瓷砖是以耐火的金属氧化物及半金属氧化物,经由研磨、混合、压制、烧结等步骤制作而成,是一种常用的建筑装饰材料。由于其具有高强度、高硬度、耐高温、耐腐蚀等优点,被广泛的应用。随着我国建筑行业的快速发展以及人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对瓷砖的性能要求日益苛刻,传统瓷砖的吸音隔音性和保温隔热性能越来越无法满足现有市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种吸音隔热瓷砖及其制备方法。本发明制得的瓷砖具有优异的吸音隔音性和保温隔热性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种吸音隔热瓷砖,由以下重量份的原料制成:砂岩19-27、地开石15-25、多孔粉石英13-22、多孔硅酸钙8-15、磷铝石10-17、建筑废料21-29、中空二氧化硅纳米球14-23、轻烧粉9-18、黄河泥沙22-30、钾霞石16-24、沸腾炉渣17-26、海泡石23-32、镍铁冶炼渣18-24、石膏渣15-25。
一种吸音隔热瓷砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将磷铝石、海泡石、沸腾炉渣混合均匀,加入相当于上述混合矿物重量5-6倍量的2-3mol/L盐酸溶液中,水浴加热至70-80℃,浸泡1-2h,过滤,滤渣洗涤至中性,烘干后送入转锤式矿物纤维粉碎机粉碎,得到初级矿物纤维,然后加入适量的水搅拌制成浓度为50-60%的浆状矿物纤维,在4000-6000r/min的转速下球磨20-30min,再在1000-2000r/min的转速下搅拌25-35min,再在功率为700-900W的超声波下振荡10-20min,再在2000-3000r/min的转速下离心5-10min,静置16-22h,过滤,烘干,得物料A;
(2)将地开石、镍铁冶炼渣、钾霞石混合均匀,加热熔化成熔融液,然后采用压缩空气以350-450m/s的速度喷雾,在喷雾的同时进行风冷,使雾滴的温度降至150℃以下,再经重力收集、旋风收集,得物料B;
(3)将建筑废料、黄河泥沙、石膏渣混合均匀,粉碎,过80-120目筛,然后加入多孔粉石英、多孔硅酸钙、中空二氧化硅纳米球、轻烧粉等原料,在1000-2000r/min的转速下球磨30-40min,得物料C;
(4)将上述制得的物料A、物料B、物料C混合,在1500-2000r/min的转速下搅拌3-5min,然后加入相当于混合料重量5-8%的固含量为45%的水玻璃,在1000-1500r/min的转速下搅拌4-8min,静置15-20h后送入到成型机在80-90MPa的压力下压制成型,然后将压制好的砖坯在60-70℃的温度下干燥至含水量低于2%;
(5)将烘干后的砖坯置于微波煅烧炉内进行煅烧:先控制微波功率在800-900W,煅烧25-45min,再控制微波功率在450-650W,煅烧30-50min;再置于马弗炉内进行煅烧:先以8-10℃/min的速率升温至960-1040℃,保温1.5-2.5h,再以4-7℃/min的速率降温至630-690℃,保温1-2h,然后以7-9℃/min的速率升温至1120-1180℃,保温2-3h,再以6-8℃/min的速率降温至480-560℃,保温0.5-1h,随炉冷却至室温,即得成品。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明通过添加多孔粉石英、多孔硅酸钙、磷铝石、中空二氧化硅纳米球等原料,使制得的瓷砖不仅具有优异的吸音隔音性和保温隔热性能,还具有良好的耐火性、耐磨性、耐水性和耐老化性。
具体实施方式
一种吸音隔热瓷砖,由以下重量(kg)的原料制成:砂岩24、地开石20、多孔粉石英17、多孔硅酸钙13、磷铝石14、建筑废料25、中空二氧化硅纳米球19、轻烧粉12、黄河泥沙26、钾霞石20、沸腾炉渣21、海泡石28、镍铁冶炼渣20、石膏渣20。
一种吸音隔热瓷砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将磷铝石、海泡石、沸腾炉渣混合均匀,加入相当于上述混合矿物重量6倍量的2mol/L盐酸溶液中,水浴加热至75℃,浸泡1.5h,过滤,滤渣洗涤至中性,烘干后送入转锤式矿物纤维粉碎机粉碎,得到初级矿物纤维,然后加入适量的水搅拌制成浓度为55%的浆状矿物纤维,在5000r/min的转速下球磨25min,再在1500r/min的转速下搅拌30min,再在功率为800W的超声波下振荡15min,再在2500r/min的转速下离心8min,静置18h,过滤,烘干,得物料A;

(3)将建筑废料、黄河泥沙、石膏渣混合均匀,粉碎,过100目筛,然后加入多孔粉石英、多孔硅酸钙、中空二氧化硅纳米球、轻烧粉等原料,在1500r/min的转速下球磨35min,得物料C;
(4)将上述制得的物料A、物料B、物料C混合,在1800r/min的转速下搅拌4min,然后加入相当于混合料重量7%的固含量为45%的水玻璃,在1200r/min的转速下搅拌6min,静置18h后送入到成型机在85MPa的压力下压制成型,然后将压制好的砖坯在65℃的温度下干燥至含水量低于2%;
(5)将烘干后的砖坯置于微波煅烧炉内进行煅烧:先控制微波功率在850W,煅烧35min,再控制微波功率在550W,煅烧40min;再置于马弗炉内进行煅烧:先以9℃/min的速率升温至1020℃,保温2h,再以6℃/min的速率降温至670℃,保温1.5h,然后以8℃/min的速率升温至1160℃,保温2.5h,再以7℃/min的速率降温至530℃,保温0.5h,随炉冷却至室温,即得成品。
上述实施例生产出来的瓷砖的性能检测结果如下表所示:

Claims (2)

1.一种吸音隔热瓷砖,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:砂岩19-27、地开石15-25、多孔粉石英13-22、多孔硅酸钙8-15、磷铝石10-17、建筑废料21-29、中空二氧化硅纳米球14-23、轻烧粉9-18、黄河泥沙22-30、钾霞石16-24、沸腾炉渣17-26、海泡石23-32、镍铁冶炼渣18-24、石膏渣15-25。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的吸音隔热瓷砖的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将磷铝石、海泡石、沸腾炉渣混合均匀,加入相当于上述混合矿物重量5-6倍量的2-3mol/L盐酸溶液中,水浴加热至70-80℃,浸泡1-2h,过滤,滤渣洗涤至中性,烘干后送入转锤式矿物纤维粉碎机粉碎,得到初级矿物纤维,然后加入适量的水搅拌制成浓度为50-60%的浆状矿物纤维,在4000-6000r/min的转速下球磨20-30min,再在1000-2000r/min的转速下搅拌25-35min,再在功率为700-900W的超声波下振荡10-20min,再在2000-3000r/min的转速下离心5-10min,静置16-22h,过滤,烘干,得物料A;
(2)将地开石、镍铁冶炼渣、钾霞石混合均匀,加热熔化成熔融液,然后采用压缩空气以350-450m/s的速度喷雾,在喷雾的同时进行风冷,使雾滴的温度降至150℃以下,再经重力收集、旋风收集,得物料B;
(3)将建筑废料、黄河泥沙、石膏渣混合均匀,粉碎,过80-120目筛,然后加入多孔粉石英、多孔硅酸钙、中空二氧化硅纳米球、轻烧粉等原料,在1000-2000r/min的转速下球磨30-40min,得物料C;
(4)将上述制得的物料A、物料B、物料C混合,在1500-2000r/min的转速下搅拌3-5min,然后加入相当于混合料重量5-8%的固含量为45%的水玻璃,在1000-1500r/min的转速下搅拌4-8min,静置15-20h后送入到成型机在80-90MPa的压力下压制成型,然后将压制好的砖坯在60-70℃的温度下干燥至含水量低于2%;
(5)将烘干后的砖坯置于微波煅烧炉内进行煅烧:先控制微波功率在800-900W,煅烧25-45min,再控制微波功率在450-650W,煅烧30-50min;再置于马弗炉内进行煅烧:先以8-10℃/min的速率升温至960-1040℃,保温1.5-2.5h,再以4-7℃/min的速率降温至630-690℃,保温1-2h,然后以7-9℃/min的速率升温至1120-1180℃,保温2-3h,再以6-8℃/min的速率降温至480-560℃,保温0.5-1h,随炉冷却至室温,即得成品。
