本发明公开了一种降血脂的中成药及其制备工艺。所述降血脂的中成药主要由以下质量份的中药材制成：新阿胶 1～10份，党参20～175份，黄芪 20～175份，山楂20～175份，大枣 20～175份。本发明的中成药组方合理，药味少而精，各药物产生协同作用，可产生良好的降血脂的功效。

一种降血脂的中成药及其制备工艺
技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域，具体涉及一种降血脂的中成药及其制备工艺。
背景技术
中医理论中的“补气”又称“益气”。指有补气药物治疗气虚证的方法。肺主气，主一身五脏六腑之气；中焦脾胃受纳水谷，脾气健运，气血得以化生，故气虚多与肺、脾二脏相关。肺气虚以少气懒言，动辄喘促，怕风自汗为主症；脾气虚以脘腹虚胀，神疲倦怠，食欲不振，大便泄泻为主症。
中医治疗血虚症的方法。又称养血。属补法。血虚症是由于血不足而使脏腑组织失于濡养所表现出来的证候。补血能使脏腑组织得到血液的充分濡养，使脏腑组织的功能恢复正常
中医理论上讲气血是人之根本，气血的充足是保持人体身体健康的最基本的条件，气血通则万病灭，说的就是所有的疾病均是由于气血不足引起的，尤其是女性朋友会，如果气血供应不足，衰老会变快，体质也会变得很脆弱。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种安全、有效、无副作用的中药制剂。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种降血脂的中成药及其制备工艺。
为了实现上述目的，本发明根据中医理论，总结多年临床经验组成有效方药。
其处方如下：
新阿胶 1～10份，党参20～175份，黄芪 20～175份，山楂20～175份，大枣 20～175份。
本发明的有益效果是：
1、本发明的处方与目前治疗同类疾病的处方相比，组方合理，药味少而精，各药物产生协同作用，可产生良好的降血脂功效。
2、本发明的制剂工艺研究设计缜密合理，将药效学与活性成分相结合制定了提取工艺，在良好的降血脂基础上最大程度地除去杂质，保证了处方的药效，又缩小了药物体积，为制剂的成型工艺研究奠定了基础。
3、本发明为降血脂中成药也可以做成系列剂型，包括胶囊剂、片剂、颗粒剂、软胶囊剂或其他剂型等。这些剂型都具有使用方便、稳定性好、质量可控性好、患者适应性好等优点。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明，但并不局限于此。
实施例1
一种降血脂中成药，由以下质量份的中药材制成：新阿胶 8份，党参160份，黄芪 135份，山楂145份，大枣 125份。
实施例2
一种降血脂中成药，由以下质量份的中药材制成：新阿胶 6份，党参120份，黄芪 105份，山楂115份，大枣 105份。
实施例3
一种降血脂中成药，由以下质量份的中药材制成：新阿胶 6份，党参100份，黄芪 105份，山楂100份，大枣 95份。
实施例4
一种降血脂中成药，由以下质量份的中药材制成：新阿胶 5份，党参105份，黄芪 115份，山楂95份，大枣 125份。
实施例5 一种降血脂胶囊的制备
可通过以下工艺，将实施例1～4的中成药制成一种降血脂胶囊，具体步骤如下：
（1）按比例称取各药物；
（2）新阿胶加等量蔗糖制成细粉；
（3）其余药材加水煎煮2次，煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩至适量，加入1.5倍量乙醇,静置24小时，取上清液，回收乙醇并浓缩至适量，干燥，制成细粉后备用；
（4）合并新阿胶和浸膏粉，选用乳糖或蔗糖，与提取物浸膏粉、新阿胶等药物混合均匀，加入适量95%乙醇混匀后制成适宜颗粒，干燥后,加入1%硬脂酸镁、1%二氧化硅混匀,灌装胶囊，制成降血脂的中成药。
使用方法：口服。
实施例6一种降血脂片的制备
可通过以下工艺，将实施例1～4的中成药制成一种降血脂片，具体步骤如下：
（1）按比例称取各药物；
（2）新阿胶加等量蔗糖制成细粉；
（3）其余药材加水煎煮2次，煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩至适量，加入1.5倍量乙醇,静置24小时，取上清液，回收乙醇并浓缩至适量，干燥，制成细粉后备用；
（4）合并新阿胶和浸膏粉，选用乳糖或蔗糖，与提取物浸膏粉、新阿胶等药物混合均匀，加入适量95%乙醇混匀后制成适宜颗粒，干燥后，加入1%硬脂酸镁、1%二氧化硅混匀，压片，制成降血脂的中成药。
