Abstract
本发明公开了一种所述的一种聚四氟乙烯塑料制品压延切割系统,包括:推压油缸,氟塑料支撑杆,压延机和切割机四个组成部分,其中推压油缸上设置了左行注油孔和右行注油孔,所述的氟塑料支撑杆,下端设置了支撑底座,在氟塑料支撑底座上设置了两个竖直的立柱,本发明一种聚四氟乙烯塑料制品压延切割系统,系统设备设计紧凑,高度调整简单方便,工件加工平整,并且聚四氟乙烯塑料制品切割质量高,不会出现毛刺,聚四氟乙烯塑料制品满足工业质量标准的加工要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及氟塑料制品加工领域,特别是涉及一种聚四氟乙烯塑料制品压延切割系统。
背景技术
氟塑料主要包括聚四氟乙烯PTFE、全氟共聚物、聚全氟烷氧基(PFA)树脂、聚三氟氯乙烯(PCTFF)、乙烯一三氟氯乙烯共聚物(ECTFE)、乙烯一四氟乙烯(ETFE)共聚物、聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)和聚氟乙烯(PVF),其中聚四氟乙烯应用最为广泛,聚四氟乙烯商品名称为 “铁氟龙”, "4F"等, PTFE抗冲强度高,聚四氟乙烯应用在国防和化工,石油,环保等重要行业,化学稳定,氟塑料加工成型的制品包括板材,棒材,套筒,密封环,填料,导管,滤膜等部件。
聚四氟乙烯板材或者管材初步加工中,一般采用模腔设计,预制品成型,烧结炉烧结,然后进行压延滚压,并进行分切处理,二次加工才能形成最终制品。
原有的压延伸缩和分切处理采用分步进行,加工效率低下,为此,本发明提供了一种聚四氟乙烯塑料制品压延切割系统,压延和分切同步处理,使得加工效率提高,同时系统设计紧凑,能够满足氟塑料制品的成型加工需求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种聚四氟乙烯塑料制品压延切割系统,能够实现对聚四氟乙烯塑料制品的压延和分切一体化操作,并且压延制品表面质量平滑,分切过程精细,使得产品加工质量稳定。
所述的一种聚四氟乙烯塑料制品压延切割系统,包括:推压油缸,氟塑料支撑杆,压延机和切割机四个组成部分。
其中推压油缸上设置了左行注油孔和右行注油孔,并在推压油缸上连接设置了推压油缸主轴,通过推压油缸实现聚四氟乙烯塑料制品加工的上料工作。
所述的氟塑料支撑杆,下端设置了支撑底座,在氟塑料支撑底座上设置了两个竖直的立柱,立柱采用长方体结构,在立柱中间位置设置了“回”字型结构,加工中,工件从“回”字结构内水平穿过。
所述的压延机下端设置了压延机底座,在压延机底座上设置了支撑脚,一种优选技术方案,在压延机底座的支撑脚上设置了减震垫,使得工件压延保持平稳。
在压延机底座上设置了高度调整杆,在高度调整杆上设置了上压延轴,并在压延机底座上设置了下压延轴,在上压延轴和下压延轴外包覆了加热壳体,在加热壳体内设置了加热电阻丝,通过电阻加热,使得压延过程保持在高温状态下运行。
上压延轴和下压延轴采用圆筒结构,通过上压延轴和下压延轴之间的挤压完成对工件的压延,同时为了保持加热壳体内部的热循环,在加热壳体上设置了排气口。
所述的切割机下端设置了切割底座,在切割底座下端设置了传动电机,通过传动电机的动力带动聚四氟乙烯塑料制品的传动。
一种优选技术方案,在传动电机上连接设置了PLC控制器,通过PLC控制器控制工件的移动速度,从而使得工件移动更加平稳。
在切割底座上端设置了工作台面,工作台面采用长方体结构形式,在工作台面上分别设置了两个支撑轮,支撑轮用于支撑工件的传动。
在工作台面上设置了两个切割立柱,切割立柱采用长方体结构形式,在切割立柱上端连接设置了切割横梁,同时在切割立柱中间设置了切割支撑板,并且在切割横梁下端连接设置了四个切割辊平轮和切割刀,通过切割刀实现对工件的切割。
并且,在切割刀上设置了电阻结构,电阻结构通过电源线连接了电源控制器,使得聚四氟乙烯塑料制品切割过程中,切割刀保持高温状态下运行。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种聚四氟乙烯塑料制品压延切割系统,系统设备设计紧凑,高度调整简单方便,工件加工平整,并且聚四氟乙烯塑料制品切割质量高,不会出现毛刺,聚四氟乙烯塑料制品满足工业质量标准的加工要求。

