此外还有利的是,第一和/或第二突起设计为分散在圆周上的离散的突起元件。由此可以使连接元件简单地固定在轴承架上。在此特别有利的是,第二径向突起设计为弹性元件和/或卡扣元件。这可以实现轴承与轴承架之间特别简单的连接。为了实现轴承在轴承架上特别良好的径向及周向固定,轴承架此外还可以优选具有离散的凹缺,径向突起、尤其离散的径向突起元件嵌 合在所述凹缺中。第一径向突起与此相对设计为优选环形元件,从而提供轴承内腔的连续密封。
根据另一种有利的实施例,可以在第一槽上构成底切(Hinterschneidung)。第一突起则具有优选互补构成的凸鼻,所述凸鼻嵌合在底切中。由此可以提供在轴承与轴承架之间特别好的轴向连接。此外,底切和/或第一突起构成在离散的位置上,从而使轴承径向和周向定位地固定在轴承架上。
根据另一种有利的实施例,连接元件具有至少一个第一连接元件部分和第二连接元件部分,其中,第一连接元件部分包括第一径向突伸部,并且优选构成为用于密封轴承的密封元件。第二连接元件部分具有第二径向突起并且构成为固持元件,所述固持元件将轴承固定在轴承架上。
该类型的两件式设计能够实现,固持元件由相对刚性的材料、例如金属或稳定的塑料制成,而密封元件由较软的材料制成,所述密封元件紧贴在待密封的面上。
在此优选地,密封元件可以具有至少一个容纳袋孔,固持元件容纳在所述容纳袋孔中。由此可以提供密封元件与固持元件之间特别简单的制备,因为固持元件可以简单地插入密封元件的容纳袋孔中。作为备选,固持元件还可以利用塑料和/或弹性体材料注塑包封或成型,所述塑料和/或弹性体材料则构成密封元件。
根据另一种有利的实施例,密封元件在密封第一轴承环的情况下延伸至第二轴承环,其中,在密封元件上至少在朝向第二轴承环的侧面上构成密封轮廓、尤其密封唇或密封边。如上所述,密封元件可以延伸至第二轴承环,从而密封元件密封地支承在第二轴承环上。然而密封元件或密封唇也可以被设计为缝隙密封部。显然这种类型的密封唇也可以构成在第一轴承环的一侧上,从而使密封元件不仅在第一轴承环上而且还在第二轴承环上施加其密封功能。由此可以构成轴承内腔的特别好的密封。
根据另一种有利的实施例,密封元件可以容纳在第一槽中,并且从第一槽沿径向朝第二轴承环的方向延伸。在这种类型的实施例中有利的是,密封元件由相对较硬的材料制成,从而实现密封元件在槽中更可靠的啮合。
作为备选,固持元件也可以容纳在第一槽中,这实现了连接元件在槽中和在轴承架中特别稳定的紧固。
根据另一种有利的实施例,轴承还在背离轴承架的侧面上具有另一个密 封元件,所述另一个密封元件固定在相对于第一槽轴向间隔的第二槽中,所述第二槽同样构成在第一轴承环的面向第二轴承环的径向侧面上,并且沿径向朝第二轴承环的方向延伸,在第二轴承环的侧面上优选具有密封轮廓、尤其密封唇。该密封元件也可以具有贴靠在第二轴承环上的密封唇或构成为缝隙密封部。由此轴承不仅可以在轴承架的侧面上设计为密封的,而且整个轴承内腔都是密封的。
此外还可以使用其他为本领域技术人员所知的且在此为具体列举的密封部。则不论是对于轴承架侧上的密封元件还是对于背对轴承架一侧的密封元件来说在技术上都可以考虑的是,密封唇不具有与所面对的轴承环的直接、紧密的接触,而仅满足缝隙密封部的功能。此外,对于前述的密封元件可行的是,其相应的密封唇或密封轮廓和/或其相应的架元件不纯粹沿径向构成,而是偏离径向地构成。由此例如可以实现沿径向或一定角度下的密封。显然,还可以使用至少部分具有布置在第二轴承环上的密封轮廓的密封部。
本发明的另一个方面涉及一种连接元件,其如上所述用于带有轴承和轴承架的轴承装置。其他优点和有利设计方式在从属权利要求、附图和描述中给出。以下借助有附图所示的示例对本发明进行更相近的描述。在此,实施例单纯用于示例性阐释,而不应定义本申请的保护范围。保护范围仅通过所附权利要求定义。

