技术领域
本发明涉及饮用水领域,具体涉及是一种富氢钙水及其制备方法。
背景技术
《中国水网》杂志指出:“全世界80%以上疾病和33%的死亡与受污染的饮用水有关”,在人体组织中,水分就占了70%,水质好坏对人体健康关系极大。氢分子能够中和体内恶性氧自由基,氢分子对于氧自由基引起的各种疾病具有良好的预防和治疗作用,利用氢分子的氧化还原作用还可以使人体增强抗氧化能力,减缓衰老速度,但由于氢气具有易燃易爆性,由呼吸道摄入氢气在使用上存在一定局限性,目前比较理想的方法是将氢气溶解于水中,制成富氢水,使其可以通过饮用途径来摄入氢气,增加了氢气应用的途径,提高了安全性。随着市场消费需求的多样化,保健意识的增强,消费者在考虑单纯解渴、避暑的同时,越来越注重产品的健康元素,使用产品后假如能带来身体上的健康,将更受欢迎,所以饮用水在未来发展中,将从单一解渴、避暑逐渐向健康、营养、美容等转变,富氢水饮料有望成为饮料市场的新宠和主流发展趋势。
目前,对于富氢水的研究多为制备方法,如中国专利:申请号:201410166247.0“一种富氢水的制备工艺”、申请号201410047486.4“一种富氢水生产方法”等,这些专利均公开了富氢水的制备方法,但制得的产品口味单一、营养、保健功能单一;又如中国专利:申请号2012100662980.9“一种钙镁富氢水添加剂及其制备方法”,该专利的添加剂包含制氢剂和pH 调节剂 ;所述制氢剂为钙单质、镁单质、钙镁单质组合或钙镁合金,钙选自柠檬酸钙、柠檬酸镁、葡萄糖酸钙、葡萄糖酸镁、苹果酸钙、苹果酸镁、氨基乙酸钙、氨基乙酸镁、赖氨酸钙、赖氨酸镁、苏糖酸钙、苏糖酸镁、磷酸氢钙、磷酸氢镁中的一种或多种,制得的富氢水中有钙、镁。但通过检索发现,没有在富氢水中添加纳米螯合钙、花青素、有益菌等原料,使产品的口感、营养、功能更丰富的研究。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种富氢钙水及其制备方法,通过在富氢水中添加纳米螯合钙、花青素、小肽、有益菌,使产品的口感更好,营养丰富、具有更广的保健功能。
一种富氢钙水,由富氢饮用水、纳米螯合钙、花青素、小肽、乳酸菌组成,各组份的组成如下:富氢饮用水200-500份、纳米螯合钙0.1-0.3份、花青素0.5-2份、小肽0.1-0.3份、乳酸菌0.1-0.3份。
优选地,如上所述的一种富氢钙水,由富氢饮用水350份、纳米螯合钙0.2份、花青素1份、小肽0.2份、乳酸菌0.2份组成。
优选地,如上所述的一种富氢钙水,其中乳酸菌为过夜培养的,浓度为1.5×108~5.0×109cfu/mL。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点:
1、在富氢水中添加花青素:花青素具有极强的抗氧化作用,可以抵御自由基对人体的损伤,预防诸如关节炎、癌症、心脏病等多种疾病,提高产品的抗氧化功能10倍以上。
2、在富氢水中添加纳米螯合钙:纳米螯合钙的人体吸收率高达95%以上,是目前已知的补钙剂中吸收率最高的,除纳米螯合钙的生物利用率高外,更重要的是,进一步的研究证实纳米螯合钙对肾、肺无钙沉积,对人体绝对安全。
3、添加小肽、乳酸菌:小肽因其结构简单,分子量小,不饱和,所以能够通过细胞膜的渗透以原形直接进入细胞内,而不需要再次消化,也不需要耗费能量,因此小分子肽的吸收、转化和利用,都是高效、完全、彻底的,同时还添加了对人体的肠道有益处,乳酸菌在人体肠道中建立了良好的微生态,使人体对小肽等营养物质、有益元素的吸收更充分。
本发明在富氢水中添加纳米螯合钙、花青素、小肽等原料,使得产品抗氧化能力提高、产品的功能更广阔,产品中的营养也更丰富,人体对各种营养物质、有益元素的吸收更充分,因此,该产品具有更广阔的市场前景。

为能清楚说明本发明方案的技术特点,下面结合具体实施例,对本发明进行阐述。但是本发明的保护范围并不限于这些实施例。凡是不背离本发明构思的改变或等同替代均包括在本发明的保护范围之内。
实施例1
取富氢饮用水200克、将纳米螯合钙100毫克、花青素0.5克、小肽100毫克、乳酸菌100毫克加入富氢饮用水中,各原料混合均匀、灌装即可,其中乳酸菌过夜培养,其浓度为1.5×108cfu/mL。
实施例2
取富氢饮用水500克、将纳米螯合钙300毫克、花青素2克、小肽300毫克、乳酸菌300毫克加入富氢饮用水中,各原料混合均匀、灌装即可,其中乳酸菌过夜培养,其浓度为1.0×109cfu/mL。
实施例3
取富氢饮用水350克、将纳米螯合钙200毫克、花青素1克、小肽200毫克、乳酸菌200毫克加入富氢饮用水中,各原料混合均匀、灌装即可,其中乳酸菌过夜培养,其浓度为2.0×109cfu/mL。

1.一种富氢钙水,其特征在于:该富氢钙水由富氢饮用水、纳米螯合钙、花青素、小肽、乳酸菌组成,各组份的组成如下:富氢饮用水200-500份、纳米螯合钙0.1-0.3份、花青素0.5-2份、小肽0.1-0.3份、乳酸菌0.1-0.3份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种富氢钙水,其特征在于:该富氢钙水由富氢饮用水350份、纳米螯合钙0.2份、花青素1份、小肽0.2份、乳酸菌0.2份组成。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种富氢钙水,其特征在于:乳酸菌浓度为1.5×108~5.0×109cfu/mL。
