背景技术
随着社会的进步，泡沫材料被大量使用在建筑等领域，所以泡沫的需求量大增。目前泡沫的主要设备就是泡沫切割机。现有的通过数控控制的自动泡沫切割机主要通过固定的一条热阻丝针对图纸对泡沫进行切割，因此，在针对泡沫成品为对称结构或规整形状的泡沫进行切割时，存在费时费力，效率不高的问题。

本实用新型目的是提供了一种切割压力均匀，且设有吹气口，便于切口冷却的切口整齐的泡沫切割装置。

一种切口整齐的泡沫切割装置，包括底座，其特征在于：所述底座上固定安装有工作台，所述工作台上设有框架，所述框架上固定安装有气缸，所述气缸的活塞杆下端连接压板，所述压板的下方设有切割丝，所述工作台的上表面设有切割板，所述切割板上设有多个导杆，所述导杆下方连接有弹簧，所述导杆上方设有垫板，所述压板的下表面设有多个出气嘴。
所述垫板表面设有多个切割槽。