具体实施方式
以下相同的或功能相同的元件标以相同的附图标记。
图1至7示出剖切具有轴承1的轴承装置100的截面图,该轴承借助连接元件4沿轴向和径向固定在轴承架2上。在此,附图示出不同构造的连接元件4,但是都具有一个轴承外环6和轴承内环8,其间设置滚动体10。在轴承外环6和轴承内环8之间布设的轴承内腔12在背离轴承架2的侧面14上借助密封元件16对外密封。为了将密封元件固定在轴承外环6上,在轴承外环6上构成槽18,密封元件16嵌入该槽中。此外密封元件16在径向内侧具有密封唇20,密封元件16借助密封唇密封地支承轴承内环8上。
轴承外环6同时在面向轴承架2的侧面22上具有槽24,连接元件4借助凸鼻形式的突起26嵌入该槽中。此外,在连接元件24上构成径向向外地朝向轴承架2延伸的第二突起28,连接元件4借助所述第二突起其至少部分地包围轴承架2。在此,在轴承架上在背离轴承1的侧面22上构成凹缺32,第二突起28嵌入该凹缺中。所述凹缺32和径向突起28在此设计成在圆周上离散分布的元件,因此连接元件4实现了轴承1在轴承架2上特别好的轴向和径向固定。在此,第二突起28的离散的构造尤其用于径向固定,而通过凸鼻26嵌入槽24中能够将轴承1沿轴向固定在轴承架2上。在此,还在凹槽24上构成底切34,凸鼻26上的互补的构造36嵌入该底切中(参照图2、3、6、7)。由此实现了特别好的轴向固定。此外,连接元件4具有径向向内延伸的突伸部30,其到达轴承内环8并且至少很大程度密封地封闭轴承内腔12。该径向向内延伸的突伸部30用于密封轴承内腔12,因此污染可以不会进入并且润滑剂不会从轴承1泄漏。
图1示出第一优选实施例,其中连接元件4优选由塑料材料一体式制成。在轴承装置100的装配中,轴承1仅设置在轴承架2上并且连接元件4被装入,其中该连接元件借助凸鼻26卡入槽24中并且轴承1固定在轴承架2上。
通过图1所示的连接元件4的一体式构造可以提供装配特别简单和快速的固定。因为借助所提供的连接元件4的构造还可以使用标准轴承1的通常用于密封元件的、已经存在的槽24,所以可以省去轴承架2的高工作强度的注塑包封和对轴承外环6额外的加工。在此,在图1中还构成设计为连续的环元件的径向突伸部30,而突起28和凸鼻26仅离散地构成。
以下图2至7所述的实施例示出连接元件4,其不是如图1那样一体式地构成,而是具有呈固持元件形式的第一连接元件部分4-1和呈密封元件形 式的连接元件部分4-2。
在图2和3所示的实施例中,连接元件4通过密封元件4-2固定在轴承外环4-2上,该密封元件为此具有凸鼻26。为了在密封凸鼻26和槽24之间提供特别优良的连接,在图2和3所示的实施例中所述槽24构造出底切34,凸鼻26上的相似构成的卡钩36嵌入该底切中。
此外,图2和3示出,固持元件4-1具有径向延伸的突起28,其至少部分地包围轴承架2。为了在密封元件4-2和固持元件4-1之间构成固定,在固持元件4-1上还构成径向突伸部30-1,其被密封元件4-2的径向突伸部30-2包含。在此例如可以在固持元件4-1的径向突伸部30-1和密封元件4-2的径向突伸部30-2中分别构成开口,密封元件4-2的径向突伸部30-2和固持元件4-1的径向突伸部30-1分别穿过所述开口。备选地固持元件4-1在径向突伸部30-1的区域中借助塑料注塑包封,因此构成相应的密封元件4-2。
此外,在此固持元件4-1的径向突起也可以设计为离散的元件并且在轴承1和轴承架2之间的连接通过连接元件4卡入相应的槽和凹缺32中实现。