所述的氟塑料支撑杆,下端设置了支撑底座,在氟塑料支撑底座上设置了两个竖直的立柱,立柱采用长方体结构,在立柱中间位置设置了“回”字型结构,加工中,工件从“回”字结构内水平穿过。

一种优选技术方案,在传动电机上连接设置了PLC控制器,通过PLC控制器控制工件的移动速度,从而使得工件移动更加平稳。
在切割底座上端设置了工作台面,工作台面采用长方体结构形式,在工作台面上分别设置了两个支撑轮,支撑轮用于支撑工件的传动。
在工作台面上设置了两个切割立柱,切割立柱采用长方体结构形式,在切割立柱上端连接设置了切割横梁,同时在切割立柱中间设置了切割支撑板,并且在切割横梁下端连接设置了四个切割辊平轮和切割刀,通过切割刀实现对工件的切割。
并且,在切割刀上设置了电阻结构,电阻结构通过电源线连接了电源控制器,使得聚四氟乙烯塑料制品切割过程中,切割刀保持高温状态下运行。

1.一种聚四氟乙烯塑料制品压延切割系统,其特征在于,包括:推压油缸,氟塑料支撑杆,压延机和切割机四个组成部分,其中,推压油缸上设置了左行注油孔和右行注油孔,并在推压油缸上连接设置了推压油缸主轴,通过推压油缸实现聚四氟乙烯塑料制品加工的上料工作,所述的氟塑料支撑杆,下端设置了支撑底座,在氟塑料支撑底座上设置了两个竖直的立柱,立柱采用长方体结构,在立柱中间位置设置了“回”字型结构,所述的压延机下端设置了压延机底座,在压延机底座上设置了支撑脚,在压延机底座上设置了高度调整杆,在高度调整杆上设置了上压延轴,并在压延机底座上设置了下压延轴,在上压延轴和下压延轴外包覆了加热壳体,在加热壳体内设置了加热电阻丝,通过电阻加热,上压延轴和下压延轴采用圆筒结构,通过上压延轴和下压延轴之间的挤压完成对工件的压延,同时为了保持加热壳体内部的热循环,在加热壳体上设置了排气口,切割机下端设置了切割底座,在切割底座下端设置了传动电机,通过传动电机的动力带动聚四氟乙烯塑料制品的传动,在切割底座上端设置了工作台面,工作台面采用长方体结构形式,在工作台面上分别设置了两个支撑轮,支撑轮用于支撑工件的传动,在工作台面上设置了两个切割立柱,切割立柱采用长方体结构形式,在切割立柱上端连接设置了切割横梁,同时在切割立柱中间设置了切割支撑板,并且在切割横梁下端连接设置了四个切割辊平轮和切割刀,通过切割刀实现对工件的切割,在切割刀上设置了电阻结构,电阻结构通过电源线连接了电源控制器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚四氟乙烯塑料制品压延切割系统,其特征在于,在压延机底座的支撑脚上设置了减震垫。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚四氟乙烯塑料制品压延切割系统,其特征在于,在传动电机上连接设置了PLC控制器。
