发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供全新的一种辣木木耳菌丝体的培育方法。具体包括:该菌丝体是用辣木枝段为主要原料来做培养基,将培养基灭菌后接入木耳菌种,接着培育至菌丝长满培养基,然后将长满木耳菌丝的培养基晒干,最后粉碎得辣木木耳菌丝体。
所述的木耳(英文:agaric),主要生长在中国和日本。中国大部分是东北木耳和秦岭木耳。木耳既可野生又可以人工培植,种子实体呈耳状、叶状或杯状、薄、边缘波浪状,宽3-10厘米,厚2毫米左右,以侧生的短柄或狭细的附着部固着于基质上。色泽黑褐,质地柔软呈胶质状,薄而有弹性,湿润时半透明,干燥时收缩变为脆硬的角质近似革质。味道鲜美,可素可荤,营养丰富。木耳味甘,性平,具有很多药用功效。能益气强身,有活血效能,并可防治缺铁性贫血等;可养血驻颜,令人肌肤红润,容光焕发,能够疏通肠胃,润滑肠道,同时对高血压患者也有一定帮助。黑木耳是著名的山珍,可食、可药、可补,中国老百姓餐桌上久食不厌,有“素中之荤”之美誉,世界上被称之为“中餐中的黑色 瑰宝”。而黑木耳培植方法,在世界农艺、 园艺、菌艺史上,都堪称一绝。
从有关文献中获悉,木耳的营养价值:黑木耳子实体胶质,成圆盘形,耳形不规则形,直径3-12厘米。新鲜时软,干后成角质。口感细嫩,风味特殊,是一种营养丰富的著名食用菌。100克干黑木耳中水分10.9克、蛋白质10.6克、脂肪0.2克、碳水化合物65.5克、热量306千卡、粗纤维7.0 克、灰分5.8克、钙357毫克、磷201毫克、铁185毫克、胡萝卜素0.03毫克、硫胺素0.15毫克、核黄素0.55毫克、烟碱酸2.7毫克和多重矿物质。此外,黑木耳还含有脂肪、多糖和钙、磷、铁等元素以及胡萝卜素、维生素B1、维生素B2、烟酸等,还含磷脂、固醇等营养素。木耳营养丰富,被誉为“菌中之冠”。木耳有益气、充饥、轻身强智、止血止痛、补血活血等功效。富含多糖胶体,有良好的清滑作用,是矿山工人、纺织工人的重要保健食品。还具有一定的抗癌和治疗心血管疾病功能等等。
生理作用:木耳能帮助消化系统将无法消化的异物溶解,能有效预防缺铁性贫血、血栓、动脉硬化和冠心病,还具有防癌作用。木耳散具有治疗溃烂诸疮和血崩的药理作用。木耳中的多糖体能分解肿瘤,所以能提高人的免疫力,具有很好的抗癌作用。而这种多糖体也具有疏通血管、清除血管中胆固醇的作用,所以可以降血糖、降血脂、防止血栓形成,预防脑血管疾病发生。木耳中的了磷脂质,对脑细胞有营养作用,因此木耳是很好的补脑食品。木耳还具有滋补润燥、养血益胃的食疗效果,所以是各种现代文明病如高血压、心脏病、癌症病人的保健食品。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种辣木木耳菌丝体的培育方法,技术方案中在于:该菌丝体是用辣木枝段为主要原料来做培养基,将培养基灭菌后接入木耳菌种,接着培育至菌丝长满培养基,然后将长满木耳菌丝的培养基晒干,最后粉碎得辣木木耳菌丝体。
具体包括如下步骤:
1、辣木采集及处理:采集直径是0.5厘米以下的辣木枝段为原料,接着将辣木枝段切成1-2厘米的节段,然后再把辣木节段晒干至物料含水量低于8%备用。
2、制备培养基:培养基是由93%的辣木节段、3%的玉米粉、3%的黄豆粉、和1%的食用石膏粉组成,先将辣木节段浸泡于3%的红糖水之中,持续浸泡8-9个小时后捞出并沥干水分,玉米粉和黄豆粉也用3%的红糖水调至湿度含量为55-60%,然后再把辣木、玉米粉、黄豆粉和食用石膏粉混合起来并搅拌均匀得混合物料,把混合物料分装于培养容器内,装入量为混合物料在培养容器内的厚度是2-3cm,最后按照常规方法灭菌后得生产用培养基。
3、接种:在无菌环境下把木耳菌种接入生产用培养基,接入固体灵芝菌种时,接入7-8个点,接入液体灵芝菌种时,接入培养基重量的10~12%。
4、培菌:将接好种的培养基移到培养室进行避光培养,在温度是20~23℃、相对湿度为60~65%的环境下培养至菌丝长满培养基。
5、晒干:在温度低于50度的环境下将长满菌丝的培养基晒至物料含水量低于8%。
6、成品:将晒干的培养基粉碎至能过120-200目得成品菌丝体。
本发明既有如下优点:
1、本发明所提出辣木木耳菌丝体的培育方法其构思新颖,生产工艺简单、容易实施。

3、通过实施本发明,最终产品——辣木木耳菌丝体的生产制备工艺,具有培育周期短、生产制备工艺简单、产品的生产效率高及稳定等特点。
4、通过实施本发明,最终产品——辣木木耳菌丝体,由于主要原料——辣木,其原料来源广,容易组织,价格低廉,产品的形成不但具有特色、新颖、营养价值高、保健效果佳等特点,而且形成的产品成本极低,加上形成的产品还具有特殊的防病、治病等食疗功能,将是保健、新型药品的新宠。
5、通过实施本发明,形成的产品用途广泛,可以作为制备成药品、保健品、特色食品添加剂的原料。不但有非常好的市场前景,而且产生的经济效益亦会非常显著。

下面结合实施例对本发明的方法进一步说明。

具体包括如下步骤:
