Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐火抗老化瓷砖及其制备方法,其由以下重量份的原料制成:菱镁石12‑19、斜锆石16‑24、钛白粉5‑10、泥质岩13‑22、草酸钇4‑7、石英砂18‑27、电石泥14‑23、炉窑渣15‑20、碳铬渣11‑17、纤维石10‑15、生石灰5‑10、蓝晶石尾矿17‑24、铝矾土15‑20、石煤提钒渣14‑21。本发明添加的菱镁石、斜锆石等原料,可以改善瓷砖的力学性能,提高瓷砖的耐火度,添加的石煤提钒渣、纤维石、碳铬渣等原料,可以使瓷砖具有极佳的抗老化性和较强的耐腐蚀性。本发明制得的瓷砖具有耐火度高,机械强度高,抗老化性优异,耐腐蚀性好,耐久性好等优点。

背景技术
[0002] 瓷砖是W耐火的金属氧化物及半金属氧化物,经由研磨、混合、压制、烧结等步骤 制作而成,是一种常用的建筑装饰材料。由于其具有高强度、高硬度、耐高溫、耐腐蚀等优 点,被广泛的应用。随着我国建筑行业的快速发展W及人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对瓷 砖的性能要求日益苛刻,传统瓷砖的耐火性和抗老化性越来越无法满足现有市场的需求。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种耐火抗老化瓷砖及其制备方 法。
[0004] 为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
[0005] -种耐火抗老化瓷砖,由W下重量份的原料制成:菱儀石12-19、斜错石16-24、铁 白粉5-10、泥质岩13-22、草酸锭4-7、石英砂18-27、电石泥14-23、炉害渣15-20、碳铭渣11- 17、纤维石10-15、生石灰5-10、蓝晶石尾矿17-24、侣抓±15-20、石煤提饥渣14-21。
[0006] -种耐火抗老化瓷砖的制备方法,包括W下步骤:
[0007] (1)将菱儀石、斜错石、纤维石、石煤提饥渣混合均匀,加入相当于上述混合矿物重 量4-5倍量的1.5-2mol/L盐酸溶液中,水浴加热至60-80°C,浸泡2-4h,过滤,滤渣洗涂至中 性,烘干后送入转键式矿物纤维粉碎机粉碎,得到初级矿物纤维,然后加入适量的水揽拌制 成浓度为50-55%的浆状矿物纤维,在4500-6000r/min的转速下球磨10-30min,再在1500- 3000r/min的转速下揽拌15-30min,再在功率为500-800W的超声波下振荡20-40min,再在 1200-1800;r/min的转速下离屯、8-12min,静置15-20h,过滤,烘干,得物料A;
[000引(2)将泥质岩、石英砂、蓝晶石尾矿、炉害渣混合均匀,加热烙化成烙融液,然后采 用压缩空气W300-500m/s的速度喷雾,在喷雾的同时进行风冷,使雾滴的溫度降至220°C W 下,再经重力收集、旋风收集,得物料B;
[0009] (3)将碳铭渣、生石灰、侣抓±混合均匀,粉碎,过100-150目筛,然后加入电石泥、 铁白粉、草酸锭等原料,在1000-150化/min的转速下球磨30-40min,得物料C;
[0010] (4)将上述制得的物料A、物料B、物料C混合,在2000-250化/min的转速下揽拌3- 6min,然后加入相当于混合料重量6-9 %的固含量为42 %的水玻璃,在1500-200化/min的转 速下揽拌4-8min,静置10-1化后送入到成型机在70-90M化的压力下压制成型,然后将压制 好的砖巧在80-100°C的溫度下干燥至含水量低于3% ;
[0011] (5)将烘干后的砖巧置于微波般烧炉内进行般烧:先控制微波功率在700-900W,般 烧30-40min,再控制微波功率在1000-1200W,般烧15-25min,再控制微波功率在300-500W, 般烧50-60min;再置于马弗炉内进行般烧:先W5-8°C/min的速率升溫至630-710°C,保溫1- 2h,再W3-6°C/min的速率升溫至1080-1160°(:,保溫2-3}1,再^7-10°(:/111111的速率降溫至 430-480°C,保溫0.5-1.化,随炉冷却至室溫,即得成品。

