The number of the Sichuan white geese and the local hybrid goose treatment test group is 46, and each group contains 15 geese, and the total number of the geese is 690; wherein the original Chinese medicinal compound treatment groups comprise 14 groups, including 9 groups (colibacillosis treatment group, salmonellosis treatment group, and pasteurellosis treatment group each 3 groups), 3 groups of positive control group (colibacillosis treatment group, salmonellosis treatment group, and pasteurellosis treatment group each 1 group), 1 group of drug control group, and 1 group of health control group; wherein 9 groups of test groups adopt the original Chinese herbal compound of example 3;
in the invention, unless otherwise specified, the original Chinese herbal compound refers to the formula of example 3; an Aspergillus niger fermentation compound group 18 group, which comprises 9 groups of a test group (an colibacillosis treatment group, a salmonellosis treatment group and 3 groups of a pasteurellosis treatment group), 3 groups of a positive control group (the colibacillosis treatment group, the salmonellosis treatment group and 1 group of the pasteurellosis treatment group), 1 group of a medicine control group, 1 group of a health control group, and 4 groups of an Aspergillus niger seed liquid control group (the colibacillosis treatment group, the salmonellosis treatment group and 1 group of the pasteurellosis treatment group and 1 group of a health goose); of these 9 test groups the fermentates prepared in example 4 were used;
in the present invention, unless otherwise specified, the "aspergillus niger fermentation complex" refers to the fermentation product prepared in example 4, and the western medicine treatment group 14, which includes test group 9 (e.g., e.coli disease treatment group, salmonellosis treatment group, and pasteurellosis treatment group each 3), positive control group 3 (e.g., e.coli disease treatment group, salmonellosis treatment group, and pasteurellosis treatment group each 1), drug control group 1, and healthy control group 1. The four Sichuan sheldrake, Tianfu meat duck and Beijing duck treatment groups are 46 groups, each group comprises 15 and 690 total, and the grouping method is the same as that of the goose treatment test group. The western medicine treatment group is the same as the daily treatment medicine; wherein 9 groups of test groups adopt florfenicol, neomycin, compound tetracycline hydrochloride, enrofloxacin, gentamicin sulfate, colistin sulfate and the like for treatment;
the specific grouping conditions are shown in tables 1, 2, 3 and 4;
(5) grouping chicken prevention tests: taking natural groups as a unit, taking each chicken group as a group, and taking 18 groups in total, 9 groups (I-IX groups) of Xingwen mountain black-bone chickens and 9 groups (X-XVIII groups) of roman laying hens, wherein the prevention group of the Xingwen mountain black-bone chickens for colibacillosis is I-III group, the prevention group of salmonellosis is IV-VI group, and the prevention group of pasteurellosis is VII-IX group. The Roman laying hen colibacillosis prevention group is a group X-XII, the salmonellosis prevention group is a group XIII-XV, and the pasteurellosis prevention group is a group XVI-XVIII; the 3 groups set for each disease respectively adopt the preventive measures of mixing and feeding of the original traditional Chinese medicine compound, the Aspergillus niger fermentation compound, the western medicine and the like. The western medicine prevention group is the same as the daily preventive medication. The specific grouping is shown in table 5;
(6) goose and duck prevention tests are divided into groups: taking natural groups as a unit, each poultry group is a group which is 18 groups in total, 9 groups ('I' - 'IX' group) of Sichuan white geese and local hybrid geese are common, 9 groups ('X' - 'XVIII' group) of Sichuan sheldrake, Tianfu meat duck and Beijing duck are common, wherein the colibacillosis prevention group of Sichuan white geese and local hybrid geese is 'I' - 'III' group, the salmonellosis prevention group is 'IV' - 'VI' group, and the pasteurellosis prevention group is 'VII' - 'IX' group. The preventing group for colibacillosis of Sichuan sheldrake, Tianfu meat duck and Beijing duck is 'X' - 'XII', the preventing group for salmonellosis is 'XIII' - 'XV', and the preventing group for pasteurellosis is 'XVI' - 'XVIII'; the 3 groups set for each disease respectively adopt the preventive measures of mixing and feeding of the original traditional Chinese medicine compound, the Aspergillus niger fermentation compound, the western medicine and the like. The western medicine prevention group is the same as the daily preventive medication. The specific grouping is shown in table 6;

(7) Test method
And (3) treatment test: the raising management of the diseased poultry farm is enhanced according to the requirements, and the poultry farm is strictly disinfected. The usage amounts of the traditional Chinese medicine compound and the Aspergillus niger fermentation compound in the test group, the drug control group and the various poultry treatment groups in the treatment of colibacillosis, salmonellosis and pasteurellosis are as follows: 0.3-0.5 g of young poultry, 0.5-1.0 g of middle-aged poultry, 2g of adult chicken and 2.5g of adult goose and duck, mixed feeding, wherein 5-7 d is a treatment course, continuously observing for 5-7 d after stopping feeding, and the dosage of the Aspergillus niger seed liquid control group seed liquid is the same as that of the traditional Chinese medicine compound Aspergillus niger fermentation culture seed liquid. The test group judges a patient with disappearance of clinical symptoms and recovery of normality of drinking water and eating as clinical cure, determines the prevention and treatment effect by combining