使用方法：口服。
实施例7一种降血脂散的制备
可通过以下工艺，将实施例1～4的中成药制成一种降血脂散，具体步骤如下：
（1）按比例称取各药物；
（2）新阿胶加等量蔗糖制成细粉；
（3）其余药材加水煎煮2次，煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至适量，加入1.5倍量乙醇，静置24小时，取上清液，回收乙醇并浓缩至适量，干燥，制成细粉后备用；
（4）合并新阿胶和浸膏粉，选用乳糖或蔗糖，与提取物浸膏粉、新阿胶等药物混合均匀，1%二氧化硅混匀，装袋，制成降血脂的中成药。
使用方法：温水冲服。
实施例8一种降血脂颗粒的制备
可通过以下工艺，将实施例1～4的中成药制成一种降血脂颗粒，具体步骤如下：
（1）按比例称取各药物；
（2）新阿胶加等量蔗糖制成细粉；
（3）其余药材加水煎煮2次，煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至适量，加入1.5倍量乙醇,静置24小时，取上清液，回收乙醇并浓缩至适量，干燥，制成细粉后备用；
（4）合并新阿胶和浸膏粉，选用乳糖或蔗糖，与提取物浸膏粉、新阿胶等药物混合均匀，加入适量95%乙醇混匀后制成适宜颗粒，干燥后，加入1%硬脂酸镁、1%二氧化硅混匀，装袋，制成降血脂的中成药。
使用方法：温水冲服。
实施例9一种降血脂软胶囊的制备
可通过以下工艺，将实施例1～4的中成药制成一种降血脂软胶囊，具体步骤如下：
（1）按比例称取各药物；
（2）新阿胶制成细粉；
（3）其余药材加水煎煮2次，煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至适量，加入1.5倍量乙醇,静置24小时，取上清液，回收乙醇并浓缩至适量，干燥，制成细粉后备用；
（4）合并新阿胶和浸膏粉，与提取物浸膏粉、新阿胶等药物混合均匀，加入适量大豆油，混匀，作为内容物，制备合适的胶皮，在软胶囊机上制成软胶囊，制成降血脂的中成药。
使用方法：温水冲服。

1.一种用于降血脂的中成药，其特征在于，主要由以下质量份的中药材制成：葛根 100～300份，山楂200～300份，白芍 30～75份，制何首乌100～215份，珍珠粉 1～5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的降血脂的中成药，其特征在于，主要由以下质量份的中药材制成：葛根 150～300份，山楂200～250份，白芍 30～55份，制何首乌150～215份，珍珠粉 1～4份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的降血脂的中成药，其特征在于，主要由以下质量份的中药材制成：葛根 215份，山楂250份，白芍 30份，制何首乌190份，珍珠粉 3份。
4.根据权利要求1～3任一项所述中成药，其特征在于，所述中成药中还可加入药学上允许的辅料制成口服制剂。
5.权利要求1～4任一项所述的降血脂的中成药的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
（1）按比例称取各药物；
（2）新阿胶加等量蔗糖制成细粉；
（3）其余药材加水煎煮2次，煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩至适量，加入1.5倍量乙醇,静置24小时，取上清液，回收乙醇并浓缩至适量，干燥，制成细粉后备用；
（4）合并新阿胶和浸膏粉，加入适量辅料，制成降血脂的中成药。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法，步骤（3）其特征在于，采用的水煎煮技术的条件为：加8～10倍水，浸泡0.5～1h。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤（3）所述水煎煮法的技术条件为：第一次煎煮2小时，第二次煎煮1小时，滤过，合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，制得浸膏粉。
8.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤（4）的具体操作为：选用乳糖或蔗糖，与提取物浸膏粉、新阿胶等药物混合均匀，加入适量95%乙醇混匀后制成适宜颗粒，制成降血脂的中成药。
