背景技术
腰间盘突出，突入，膨出等症在老年人中高发。可以引起腰腿痛，还会引起肢体麻木，无力，活动疼痛加重等症状。由于间盘的衰老，直接影响到人体各个方面的功能，加速了身体的早衰。腰椎间盘突出症是较为常见的疾患之一，主要是因为腰椎间盘各部分(髓核、纤维环及软骨板)，尤其是髓核，有不同程度的退行性改变后，在外力因素的作用下，椎间盘的纤维环破裂，髓核组织从破裂之处突出(或脱出)于后方或椎管内，导致相邻脊神经根遭受刺激或压迫，从而产生腰部疼痛，一侧下肢或双下肢麻木、疼痛等一系列临床症状。
腰椎间盘突出症患者最多见的症状为疼痛，可表现为腰背痛、坐骨神经痛，典型的坐骨神经痛表现为由臀部、大腿后侧、小腿外侧至跟部或足背的放射痛。据临床统计，约95％的腰突症患者有不同程度的腰痛，80％的患者有下肢痛。特别是腰痛，不仅是腰椎间盘突出最常见的症状，也是最早出现的症状之一。

实施例1
称取海风藤9克、续断12克、三七6克、五加皮7克、骨碎补12克、粉萆薢12克、臭梧桐9克、没药6克、麻黄5克、苍术6克、桂枝6克、白芍10克、独活6克、川牛膝10克、防风7克、当归10克、乳香6克、桑寄生12克、红花6克、甘草6克、伸筋草7克、杜仲12克、鸡血藤12克、僵蚕6克、赤芍12克、白芷5克和秦艽5克，粉碎，过100目筛即得。

10％水合氯醛(南京军区南京总医院提供)；红霉素软膏(上海第九制药厂)。

高速冷冻离心机(Thermo SCIENTIFIC，Mi-croCl 21R)隔水式电热恒温培养箱(上海跃进医疗器械一厂，PYX-DHS-40X50-S-II)，自动脱水机(德国LEICA公司，TP1020)，石蜡切片机(德国LEI-CA公司，RM2235)，摊片烤片机(湖北孝感宏业医用仪器有限公司，CS-VI)，组织包埋中心(日本SAKURA公司，Tissue-Tek TEL)，光学显微镜(德国LEICA公司，DM1000)，图像分析软件(德国LEICA公司，Qwin V3)。
动物分组
适应性喂养5d后，进行标记、称质量，用随机数字表法将大鼠分为5组：空白组、假手术组、模型组、实施例1药物组、实施例2药物组，每组10只，分笼饲养。

经10％的水合氯醛(40g/kg)腹腔注射麻醉成功后，剃去背部体毛，固定，外科常规消毒。无菌条件下，每只切取尾椎椎间盘2个，包含上下软骨终板。用无菌10ml二注射器针头刺破上下终板，使髓核暴露，造成游离或破裂状态。用7号手术线“米”形包绕椎间盘，放入生理盐水器皿中备用。然后无菌条件下后正中线后路依次切开皮肤、皮下组织、筋膜、肌肉，将取出尾椎间盘放入L4～L5处左侧肌肉层中，逐层缝合。伤口处涂以红霉素软膏，连续换药3d。假手术组仅切开背部和尾巴相应部位，不作尾椎椎间盘移植，余同造模。空白组不做任何处理。完成造模。
造模后第5天开始干预。实施例1药物组，将粉末溶于生理盐水，按5mg/kg·d的剂量灌胃给药；实施例2药物组，用化合物溶于生理盐水，按5mg/kg·d的剂量灌胃给药。疗程：每日1次，连续治疗10天。空白组和假手术组正常饲养，不做任何处理。模型组给予等剂量的生理盐水。
处死大鼠，空白组、假手术组切取相应尾椎椎间盘，模型组、实施例1药物组、实施例2药物组切开原手术部位，找到手术线，取出移植尾椎椎间盘，10％甲醛固定，4℃保存。将固定后的椎间盘组织行石蜡切片，HE染色，光镜下进行病理组织形态学观察，结果照相保存。
各组椎间盘组织的病理变化见图1。
空白组和假手术组椎间盘组织中可见髓核、纤维软骨及胶原纤维，周围骨组织形态正常，胶原纤维排列整齐，结构清楚，未见炎性细胞浸润。模型组椎间盘组织中纤维组织显著增生，排列紊乱，间质可见大量炎细胞浸润，并见较多异物巨细胞，显示造模成功。实施例1药物组纤维组织轻度增生，间质可见少量炎细胞浸润；实施例2药物组纤维组织轻度增生，排列不整齐，间质可见少量炎细胞浸润。说明本发明药物对于腰椎间盘突出症具有治疗效果。

Claims (5)

1.一种治疗腰间盘突出的中药组合物，其特征在于，它包含下列重量份的物质：海风藤6-12份、续断9-15份、三七3-10份、五加皮5-9份、骨碎补10-15份、粉萆薢10-15份、臭梧桐3-15份、没药3-10份、麻黄2-9份、苍术3-9份、桂枝3-9份、白芍5-15份、独活3-9份、川牛膝6-15份、防风5-9份、当归5-15份、乳香3-10份、桑寄生9-15份、红花3-10份、甘草2-9份、伸筋草3-12份、杜仲10-15份、鸡血藤9-15份、僵蚕5-9份、赤芍6-15份、白芷3-9份和秦艽3-9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗腰间盘突出的中药组合物，其特征在于，它包含下列重量份的物质：海风藤9份、续断12份、三七6份、五加皮7份、骨碎补12份、粉萆薢12份、臭梧桐9份、没药6份、麻黄5份、苍术6份、桂枝6份、白芍10份、独活6份、川牛膝10份、防风7份、当归10份、乳香6份、桑寄生12份、红花6份、甘草6份、伸筋草7份、杜仲12份、鸡血藤12份、僵蚕6份、赤芍12份、白芷5份和秦艽5份。