pathological anatomy spot test results, counts indexes such as the prevention and treatment effective rate and the like, simultaneously observes and records the production level, simultaneously observes and records the mental state, appetite, feces, death condition and the like of each group of poultry of a positive control group, a drug control group and a healthy control group, judges whether the poultry is a lethal case of colibacillosis, salmonellosis and pasteurellosis and the drug per se by pathological anatomy examination, separation culture, biochemical identification and the like of each group of dead poultry, and comprehensively evaluates and determines the comprehensive benefit of the compound preparation and the drug preparation process. The dosage and contraindication of the western medicine treatment groups are used according to the instruction of use. The feeding management conditions of all groups are consistent during the test period and are basically consistent with those before the test;
prevention test: the test group for preventing colibacillosis of various poultry comprises 3 groups of an original traditional Chinese medicine compound group, an Aspergillus niger fermentation compound group and a western medicine group, wherein the original traditional Chinese medicine compound group and the Aspergillus niger fermentation compound group are mixed with materials according to the proportion of 1.5-2.5% and are respectively mixed with materials for feeding in the periods of 10-15 days old, 25-35 days old and 45-60 days old, and the western medicine group is used for feeding in the same time. The 70 th year after the administration was observed, and the morbidity and mortality were recorded. In the salmonellosis prevention test group, the original traditional Chinese medicine compound group and the Aspergillus niger fermentation compound group are respectively mixed with materials for administration in the period of 5-10 days old and 15-20 days old according to the proportion of 1.5% -2.0%, and western medicines are used in the western medicines within the same time. In the pasteurellosis prevention test group, each group of test birds respectively uses the traditional Chinese medicine compound, the Aspergillus niger fermentation compound and the western medicine in late spring and early summer and continuous rainy season, and the medicines are mixed according to the proportion of 1.5 percent and are fed once every 10 days, and the medicine is taken for 3 days every time. The feeding management conditions of each group are consistent during the test period and are basically consistent with those before the test. The dead chicken is diagnosed as the lethal cases of colibacillosis, salmonellosis and pasteurellosis by pathological dissection, separation culture, biochemical identification and the like;
(8) criteria for judging therapeutic effects
a. During the mortality test, the birds only showed typical symptoms and died, and dead chickens with characteristic lesions were dissected and isolated from the relevant tissues to the pathogenic bacteria and judged to be infected and dead. The percentage of the number of the birds infected and dead to the total number of the birds in each group is the mortality of the group;
b. after the effective rate is used, the clinical symptoms partially disappear; the physiological indexes of food intake, water dispenser spirit and the like are basically recovered to be effective, and the effective rate of each group is calculated according to the effective number;
c. after the cure rate is used, clinical symptoms completely disappear; the physiological indexes of food intake, water drinking, spirit and the like are completely recovered to be normal and cured. The percentage of the cure number in the total number of the tests in the group is the cure rate;
d. the clinical symptoms of the inefficiency are not reduced, even worsened or dead are invalid, and the inefficiency of each group is calculated according to the invalid number;
(9) statistical analysis
The significance of the data is detected by a statistical method, and the morbidity, the effective rate and the cure rate are all detected by chi-square;
(10) test results
A. Results of therapeutic trials
The treatment test results show that the traditional Chinese medicine compound group, the Aspergillus niger fermentation compound group and the Western medicine group have better treatment effects on common diseases of poultry (chicken, goose and duck) caused by three pathogenic bacteria. In a treatment experiment of colibacillosis in chicken, the average cure rate and the average effective rate of the original traditional Chinese medicine compound to a Xingwang mountain black-bone chicken group, a Roman laying chicken group and a white feather broiler group are respectively 91.1% and 94.4%; 90.0 percent and 93.3 percent; 90.1 percent of the total weight of the mixture, 93.6 percent of the total weight of the mixture,
the average cure rate and the average effective rate of the Aspergillus niger fermentation compound for the Xingwen mountain black-bone chicken group, the Roman laying chicken group and the white feather broiler group are respectively 96.7 percent, 98.9 percent, 93.3 percent and 96.7 percent,
the average cure rate and the average effective rate of western medicines to the Xingwen mountain black-bone chicken group, the Roman laying chicken group and the white feather broiler group are respectively 85.6 percent, 88.9 percent, 83.3 percent and 86.7 percent;
for the Xingwen mountain black-bone chicken, the average cure rate and the average effective rate of the Aspergillus niger fermentation compound are respectively 5.6 percent higher, 11.1 percent higher, 4.5 percent higher and 10 percent higher than those of the traditional Chinese medicine compound and the western medicine compound.
For the Roman laying hens and the white feather broilers, compared with the original traditional Chinese medicine compound, the Aspergillus niger fermentation compound and the western medicine, the average cure rate and the average effective rate have no significant difference (P is more than 0.05). The cure rate and the effective rate of the aspergillus niger fermentation compound on the colibacillosis of the black-bone chicken in the Xingwen mountain land are superior to the treatment effect on the Roman laying hens and white feather broilers, and are respectively 3.4 percent higher and 2.2 percent higher. The results are shown in tables 7 and 8.
In a chicken salmonellosis treatment test, the average cure rate and the average effective rate of the original traditional Chinese medicine compound to the Xingwang mountain black-bone chicken group, the Roman laying chicken group and the white feather broiler group are 93.3%, 95.6%, 91.1% and 94.4% respectively, the average cure rate and the average effective rate of the Aspergillus niger fermentation compound to the Xingwang mountain black-bone chicken group, the Roman laying chicken group and the white feather broiler group are 95.6%, 97.8%, 92.2% and 95.6% respectively, and the average cure rate and the average effective rate of the western medicine to the Xingwang mountain black-bone chicken group, the Roman laying chicken group and the white feather broiler group are 85.6%, 88.9%, 85.5% and 88.9% respectively; for the Xingwen mountain black-bone chicken, the average cure rate and the average effective rate of the Aspergillus niger fermentation compound are respectively 2.3 percent, 2.2 percent, 10 percent and 8.9 percent higher than those of the original traditional Chinese medicine compound and western medicine. For the roman laying hens and the white feather broilers, the average cure rate and the average effective rate of the aspergillus niger fermentation compound are respectively 1.1 percent, 1.2 percent, 6.7 percent and 6.7 percent higher than those of the traditional Chinese medicine compound and western medicine. The cure rate and the effective rate of the aspergillus niger fermented compound on the salmonellosis of the black-bone chicken in the Xingwen mountain land are superior to the treatment effects on the roman laying hens and the white feather broilers, and are respectively higher than 3.4 percent and 2.2 percent. The results are shown in tables 7 and 8.
In a pasteurellosis disease treatment test, the average cure rate and the average effective rate of the original traditional Chinese medicine compound for the Xingwen mountain black-bone chicken group, the Roman laying hens and the white feather broilers are respectively 91.1%, 94.4%, 91.1% and 3.3%, the average cure rate and the average effective rate of the Aspergillus niger fermentation compound for the Xingwen mountain black-bone chicken group, the Roman laying hens and the white feather broilers are respectively 95.6%, 98.9%, 92.1% and 95.6%, and the average cure rate and the average effective rate of the western medicine for the Xingwen mountain black-bone chicken group, the Roman laying hens and the white feather broilers are respectively 85.6%, 88.9%, 83.3% and 86.7%; for the Xingwen mountain black-bone chicken, the average cure rate and the average effective rate of the Aspergillus niger fermentation compound are respectively 4.5 percent, 10 percent and 10 percent higher than those of the traditional Chinese medicine compound and western medicine. For the roman laying hens and the white feather broilers, the average cure rate and the average effective rate of the aspergillus niger fermentation compound are respectively 1.0 percent, 2.3 percent, 8.8 percent and 8.9 percent higher than those of the traditional Chinese medicine compound and western medicine. The cure rate and the effective rate of the aspergillus niger fermentation compound on the pasteurellosis of the black-bone chicken in the Xingwen mountain land are superior to the treatment effect on the roman laying hens and are respectively higher than 3.5 percent and 3.3 percent. The results are shown in tables 7 and 8.
