤出,其中,线性聚乙稀LLDPE占比60%-75%;熔体流动速率为2-6g/10min,密度0.92-0.93g/cm3;茂金属线性聚乙烯MLLDPE占比20%-30%;熔体流动速率为2-6g/10min,密度0.92-0.93g/cm3;聚异丁烯(PIB)母料占比4%-11%,
上述改性聚稀烃弹性体和改性自粘胶均由双螺杆挤出机改性直接挤出,再经过双层T型模头后形成双层结构,第一层为改性聚稀烃弹性体层,第二层为改性自粘胶层,在挤出机双层T型模头上方有一装有PET离型膜的放卷辊装置,和挤出主机线速度同步,当第一、二层冷却完后,使带硅油的PET离型膜复合在第二层上,一起收卷。

在具体实施时,改性聚稀烃弹性体层为分子链无双键的饱和分子链,添加抗紫外和抗热老化助剂,不易氧化,抗紫外能力强,外晒无黄变,使用寿命6-7年。特殊的乙稀和丙烯嵌段共聚,回弹性能好,内聚能大,强度高。
在具体实施时,改性自粘胶克服涂布法上胶后,剥离残胶问题。剥离后无残胶留于车身。
上述第一层和第二层采用二层挤出流延法一次挤出成双层膜结构。第一层为改性聚稀烃弹性体层1,第二层为改性自粘胶层,克服涂布法上胶后,剥离残胶问题。确保剥离后无残胶留于车身。在具体实施时,采用改性成型“一步”法,即用双螺杆挤出机,直接改性挤出,省去改性造粒步骤。用双螺杆改性挤出成型一步,节省能耗,减少晶点,避免材料热降。
在具体实施时,PET离型膜层在第一,第二层挤出后,直接覆盖在第二层上。

车身漆面保护用改性聚烯烃弹性体膜的第一层为改性聚稀烃弹性体层提供弹性,韧性,透明,抗划痕,耐酸碱,抗黄变,保护车漆;第二层为改性自粘胶层,保证车漆保护墨和车身的粘合效果,因是直接挤出,不是涂布工艺,没有残胶;第三层为PET离型膜层,因有自粘胶层,要用离型膜做隔离。使膜能分开,在施工装修时,撕开离型膜。第一层和第二层改性挤出一步法,节省能源,降低材料损耗,减少二次加热的材料的热老化损失。自粘层为共挤,非涂布,减少环境污染,同时,解决了涂步法带来的残胶问题。
