Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保型聚氨酯防水涂料的制备方法,包括将己二醇与6~12烷基二羧酸进行特定的反应后得到结晶性聚酯多元醇,再将结晶性聚酯多元醇5~10份与聚氨酯树脂10~20份,二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯1~5份、氯化石蜡10~20份、聚醚多元醇5~15份、轻钙10~20份、重钙10~20份、芳烃油0.5~2份、催化剂0.05~0.1份进行混合得到环保型聚氨酯防水涂料。本发明未使用高毒性的TDI,绿色环保,得到的聚氨酯防水涂料表干时间不大于7h,实干时间不大于22h,粘结强度超过1.1Mpa,断裂伸长率超过580%,撕裂强度超过25N/mm。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及防水涂料的技术领域,特别涉及聚氨酯防水涂料的技术领域。
背景技术
传统的聚氨酯防水涂料多采用毒性大的甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI作为主要原材料,TDI对生产过程中的工艺控制要求较低且生产出的聚氨酯防水涂料各项性能较稳定,但是TDI自身存在很大的毒性,在生产过程中无法将自身的毒性反应掉,故生产出的聚氨酯防水涂料带有毒性。从防水涂料的发展趋势看,环保型的防水涂料越来越受青睐。鉴于TDI的较高毒性,可以用二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯MDI替代毒性大的甲苯二异氰酸酯,采用基本无毒性的MDI制备预聚体,不添加再生橡胶和煤焦油,且不使用任何溶剂,有利于环境保护和工人健康。
目前市场上的聚氨酯防水涂料分为单双组分,双组分的工艺控制难度较低,故少数厂家用二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯MDI替代了甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI生产出环保型双组份聚氨酯防水涂料。由于单组份聚氨酯防水涂料对工艺、配方难度要求特别高,且MDI用作生产聚氨酯防水涂料时,对工艺、配方比TDI要求更高,故市场几乎没有MDI型单组分环保聚氨酯防水涂料。双组分的聚氨酯防水涂料在施工现场需将A组分和B组分混合,对现场施工时的技术要求高,施工不简便,但单组分可在现场直接开桶施工,因此,单组分比双组分具有更大的优势。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种环保无毒,防水性能、耐老化性能优异,力学性能优异的单组分聚氨酯防水涂料的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
环保型聚氨酯防水涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)结晶性聚酯多元醇的制备
按物质的量计,将5~10份己二醇,4~8份分子式为HOOC-R-COOH、其中R表示碳原子数为6~12的烷基的二羧酸混合均匀后在惰性气体保护下升温至90~150℃,其后加入0.02~0.04份的正四丁氧基钛,以2℃/min的升温速率升温至150~200℃,在此温度下反应0.5~3h后再添加0.01~0.02份正四丁氧基钛,以1℃/min的升温速率升温至180~220℃,反应0.5~2h后得到结晶性聚酯多元醇;
(2)聚氨酯防水涂料的获得
按质量份计,将5~10份由步骤(1)得到的结晶性聚酯多元醇,聚氨酯树脂10~20份,二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯1~5份,氯化石蜡10~20份,聚醚多元醇5~15份,轻钙10~20份,重钙10~20份,芳烃油0.5~2份,催化剂0.05~0.1份充分混合得到所述环保型聚氨酯防水涂料。
优选的是:所述聚醚多元醇为选自PPG400、PPG600、PPG1000、PPG2000、PTMG650、PTMG1000、PTMG1400、PTMG1800、PTMG2000中的一种或多种。
另外优选的是:所述氯化石蜡为氯化石蜡-42或/和氯化石蜡-52。
另外优选的是:所述轻钙粒径为300~600目。
另外优选的是:所述重钙粒径为500~900目。
另外优选的是:所述二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯为4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)。
另外优选的是:所述催化剂为有机锡催化剂。
另外优选的是:所述催化剂为T-12催化剂。
另外优选的是:所述芳烃油为S-150芳烃油。
另外优选的是:所述结晶性聚酯多元醇的平均分子量为1000~5000。
本发明未使用高毒性的TDI,绿色环保,得到的聚氨酯防水涂料表干时间不大于7h,实干时间不大于22h,粘结强度超过1.1Mpa,断裂伸长率超过580%,撕裂强度超过25N/mm,防水性优良,同时与被涂物结合性能优异,分散均匀,铺展性能优异,成膜后表面平整,韧性好,涂覆过程中不会产生气泡,固化效果良好,固化过程中不会出现表面瑕疵,防水性能优异,施工方便。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)按物质的量计,将7份己二醇、5份己二酸混合均匀并升温至100℃,加入0.03份的正四丁氧基钛以2℃/min的升温速率升温至180℃,在此温度下反应0.5h后再添加0.01份的正四丁氧基钛,以1℃/min的升温速率升温至200℃,反应0.5h后得到平均分子量为1800的结晶性聚酯多元醇,DSC测试显示有明显的结晶熔融峰;
(2)按质量份计,将5份上述结晶性聚酯多元醇、与10份聚氨酯树脂,1份4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、10份氯化石蜡-42、5份PPG2000、10份粒径为300目的轻钙、10份粒径为500目的重钙、0.5份S-150芳烃油、0.05份T-12催化剂进行混合得到所述环保型聚氨酯防水涂料的制备方法,其表干时间7h,实干时间22h,粘结强度2.0Mpa,断裂伸长率600%,撕裂强度30N/mm。
