Abstract

本发明涉及一种纸筒切割机及其使用方法,包括机架和PLC控制系统,所述机架上设置有定距装置、圆锯和夹具,所述定距装置包括一能竖直移动的支撑板,所述圆锯设置在支撑板出口的旁侧,圆锯与支撑板上表面相平行设置,所述夹具包括一能横向移动的面板,所述面板下部设置有可伸缩的卡具,以使夹具夹紧纸筒从支撑板移动至圆锯进行切割,所述PLC控制系统控制定距装置、圆锯和夹具的运转。本装置结构简单,使用方便。

纸筒切割机及其使用方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纸筒切割机及其使用方法。
背景技术
现有对纸筒进行定距切割,都是就有的卧式切割机,两手掌控住长长的纸筒,先将纸筒一端顶抵在测量基准尺上,再将纸筒往圆锯处推送,从而将纸筒裁断,但每次都需要人工良好待切距离,而且也只能一次对一根纸筒进行裁切,效率低下,误差大。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术存在的问题做出改进,即本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种纸筒切割机及其使用方法,能快速自动定距,并同时对多根纸筒进行裁切。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的一种技术方案是:一种纸筒切割机,包括机架和PLC控制系统,所述机架上设置有定距装置、圆锯和夹具,所述定距装置包括一能竖直移动的支撑板,所述圆锯设置在支撑板出口的旁侧,圆锯与支撑板上表面相平行设置,所述夹具包括一能横向移动的面板,所述面板下部设置有可伸缩的卡具,以使夹具夹紧纸筒从支撑板移动至圆锯进行切割,所述PLC控制系统控制定距装置、圆锯和夹具的运转。
进一步的,所述机架上设置有两根竖直导轨,所述支撑板后侧设置有两个分别咬合在竖直导轨上的滑块,所述机架上还设置有通过电机驱使转动的丝杆,所述支撑板后侧设置有与丝杆相咬合的螺母,所述定距装置还包括一设置在支撑板旁侧的刻度尺,所述刻度尺旁侧设置有一竖直滑轨,所述滑轨上套设有一红外发射器,以使红外发射器上下移动时,PLC控制系统接收红外发射器信号并控制支撑板跟随上下移动。
进一步的,所述机架上部设置有横向导轨,所述面板后部设置有与横向导轨相咬合的滑块,所述面板前部设置有若干个V形支撑槽,所述面板前部下侧设置有支架,所述卡具包括至少一个设置在支架下的气缸,所述气缸活塞杆前端设有横杆,所述横杆上设置有与支撑槽相对应的V形卡槽。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的一种技术方案是:一种如上述的纸筒切割机的使用方法,按以下步骤进行:
(1)根据所需要长度的纸筒,移动红外发射器,调整支撑板的位置,圆锯与支撑板上表面的距离即为所需要长度;
(2)将夹具移动至支撑板的正上方,将纸筒一一安装在支撑槽上,纸筒的底部顶抵在支撑板上,驱动气缸用卡槽卡紧纸筒;
(3)控制夹具向圆锯方向移动,所有纸筒被依次裁断后,夹具复位;
(4)PLC控制系统控制气缸松开卡槽,纸筒底端下落至支撑板上,再控制气缸将卡槽卡紧纸筒,重复上述步骤直至纸筒全被切割完。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本装置利用纸筒自身的重力进行定距作业,并同时进行多根纸筒裁切作业。结构简单,效率高。

具体实施方式
实施例一:如图1~2所示,一种纸筒切割机,包括机架1和PLC控制系统,所述机架上设置有定距装置、圆锯3和夹具,所述定距装置包括一能竖直移动的支撑板2,所述圆锯3设置在支撑板出口的旁侧,圆锯与支撑板上表面相平行设置,所述夹具包括一能横向移动的面板4,所述面板下部设置有可伸缩的卡具,以使夹具夹紧纸筒从支撑板移动至圆锯进行切割,所述PLC控制系统控制定距装置、圆锯和夹具的运转。
本实施例中,所述机架1上设置有两根竖直导轨12,所述支撑板2后侧设置有两个分别咬合在竖直导轨上的滑块,所述机架1上还设置有通过电机驱使转动的丝杆11,所述支撑板后侧设置有与丝杆相咬合的螺母,所述定距装置还包括一设置在支撑板旁侧的刻度尺72,所述刻度尺旁侧设置有一竖直滑轨7,所述滑轨上套设有一红外发射器71,以使红外发射器上下移动时,PLC控制系统接收红外发射器信号并控制支撑板跟随上下移动。
本实施例中,所述机架上部设置有横向导轨13,所述面板4后部设置有与横向导轨相咬合的滑块,所述面板前部设置有若干个V形支撑槽41,所述面板前部下侧设置有支架5,所述卡具包括两个设置在支架下的气缸6,所述气缸活塞杆前端设有横杆,所述横杆上设置有与支撑槽相对应的3个V形卡槽61。
上述的纸筒切割机的使用方法,按以下步骤进行:
(1)根据所需要长度的纸筒,移动红外发射器,调整支撑板的位置,圆锯与支撑板上表面的距离即为所需要长度;红外发射器可以手动移动,也可设置成电控驱动,刻度尺0点位置与圆锯在同一直线上,移动红外发射器,支撑板跟随移动,就可以自由调整支撑板与圆锯的间距,该间距即作为需要切断纸筒的长度;
(2)将夹具移动至支撑板的正上方,将纸筒一一安装在支撑槽上,纸筒的底部顶抵在支撑板上,驱动气缸用卡槽卡紧纸筒;
(3)控制夹具向圆锯方向移动,所有纸筒被依次裁断后,夹具复位;
(4)PLC控制系统控制气缸松开卡槽,纸筒底端下落至支撑板上,再控制气缸将卡槽卡紧纸筒,重复上述步骤直至纸筒全被切割完。纸筒的自身重力作用,使得当卡槽松开纸筒时,纸筒能自动下降,从而实现了自动定距。

Claims (4)

1.一种纸筒切割机,其特征在于:包括机架和PLC控制系统,所述机架上设置有定距装置、圆锯和夹具,所述定距装置包括一能竖直移动的支撑板,所述圆锯设置在支撑板出口的旁侧,圆锯与支撑板上表面相平行设置,所述夹具包括一能横向移动的面板,所述面板下部设置有可伸缩的卡具,以使夹具夹紧纸筒从支撑板移动至圆锯进行切割,所述PLC控制系统控制定距装置、圆锯和夹具的运转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纸筒切割机,其特征在于:所述机架上设置有两根竖直导轨,所述支撑板后侧设置有两个分别咬合在竖直导轨上的滑块,所述机架上还设置有通过电机驱使转动的丝杆,所述支撑板后侧设置有与丝杆相咬合的螺母,所述定距装置还包括一设置在支撑板旁侧的刻度尺,所述刻度尺旁侧设置有一竖直滑轨,所述滑轨上套设有一红外发射器,以使红外发射器上下移动时,PLC控制系统接收红外发射器信号并控制支撑板跟随上下移动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的纸筒切割机,其特征在于:所述机架上部设置有横向导轨,所述面板后部设置有与横向导轨相咬合的滑块,所述面板前部设置有若干个V形支撑槽,所述面板前部下侧设置有支架,所述卡具包括至少一个设置在支架下的气缸,所述气缸活塞杆前端设有横杆,所述横杆上设置有与支撑槽相对应的V形卡槽。
4.一种如权利要求3所述的纸筒切割机的使用方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤进行:
(1)根据所需要长度的纸筒,移动红外发射器,调整支撑板的位置,圆锯与支撑板上表面的距离即为所需要长度;
(2)将夹具移动至支撑板的正上方,将纸筒一一安装在支撑槽上,纸筒的底部顶抵在支撑板上,驱动气缸用卡槽卡紧纸筒;
(3)控制夹具向圆锯方向移动,所有纸筒被依次裁断后,夹具复位;
(4)PLC控制系统控制气缸松开卡槽,纸筒底端下落至支撑板上,再控制气缸将卡槽卡紧纸筒,重复上述步骤直至纸筒全被切割完。
