本发明公开了一种电器用覆膜板，包括金属基体，所述的基体的内外两个表面分别设有一层隔热膜，所述的基体外表面的隔热膜外还依次由内到外设有基膜层、塑料膜层，所述的塑料膜层为多层塑料膜叠加，其上通过模具压印有文字或图案或线条的凹槽，所述的凹槽内设有填充物。与现有技术相比，本发明所取得的有益效果是：多层结构具有保温隔热防噪音的效果，内外两层隔热膜可以减少内外热量交换，提高电器内部工作部件的工作效率，此外对塑料膜层设置的凹槽内设置填充物，可以进行多种材质的组合，具有立体感且能提升美观度。

一种电器用覆膜板
技术领域
本发明属于电器用壳体板材技术领域，具体来说涉及一种电器用覆膜板。
背景技术
传统的电器生产流程中家电厂商一般直接采用冷轧钢板、铝合金板等原材料，加工成型后采用喷涂工艺制成家电外壳，因此产品外观造型及色彩都比较单一，已经逐步淘汰。
目前主流的电器采用的板材多为预涂彩板，这种预涂彩板表面自带图层或护膜层，这种板材在加工过程中，弯曲变形区域很容易出现涂层破裂，在需要图案的时候，往往采用粘贴或者转印的方式来实现，这种方式多为平面造型、且易脱落，不能满足消费者日益增长的审美需求。
电器内部的工作部件在工作的时候会产生噪音和散发热量，通常会在内部设置保温层或隔离层，如加热或制冷类电器仍然有大量能量与外部进行传导，造成有效功率降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术的缺陷，提供一种保温隔热防噪音、具有立体多彩图案效果的电器用覆膜板。
为了实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是：
一种电器用覆膜板，包括金属基体，所述的基体的内外两个表面分别设有一层隔热膜，所述的基体外表面的隔热膜外还依次由内到外设有基膜层、塑料膜层，所述的塑料膜层为多层塑料膜叠加，其上通过模具压印有文字或图案或线条的凹槽，所述的凹槽内设有填充物。
进一步，所述的隔热膜为铝箔隔热卷材。
进一步，所述的基膜层为单色膜或彩膜。
进一步，所述的塑料膜层外还设有玻璃层，所述的玻璃层的边缘棱角边为圆角边。
进一步，所述的塑料膜层为PVC、PE、PU或PET。
进一步，所述的填充物为金属条、玻璃条、金属粉或者水晶粉。
与现有技术相比，本发明所取得的有益效果是：多层结构具有保温隔热防噪音的效果，内外两层隔热膜可以减少内外热量交换，提高电器内部工作部件的工作效率，此外对塑料膜层设置的凹槽内设置填充物，可以进行多种材质的组合，具有立体感且能提升美观度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施方式用于说明本发明，但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1的所示，一种电器用覆膜板，包括金属基体1，所述的基体1的内外两个表面分别设有一层隔热膜2，所述的基体1外表面的隔热膜2外还依次由内到外设有基膜层3、塑料膜层4，所述的塑料膜层4为多层塑料膜叠加，其上通过模具压印有文字或图案或线条的凹槽6，所述的凹槽6内设有填充物。隔热膜2为铝箔隔热卷材。基膜层3为单色膜或彩膜。塑料膜层4外还设有玻璃层5，所述的玻璃层5的边缘棱角边为圆角边。塑料膜层4为PVC、PE、PU或PET。填充物为金属条、玻璃条、金属粉或者水晶粉。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和替换，这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种电器用覆膜板，包括金属基体，其特征在于：所述的基体的内外两个表面分别设有一层隔热膜，所述的基体外表面的隔热膜外还依次由内到外设有基膜层和塑料膜层，所述的塑料膜层为多层塑料膜叠加，其上通过模具压印有文字或图案或线条的凹槽，所述的凹槽内设有填充物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电器用覆膜板，其特征在于：所述的隔热膜为铝箔隔热卷材。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电器用覆膜板，其特征在于：所述的基膜层为单色膜或彩膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电器用覆膜板，其特征在于：所述的塑料膜层外还设有玻璃层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电器用覆膜板，其特征在于：所述的玻璃层的边缘棱角边为圆角边。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电器用覆膜板，其特征在于：所述的塑料膜层为PVC、PE、PU或PET。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电器用覆膜板，其特征在于：所述的填充物为金属条、玻璃条、金属粉或者水晶粉。