实施例2
(1)按物质的量计,将8份己二醇、5份十二烷基二羧酸混合均匀并升温至120℃,加入0.04份的正四丁氧基钛以2℃/min的升温速率升温至180℃,在此温度下反应1h后再添加0.01份的正四丁氧基钛,以1℃/min的升温速率升温至210℃,反应1h后得到平均分子量为3500的结晶性聚酯多元醇,DSC测试显示有明显的结晶熔融峰;
(2)按质量份计,将10份上述结晶性聚酯多元醇、与20份聚氨酯树脂,5份4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、20份氯化石蜡-42、15份PTMG650、20份粒径为600目的轻钙、15份粒径为900目的重钙、2份S-150芳烃油、0.1份T-12催化剂进行混合得到所述环保型聚氨酯防水涂料的制备方法,其表干时间6h,实干时间22h,粘结强度5.0Mpa,断裂伸长率700%,撕裂强度40N/mm。
实施例3
(1)按物质的量计,将8份己二醇、6份十烷基二羧酸混合均匀并升温至110℃,加入0.03份的正四丁氧基钛以2℃/min的升温速率升温至170℃,在此温度下反应1h后再添加0.01份的正四丁氧基钛,以1℃/min的升温速率升温至200℃,反应0.5h后得到平均分子量为2500的结晶性聚酯多元醇,DSC测试显示有明显的结晶熔融峰;
(2)按质量份计,将8份上述结晶性聚酯多元醇、与15份聚氨酯树脂,3份4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、15份氯化石蜡-52、10份PPG400、15份粒径为500目的轻钙、12份粒径为800目的重钙、1份S-150芳烃油、0.1份T-12催化剂进行混合得到所述环保型聚氨酯防水涂料的制备方法,其表干时间6h,实干时间20h,粘结强度3.0Mpa,断裂伸长率600%,撕裂强度30N/mm。
尽管这里参照本发明的解释性实施例对本发明进行了描述,上述实施例仅为本发明较佳的实施方式,本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,应该理解,本领域技术人员可以设计出很多其他的修改和实施方式,这些修改和实施方式将落在本申请公开的原则范围和精神之内。
Claims (10)
1. 环保型聚氨酯防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)结晶性聚酯多元醇的制备
按物质的量计,将5~10份己二醇,4~8份分子式为HOOC-R-COOH、其中R表示碳原子数为6~12的烷基的二羧酸混合均匀后在惰性气体保护下升温至90~150℃,其后加入0.02~0.04份的正四丁氧基钛,以2℃/min的升温速率升温至150~200℃,在此温度下反应0.5~3h后再添加0.01~0.02份正四丁氧基钛,以1℃/min的升温速率升温至180~220℃,反应0.5~2h后得到结晶性聚酯多元醇;
(2)聚氨酯防水涂料的获得
按质量份计,将5~10份由步骤(1)得到的结晶性聚酯多元醇,聚氨酯树脂10~20份,二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯1~5份,氯化石蜡10~20份,聚醚多元醇5~15份,轻钙10~20份,重钙10~20份,芳烃油0.5~2份,催化剂0.05~0.1份充分混合得到所述环保型聚氨酯防水涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型聚氨酯防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述聚醚多元醇为选自PPG400、PPG600、PPG1000、PPG2000、PTMG650、PTMG1000、PTMG1400、PTMG1800、PTMG2000中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型聚氨酯防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述氯化石蜡为氯化石蜡-42或/和氯化石蜡-52。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保型聚氨酯防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述轻钙粒径为300~600目。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保型聚氨酯防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述重钙粒径为500~900目。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保型聚氨酯防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯为4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的环保型聚氨酯防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述催化剂为有机锡催化剂。
8.根据权利要求8所述的环保型聚氨酯防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述催化剂为T-12催化剂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的环保型聚氨酯防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述芳烃油为S-150芳烃油。
10.根据权利要求1所述的环保型聚氨酯防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述结晶性聚酯多元醇的平均分子量为1000~5000。