在此,图3示出特别优选的实施例,其中固持元件4-1设计为膜片弹簧的形式,因此实现了连接元件4特别容易的卡入,从而实现轴承架2和轴承1之间特别简单的连接。固持元件4-1的特殊形状通过图3a示出,其仅示出固持元件4-1。如该附图所示,固持元件具有环部分4-11和由此构成的弹簧凸片4-12,该凸片从环部分4-11的平面弯出。环部分4-11因此构成固持元件4-1的径向突伸部30-1,而弹簧凸片4-12用于固定在轴承架2上。
在图4至7所示的实施例中与图2和3的实施例不同的是,在槽24和连接元件4之间的连接未通过密封元件4-2提供,而是通过固持元件4-1提供。为此固持元件4-1具有相应构造的凸鼻26,固持元件借助凸鼻嵌入槽24中。在这种如图4的实施例中示出,密封元件4-2设计为套装元件,其可以套装在径向部段30-1上。备选地在该实施例中所述径向部段30-1被注塑包封。
此外,图2至7示出,密封元件4-2在径向内侧与密封元件16相似地具有密封唇38,密封元件4-2借助密封唇密封地贴靠在轴承内环8上。
为了实现轴承内腔12的特别优良的密封,密封元件4-2如图5所示不仅借助朝向轴承内环构成的密封唇38支承在轴承内环8上,而且同样可行的是,另外的密封唇40设置在轴承外环6上。由此固持元件的径向突伸部 30-1被密封在槽24中,因此轴承内腔12被特别优良地密封。在该实施例中,密封元件4-2可以套装地或喷注地构成。显然这种在轴承外环6上的第二密封唇40也可以设置在所有其他技术方案中。
取代图5中所示的密封唇40,槽24和尤其槽24和凸鼻26之间的缝隙42也可以这样被密封,使得固持元件4-1的径向突伸部30-1在轴承侧直至凸鼻26被密封元件4-2的材料包围,因此在凸鼻26和轴承环6之间的缝隙42借助密封元件4-2的材料密封地填充。在此密封元件4-2的材料甚至延伸超过凸鼻26并且在那嵌入槽24的底切34中。
若沿轴向仅存在很小的安装空间,则如图7的实施例所示,轴承架2也可以容纳在在轴承外环6上构成的凹缺44中。在该造型中,径向突起28径向地延长,因此其沿着外环6的端侧46延伸超过凹缺44。由此轴承架2能装入和固定在径向突起28和轴承圈6之间。
此外,图1至7示出,连接元件这样构成,即在轴承1和轴承架2之间存在径向间隙48。其例如如图1所示通过第一突起26和槽24之间的径向缝隙48实现。备选地也可以如图2至6所示,在固持元件4-1和轴承架2之间保留这种缝隙48。如图7所示,若轴承架2容纳在轴承外环6上的凹缺44中,因此该凹缺也可以径向扩大,用于构成用于径向间隙的缝隙48。该径向缝隙48优选具有在0.01至1毫米范围内的数值,因此可以针对性地调节在外环6和轴承架2之间的径向间隙。该径向间隙用于补偿在将轴承装置100投入使用时可能的制造公差。该径向间隙也显然也可以在所有其他实施例中存在。
在图2至7所示的实施例中尤其优选的是,固持元件4-1由板件制成并且密封元件4-2由塑料、尤其弹性体制成。在此,所述板件如上所述借助塑料注塑包封或者也可以被成型,但是同样可能的是,预制造的塑料密封元件4-2具有袋孔,固持元件4-1的径向突伸部30-1容纳在该袋孔中。为了实现密封元件4-2和固持元件4-1的板件之间的特别好的连接,可以在板件上设置凹缺,其允许被塑料穿透。此外可行的是,固持元件的径向突起28不是连续环绕地构成,而是仅在离散的位置上构成。但是固持元件4-1的径向突伸部30-1优选环形地构成。
总之借助所述连接元件也可以将标准轴承1固定在轴承架2上,其中通常已经存在的槽18、24不仅用于密封而且也用于固定。同时可以构成被密 封的轴承,因此污物和污泥不会进入并且润滑剂不会从轴承不可控地泄漏出来。因为连接元件具有保持功能以及密封功能,还可以明显地简化装配。

Claims (12)