[0013] 本发明添加的菱儀石、斜错石等原料,可W改善瓷砖的力学性能,提高瓷砖的耐火 度,添加的石煤提饥渣、纤维石、碳铭渣等原料,可W使瓷砖具有极佳的抗老化性和较强的 耐腐蚀性。本发明制得的瓷砖具有耐火度高,机械强度高,抗老化性优异,耐腐蚀性好,耐久 性好等优点。
具体实施方式
[0014] -种耐火抗老化瓷砖,由W下重量化g)的原料制成:菱儀石15、斜错石18、铁白粉 7、泥质岩17、草酸锭5、石英砂22、电石泥19、炉害渣17、碳铭渣14、纤维石12、生石灰7、蓝晶 石尾矿21、侣抓±18、石煤提饥渣18。
[0015] -种耐火抗老化瓷砖的制备方法,包括W下步骤:
[0016] (1)将菱儀石、斜错石、纤维石、石煤提饥渣混合均匀,加入相当于上述混合矿物重 量5倍量的1.5mol/L盐酸溶液中,水浴加热至70°C,浸泡化,过滤,滤渣洗涂至中性,烘干后 送入转键式矿物纤维粉碎机粉碎,得到初级矿物纤维,然后加入适量的水揽拌制成浓度为 52%的浆状矿物纤维,在5600'/111111的转速下球磨16111111,再在2400'/111111的转速下揽拌 ISmin,再在功率为600W的超声波下振荡35min,再在1500r/min的转速下离屯、lOmin,静置 16h,过滤,烘干,得物料A;
[0017] (2)将泥质岩、石英砂、蓝晶石尾矿、炉害渣混合均匀,加热烙化成烙融液,然后采 用压缩空气W400m/s的速度喷雾,在喷雾的同时进行风冷,使雾滴的溫度降至220°CW下, 再经重力收集、旋风收集,得物料B;
[001引(3)将碳铭渣、生石灰、侣抓±混合均匀,粉碎,过120目筛,然后加入电石泥、铁白 粉、草酸锭等原料,在HOOr/min的转速下球磨32min,得物料C;
[0019] (4)将上述制得的物料A、物料B、物料C混合,在2300r/min的转速下揽拌4min,然后 加入相当于混合料重量8 %的固含量为42 %的水玻璃,在17001·/min的转速下揽拌6min,静 置12h后送入到成型机在80MPa的压力下压制成型,然后将压制好的砖巧在90°C的溫度下干 燥至含水量低于3 %;
[0020] (5)将烘干后的砖巧置于微波般烧炉内进行般烧:先控制微波功率在800W,般烧 35min,再控制微波功率在1100W,般烧20min,再控制微波功率在400W,般烧55min;再置于马 弗炉内进行般烧:先W7°C/min的速率升溫至660°C,保溫1.化,再W4°C/min的速率升溫至 1130°C,保溫2.化,再W9°C/min的速率降溫至450°C,保溫化,随炉冷却至室溫,即得成品。

Claims (2)

1. 一种耐火抗老化瓷砖,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:菱镁石12-19、斜锆石 16-24、钛白粉5-10、泥质岩13-22、草酸钇4-7、石英砂18-27、电石泥14-23、炉窑渣15-20、 碳铬渣11-17、纤维石10-15、生石灰5-10、蓝晶石尾矿17-24、铝矾土 15-20、石煤提钒渣14-21〇
2. -种如权利要求1所述的耐火抗老化瓷砖的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤: (1) 将菱镁石、斜锆石、纤维石、石煤提钒渣混合均匀,加入相当于上述混合矿物重量4-5倍量的1.5-2mol/L盐酸溶液中,水浴加热至60-80°C,浸泡2-4h,过滤,滤渣洗涤至中性,烘 干后送入转锤式矿物纤维粉碎机粉碎,得到初级矿物纤维,然后加入适量的水搅拌制成浓 度为50-55%的浆状矿物纤维,在4500-6000r/min的转速下球磨10-30min,再在1500-3000r/ min的转速下搅拌15-30min,再在功率为500-800W的超声波下振荡20-40min,再在1200-1800r/min的转速下离心8-12min,静置15-20h,过滤,烘干,得物料A; (2) 将泥质岩、石英砂、蓝晶石尾矿、炉窑渣混合均匀,加热熔化成熔融液,然后采用压 缩空气以300-500m/s的速度喷雾,在喷雾的同时进行风冷,使雾滴的温度降至220 °C以下, 再经重力收集、旋风收集,得物料B; (3) 将碳铬渣、生石灰、铝矾土混合均匀,粉碎,过100-150目筛,然后加入电石泥、钛白 粉、草酸纪等原料,在1000-1500r/min的转速下球磨30-40min,得物料C; (4) 将上述制得的物料A、物料B、物料C混合,在2000-2500r/min的转速下搅拌3-6min, 然后加入相当于混合料重量6-9%的固含量为42%的水玻璃,在1500-2000r/min的转速下搅 拌4-8min,静置10-15h后送入到成型机在70-90MPa的压力下压制成型,然后将压制好的砖 坯在80-100°C的温度下干燥至含水量低于3%; (5) 将烘干后的砖坯置于微波煅烧炉内进行煅烧:先控制微波功率在700-900W,煅烧 30-40min,再控制微波功率在1000-1200W,煅烧15-25min,再控制微波功率在300-500W,煅 烧50-60min;再置于马弗炉内进行煅烧:先以5-8°C/min的速率升温至630-710°C,保温1-2h,再以3-6°C/min的速率升温至1080-1160°(:,保温2-311,再以7-10°(:/1^11的速率降温至 430-480°C,保温0.5-1.5h,随炉冷却至室温,即得成品。
