背景技术
随着社会的进步，泡沫材料被大量使用在建筑等领域，所以泡沫的需求量大增。目前泡沫的主要设备就是泡沫切割机。现有的通过数控控制的自动泡沫切割机主要通过固定的一条热阻丝针对图纸对泡沫进行切割，因此，在针对泡沫成品为对称结构或规整形状的泡沫进行切割时，存在费时费力，效率不高的问题。

本实用新型目的是提供了一种泡沫切割操作简单，切割口整齐，能及时去除灰尘的泡沫气缸切割装置。

一种泡沫气缸切割装置，包括底座，其特征在于：所述底座上固定安装有支撑板，所述支撑板上设有立柱，所述立柱的顶部固定安装有横梁板，所述横梁板的表面固定安装有气缸，所述气缸的活塞杆下端固定连接压板，所述压板的下表面铰接有切割块，所述切割块的下表面设有多个切割刀片，所述切割块内设有吹气通道连通外部的鼓风气源，所述压板的左、右两侧设有导向孔，所述导向孔内设有导向杆，所述导向杆内设有弹簧。
所述切割块上的切割刀片通过导线连接加热装置。
本实用新型在底座上固定安装有支撑板，支撑板上设有立柱，立柱的顶部固定安装有横梁板，横梁板的表面固定安装有气缸，气缸的活塞杆下端固定连接压板，压板的下表面铰接有切割块，切割块的下表面设有多个切割刀片，切割块内设有吹气通道连通外部的鼓风气源，压板的左、右两侧设有导向孔，导向孔内设有导向杆，导向杆内设有弹簧，这样可以及时通过气缸的下压操作将泡沫切断，且在切割块内设有吃起管道，这样及时将残留粉料去除，且设有弹簧，能快速复位，防止粘刀。

所述切割块7上的切割刀8片通过导线14连接加热装置15。
