Abstract

本发明涉及一种矿用直流电机托运车,包括框架、前轮对、后轮对、蓄电池组和控制箱,所述的框架的上部安装有蓄电池组和控制箱,该控制箱位于蓄电池组的一侧,所述的前轮对安装在框架前侧的下部,通过前动力机构驱动;后轮对安装在框架后侧的下部,通过后动力机构驱动。本发明的优点是:采用直流蓄电池组给直流电机供电;同时采用独特的紧凑式设计(前动力机构和后动力机构在框架内的安装方向相反),采用双直流电机有效的提高动力同时保证安全性能,紧凑式设计使得整机外形尺寸很小,不需要拆卸即可直接开进罐笼,直接下矿。

本发明涉及一种矿用直流电机托运车。
背景技术
现有矿用电机托运车,都是搭杆式交流电机车。需要在矿下沿途在空中布置搭线电线,施工成本高,而且存在一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种矿用直流电机托运车,本发明的技术方案是:
矿用直流电机托运车,包括框架、前轮对、后轮对、蓄电池组和控制箱,所述的框架的上部安装有蓄电池组和控制箱,该控制箱位于蓄电池组的一侧,所述的前轮对安装在框架前侧的下部,通过前动力机构驱动;后轮对安装在框架后侧的下部,通过后动力机构驱动;所述的前动力机构和后动力机构在框架内的安装方向相反,
所述的框架包括依次通过螺栓连接在一起的左侧板、前板、右侧板和后板,所述的左侧板和右侧板相对设置,前板和后板相对设置;所述的前轮对与左侧板以及右侧板之间安装有减震弹簧;所述的蓄电池组为前动力机构和后动力机构提供电能,控制箱控制所述的前动力机构和后动力机构。
所述的前动力机构和后动力机构的结构相同,均包括直流电机、减速箱和刹车片,所述的直流电机通过减速箱驱动前轮对和后轮对,在直流电机的输出轴与减速箱之间安装有刹车片,所述的刹车片通过安装在框架上的液压刹车系统控制;在所述的左侧板和右侧板之间安装有支架,所述的减速箱安装在支架上,该减速箱与支架之间安装有碟簧。
所述的前板的前部以及后板的后部均安装有缓冲防撞装置,在所述的缓冲防撞装置上安装有用于与矿车连接的销轴。
本发明的优点是: 采用直流蓄电池组给直流电机供电;同时采用独特的紧凑式设计(前动力机构和后动力机构在框架内的安装方向相反),采用双直流电机有效的提高动力同时保证安全性能,紧凑式设计使得整机外形尺寸很小,不需要拆卸即可直接开进罐笼,直接下矿。

参见图1至图3,本发明涉及一种矿用直流电机托运车,包括框架、前轮对11、后轮对16、蓄电池组9和控制箱15,所述的框架的上部安装有蓄电池组9和控制箱15,该控制箱15位于蓄电池组9的一侧,所述的前轮对11安装在框架前侧的下部,通过前动力机构驱动;后轮对16安装在框架后侧的下部,通过后动力机构驱动;所述的前动力机构和后动力机构在框架内的安装方向相反,所述的框架包括依次通过螺栓连接在一起的左侧板2、前板3、右侧板1和后板4,所述的左侧板2和右侧板1相对设置,前板3和后板4相对设置;所述的前轮对11与左侧板2以及右侧板1之间安装有减震弹簧10;所述的蓄电池组9为前动力机构和后动力机构提供电能,控制箱15控制所述的前动力机构和后动力机构。
所述的前动力机构和后动力机构的结构相同,均包括直流电机7、减速箱6和刹车片8,所述的直流电机7通过减速箱6驱动前轮对11和后轮对16(前动力机构的直流电机驱动前轮对,后动力机构的直流电机驱动后轮对),在直流电机7的输出轴与减速箱6之间安装有刹车片8,所述的刹车片8通过安装在框架上的液压刹车系统5控制;在所述的左侧板2和右侧板1之间安装有支架12,所述的减速箱8安装在支架12上,该减速箱8与支架12之间安装有碟簧。
所述的前板3的前部以及后板4的后部均安装有缓冲防撞装置13,该缓冲防撞装置可以为一端板,在所述的缓冲防撞装置13上安装有用于与矿车连接的销轴14。
本发明的工作原理是:操作者通过控制箱控制机车前进、后退以及调速,通过液压刹车系统驱动刹车片及时控制机车停止,两端安装有缓冲防撞装置13,通过销轴14连接矿车,从而实现一台乃至多台矿车的往复托运工作。

Claims (3)

1.矿用直流电机托运车,其特征在于,包括框架、前轮对、后轮对、蓄电池组和控制箱,所述的框架的上部安装有蓄电池组和控制箱,该控制箱位于蓄电池组的一侧,所述的前轮对安装在框架前侧的下部,通过前动力机构驱动;后轮对安装在框架后侧的下部,通过后动力机构驱动;所述的前动力机构和后动力机构在框架内的安装方向相反,所述的框架包括依次通过螺栓连接在一起的左侧板、前板、右侧板和后板,所述的左侧板和右侧板相对设置,前板和后板相对设置;所述的前轮对与左侧板以及右侧板之间安装有减震弹簧;所述的蓄电池组为前动力机构和后动力机构提供电能,控制箱控制所述的前动力机构和后动力机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的矿用直流电机托运车,其特征在于,所述的前动力机构和后动力机构的结构相同,均包括直流电机、减速箱和刹车片,所述的直流电机通过减速箱驱动前轮对和后轮对,在直流电机的输出轴与减速箱之间安装有刹车片,所述的刹车片通过安装在框架上的液压刹车系统控制;在所述的左侧板和右侧板之间安装有支架,所述的减速箱安装在支架上,该减速箱与支架之间安装有碟簧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的矿用直流电机托运车,其特征在于,所述的前板的前部以及后板的后部均安装有缓冲防撞装置,在所述的缓冲防撞装置上安装有用于与矿车连接的销轴。