1.一种轴承装置(100),其具有至少一个轴承(1)和至少一个轴承架(2),该轴承(1)在一个轴向侧面(22)与所述轴承架(2)相连,其中,所述轴承(1)具有第一轴承环(6)和第二轴承环(8),在第一和第二轴承环(6;8)之间限定出轴承内腔(12),其中,在第一轴承环(6)中在其面向第二轴承环(8)的径向侧面上构造有第一槽(24),其特征在于,在轴承(1)的面向轴承架(2)的轴向侧面(22)上设置有连接元件(4),该连接元件(4)具有优选凸鼻状的、与第一槽(24)相啮合的第一径向突起(26),并且该连接元件具有至少部分在背离轴承的侧面(22)包围轴承架(2)的第二径向突起(28),所述连接元件(4)由此将轴承(1)固定在轴承架(2)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴承装置(100),其特征在于,所述连接元件(4)被进一步构造成,在轴承(1)与轴承架(2)之间形成有径向间隙(48)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的轴承装置(100),其特征在于,所述连接元件(4)还具有优选环形的、径向突伸部(30),该径向突伸部(30)基本上沿径向朝向第二轴承环(8)延伸,其中,优选在该径向突伸部(30)的面向第二轴承环(8)的侧面设有密封轮廓,尤其是密封唇(38)。
4.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的轴承装置(100),其特征在于,所述第二径向突起(28)设计成离散的突起元件(4-12),其中,优选第二突起(28)设计为弹性元件和/或卡扣元件。
5.根据权利要求1至4之一所述的轴承装置(100),其特征在于,第一槽(24)具有底切(34),第一突起(26)优选借助形状互补的突凸鼻构型部(36)嵌入该底切(34)中。
6.根据权利要求1至5之一所述的轴承装置(100),其特征在于,所述轴承架(2)在其环周上具有一个或多个凹缺(32),所述第二突起(28)嵌入所述凹缺中。
7.根据权利要求1至6之一所述的轴承装置(100),其特征在于,所述连接元件(4)具有至少一个第一连接元件部分(4-1)和至少一个第二连接元件部分(4-2),其中,第一连接元件部分(4-1)具有所述第二径向突起(28)并构造为将轴承(1)固定在轴承架(2)上的固持元件(4-1),所述第二连接元件部分(4-2)具有第一径向突伸部(30)并被构造为用于密封轴承(1)的密封元件(4-2)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的轴承装置(100),其特征在于,所述密封元件(4-2)密封性地从第一轴承环(6)延伸到第二轴承环(8),其中,至少在所述径向突伸部(30)上的至少面向第二轴承环(8)的侧面构造有密封轮廓(38;40),尤其是密封唇。
9.根据权利要求6至8之一所述的轴承装置(100),其特征在于,所述密封元件(4-2)具有被容纳在第一槽(24)中的第一突起(26),并以所述径向突伸部(30)沿径向从第一槽(24)朝向第二轴承环(8)延伸。
10.根据权利要求6至8之一所述的轴承装置(100),其特征在于,所述固持元件(4-1)具有被容纳在第一槽(24)中的第一突起(26)。
11.根据权利要求1至10之一所述的轴承装置(100),其特征在于,所述轴承(1)还在背离轴承架(2)的侧面(14)上具有与第一槽(24)轴向相隔的第二槽(18),该第二槽(18)容纳沿径向朝向第二轴承环(8)延伸的密封元件(16),该密封元件(16)以密封轮廓(20)贴靠在第二轴承环(8)上实现密封功能。
12.一种用于如前述权利要求之一所述的轴承装置(100)的连接元件(4)。