In the goose colibacillosis treatment test, the average cure rate and the average effective rate of the original traditional Chinese medicine compound for Sichuan white geese and local hybrid geese are 82.2 percent and 88.9 percent respectively,
the average cure rate and the average effective rate of the aspergillus niger fermentation compound on Sichuan white geese and local hybrid geese are respectively 91.1 percent and 97.8 percent,
the average cure rate and the average effective rate of western medicines to the Sichuan white geese and the local hybrid geese are 77.8 percent and 84.5 percent respectively;
in goose salmonellosis treatment experiments, the average cure rate and the average effective rate of the original traditional Chinese medicine compound for Sichuan white geese and local hybrid geese are respectively 84.5 percent and 91.1 percent,
the average cure rate and the average effective rate of the aspergillus niger fermentation compound on Sichuan white geese and local hybrid geese are respectively 93.3 percent and 95.5 percent,
the average cure rate and the average effective rate of western medicines to the Sichuan white geese and the local hybrid geese are 82.2% and 82.2% respectively;
in the goose pasteurellosis treatment test, the average cure rate and the average effective rate of the original traditional Chinese medicine compound for Sichuan white geese and local hybrid geese are respectively 84.5 percent and 91.1 percent,
the average cure rate and the average effective rate of the aspergillus niger fermentation compound on Sichuan white geese and local hybrid geese are respectively 91.1 percent and 97.8 percent,
the average cure rate and the average effective rate of western medicines to the Sichuan white geese and the local hybrid geese are respectively 80.0 percent and 86.7 percent; the specific results are shown in Table 9.
In the experiment for treating duck colibacillosis, the average cure rate and the average effective rate of the original Chinese herbal compound for Sichuan sheldrake, Tianfu meat duck and Beijing duck are 82.2 percent and 88.9 percent respectively,
the average cure rate and the average effective rate of the aspergillus niger fermentation compound on Sichuan sheldrake, Tianfu meat duck and Beijing duck are respectively 91.1 percent and 95.5 percent,
the average cure rate and the average effective rate of western medicines to Sichuan sheldrake, Tianfu meat duck and Beijing duck are respectively 75.5% and 82.2%;
in the duck salmonellosis treatment test, the average cure rate and the average effective rate of the original traditional Chinese medicine compound to Sichuan sheldrake, Tianfu meat duck and Beijing duck are respectively 84.5 percent and 91.1 percent,
the average cure rate and the average effective rate of the aspergillus niger fermentation compound on Sichuan sheldrake, Tianfu meat duck and Beijing duck are respectively 91.1 percent and 95.5 percent,
the average cure rate and the average effective rate of western medicines to Sichuan sheldrake, Tianfu meat duck and Beijing duck are respectively 80.0% and 82.2%;
in the experiment of treating duck pasteurellosis, the average cure rate and the average effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine compound for Sichuan sheldrake, Tianfu meat duck and Beijing duck are respectively 84.5 percent and 91.1 percent,
the average cure rate and the average effective rate of the aspergillus niger fermentation compound on Sichuan sheldrake, Tianfu meat duck and Beijing duck are respectively 93.3 percent and 97.8 percent,
the average cure rate and the average effective rate of western medicines to Sichuan sheldrake, Tianfu meat duck and Beijing duck are respectively 80.0% and 86.7%;
the specific results are shown in Table 10.
The failure rates of the three bacterial disease positive control groups of each group are all more than 85 percent, and the failure rates of the drug control group and the healthy control group are all 0; the inefficacy of positive poultry of various disease species in the aspergillus niger fermentation compound aspergillus niger seed liquid control group is more than 85%, and the inefficacy of healthy poultry is 0.
In addition, the inventor also adopts the original traditional Chinese medicine compound of the invention in the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2, and the experiment method which is the same as the original traditional Chinese medicine compound of the embodiment 3 is adopted to carry out parallel experiments, in the treatment experiment of the colibacillosis in chicken, the average cure rate of the two traditional Chinese medicine compounds to the Xingwei mountain black-bone chicken group is respectively 90.5 percent and 90.6 percent, the average effective rate is respectively 93.6 percent and 93.9 percent, the average cure rate of the two traditional Chinese medicine compounds to the Roman layer chicken is respectively 90.1 percent and 90.1 percent, and the average effective rate is respectively 93.1 percent and 93.2 percent; the average cure rate of the two traditional Chinese medicine compounds on white feather broilers is 90.1 percent and 90.2 percent respectively, and the average effective rate is 93.1 percent and 93.2 percent respectively.
In addition, for the prevention effect, the inventor also adopts the original Chinese herbal compound of the invention in the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2, and the results are similar by adopting the same experimental method as the original Chinese herbal compound of the embodiment 3 to carry out parallel experiments.
For the treatment of the other two bacterial diseases, the traditional Chinese medicine compound of the embodiments 1 and 2 of the invention has the cure rate of more than 90% and the effective rate of more than 95%.
The original traditional Chinese medicine compound, the Aspergillus niger fermentation compound and the western medicine have good treatment effects on poultry diseases and the like caused by three bacteria, wherein the Aspergillus niger fermentation compound has the best effect with the original traditional Chinese medicine compound and is obviously higher than the treatment effect of the western medicine; meanwhile, the treatment effect of the aspergillus niger fermentation compound on three bacterial diseases of poultry is superior to that of the original traditional Chinese medicine compound. The original Chinese herbal compound and the Aspergillus niger fermentation compound are superior and practical and reliable in treating three bacterial diseases of poultry. The results are shown in tables 11 and 12. Tests also show that the aspergillus niger fermentation compound clinical treatment effect is not that the aspergillus niger seed liquid directly plays a role in treating sick poultry, and the effective components of the traditional Chinese medicine compound are obviously changed and play a role after the aspergillus niger fermentation.

B. Results of preventive tests
The prevention test result shows that the original Chinese herbal compound, the Aspergillus niger fermentation compound and the western medicine have good prevention effects on poultry diseases caused by three pathogenic bacteria, wherein the prevention effects of the original Chinese herbal compound and the Aspergillus niger fermentation compound are obviously higher than those of the western medicine. Compared with the traditional Chinese medicine compound before and after the same experiment, the traditional Chinese medicine compound has obvious difference (P < 0.05), the average death rate is respectively reduced by 2.8 percent, 2.8 percent and 1.6 percent, the Aspergillus niger fermentation compound has obvious difference (P < 0.05) on the three bacterial diseases of the Xingwei mountain black-bone chicken, the average death rate is respectively reduced by 3.4 percent, 4.1 percent and 2.4 percent, and no obvious difference (P > 0.05) exists before and after the experiment of the western medicine group;
compared with the original traditional Chinese medicine compound before and after the same field of test, the prevention effect of the original traditional Chinese medicine compound on three bacterial diseases of Sichuan white geese and local hybrid geese is obvious in difference (P < 0.05), the average death rate is respectively reduced by 3.3 percent, 2.9 percent and 2.3 percent, the prevention effect of the aspergillus niger fermentation compound on three bacterial diseases of the Xingwei mountain black-bone chickens is obvious in difference (P < 0.05), the average death rate is respectively reduced by 4.4 percent, 4.3 percent and 3.6 percent, and no obvious difference (P > 0.05) exists before and after the test of western medicine groups;
compared with the traditional Chinese medicine compound before and after the same field of test, the traditional Chinese medicine compound has obvious difference (P < 0.05) on the prevention effect of three bacterial diseases of Sichuan sheldrake, Tianfu meat duck and Beijing duck, the average death rate is respectively reduced by 4.4 percent, 4.2 percent and 4.3 percent, the Aspergillus niger fermentation compound has obvious difference (P < 0.05) on the prevention effect of three bacterial diseases of the black-bone chicken in the Xingwei mountain land, the average death rate is respectively reduced by 4.6 percent, 4.7 percent and 4.4 percent, and no obvious difference (P > 0.05) exists before and after the test of the western medicine group;
the above shows that the original traditional Chinese medicine compound and the Aspergillus niger fermented compound can play a good role in preventing colibacillosis, salmonellosis and pasteurellosis of poultry, and the prevention effect is obviously superior to that of western medicines. Meanwhile, the Aspergillus niger fermentation compound has more advantages on poultry diseases caused by three pathogenic bacteria compared with the traditional Chinese medicine compound, has superiority and is practical and reliable, and the Aspergillus niger fermentation compound is used for preventing three bacterial diseases of black-bone chickens in the Xingwang mountain region. The results are shown in tables 13 and 14.

1. A traditional Chinese medicine compound for preventing and treating poultry bacterial diseases is characterized by comprising the following components:
50-100g of fructus forsythiae, 50-100g of dandelion, 100-150g of coptis chinensis, 100-150g of phellodendron, 50-100g of rheum officinale, 100-150g of scutellaria baicalensis, 150-200g of isatis root and 50-100g of liquorice;
