Abstract
桡骨远端骨折整复器的技术领域为临床医学骨外科。调整A旋钮使1半环适度旋转,将患者肘部固定于1、2半环之间,使肘部保持90度屈曲位。患手抓住3横杆,用捆绑带固定患手于其上,旋松C、D旋钮,将4、5金属杆从6、7金属管中适度拉出,使手臂保持于水平位并保持一定张力,旋转B旋钮逐渐加大3横杆与8横杆之间的距离,从而加大骨折断端的牵引力度,并从E显示器上读出相应的读数。同时因为9横杆能够旋转,术者能够对骨折断端对位对线、成角折顶,达到骨折复位的目的。本装置还可消毒环境下牵引复位,可用于外固定架手术治疗。
Description
技术领域:临床医学骨外科
背景技术:临床桡骨远端骨折的治疗方法分手术治疗和保守治疗两种,手术治疗多采取切开复位钢板内固定,一年左右骨折端愈合后,再手术取出内固定物。保守治疗是通过相应手法整复骨折断端,使之对位对线、骨折复原后小夹板外固定于患肢前臂及腕部,按时调整夹板松紧度,按期复查,4-6周后拆除小夹板,功能锻炼,直至骨折愈合。手法整复时,由术者(A医师)和助手(B医师)两人,分别固定住患肢手腕部及前臂近肘侧,持续牵引,利用拔伸牵引、折顶回旋等手法达到骨折端对位对线满意,然后绑缚小夹板。但这种手法整复须身强力壮的两人持续牵引,还需另外至少一名助手(C医师)绑缚夹板及缚带,不仅费人费力,而且整复过程中由于用力牵引致医患出汗,术者手部易打滑而致牵引失败;初学手法者握住患肢远折端过紧,可导致骨折远折端鸭嘴样变,导致骨折远近端因厚薄不等不能满意复位;而且很多年轻医师经验不足而致复位满意率低,导致手法复位失败,最后不得不进行手术治疗,给患者带来身体和精神的双重损伤。
发明内容:本发明是由一个有着20年该疾病治疗经验的团体和一位高级机械技师合作完成的。其结构简单,安全便捷,借助本发明一人便可操作,省人省力。该装置简便易学,利于推广,可为骨科初级医师和基层初级医疗单位提供一种形象、客观、易于掌握的桡骨远端整复办法,可为每位患者节省大概3万左右的医疗费用,有效地减轻了患者及医保负担。

具体实施方式:本装置是桡骨远端骨折复位器材,包括低座、固定于底座上的前部手柄部(3,9)和固定于底座上的后部支撑部。底座由U型金属管(6,7)和U型金属杆(4,5)组成。U型金属管(6,7)内径1.7cm,底宽(6,7之间)20cm,臂长35cm,U型金属杆(4)直径1.6cm,底宽(4,5之间)20cm,臂长35cm,金属杆双臂插入金属管内并能够自由滑动,以金属管上的旋钮(C,D)固定。滑动时两底(前后)最短距离40cm,最长距离65cm。固定于底座上的前部手柄部(3)的矩形手柄通过长方形金属板固定于底座上的U型金属杆(4,5)底部,旋转旋钮(B)使金属板带动矩形手柄部(3)远离后部支撑部,并将旋钮的拉力通过拉力传感器(F)显示在显示器(E)上。固定于底座上的后部支撑部,通过四根金属杆将一根长约45cm的金属管(8)与U型金属管(6,7)底部固定在一起,在长金属管(8)上固定两个半圆形金属环(2),相距10cm,金属管内穿入金属杆,金属杆两头分别固定半圆形金属环(1),使之随金属杆(G)转动,并能通过旋钮(A)固定于适当角度。
调整A旋钮使1半环适度旋转,将患者肘部固定于1、2半环之间,使肘部保持90度屈曲位。患手抓住3横杆,用捆绑带固定患手于其上,旋松C、D旋钮,将4、5金属杆从6、7金属管中适度拉出,使手臂保持于水平位并保持一定张力,旋转B旋钮逐渐加大3横杆与8横杆之间的距离,从而加大骨折断端的牵引力度,并从10拉力表上读出相应的读数。同时因为9横杆能够旋转,术者能够对骨折断端对位对线、成角折顶,达到骨折复位的目的。本装置可以透过X射线,透视显示复位好,便可小夹板外固定。本装置还可在消毒环境下牵引复位,用于外固定架手术治疗。

Claims (1)
1.一种桡骨远端骨折复位器材,包括底座、固定于底座上的前部手柄部、固定于底座上的后部支撑部、拉力传感器F、显示器E和长方形金属板;前部手柄部和后部支撑部之间的最短距离为40cm,最长距离65cm;底座由U型金属管和U型金属杆组成,长方形金属板固定于U型金属杆的前侧,U型金属管包括金属管A(6)和金属管B(7),金属管A(6)和金属管B(7)的内径均为1.7cm,金属管A(6)和金属管B(7)之间的距离为20cm,金属管A(6)和金属管B(7)的长度均为35cm,U型金属杆包括金属杆A(4)和金属杆B(5),金属杆A(4)和金属杆B(5)的直径均为1.6cm,金属杆A(4)和金属杆B(5)之间的距离为20cm,金属杆A(4)和金属杆B(5)的长度均为35cm,金属杆A(4)和金属杆B(5)分别插入金属管A(6)和金属管B(7)内并能够自由滑动,金属管A(6)上设有旋钮C,金属管B(7)上设有旋钮D,通过拧紧旋钮C、D使金属管A(6)和金属杆A(4)、金属管B(7)和金属杆B(5)相互固定;前部手柄部包括矩形手柄,矩形手柄包括手握横杆(3)、旋转横杆(9)及位于手握横杆(3)与旋转横杆(9)两侧的两根竖杆,该两根竖杆上分别设有五个通孔,手握横杆(3)和旋转横杆(9)分别插入两根竖杆上对应的通孔内,矩形手柄通过长方形金属板固定于底座的U型金属杆;后部支撑部通过四根金属杆固定于底座的U型金属管,后部支撑部包括长金属管(8)、两个半圆形金属环A(2)、金属杆G及两个半圆形金属环B(1),长金属管(8)的长度为45cm,长金属管(8)上设有旋钮A,两个半圆形金属环A(2)沿长金属管(8)的纵轴固定在长金属管(8)上,两个半圆形金属环A(2)之间的距离为10cm,金属杆G穿过长金属管(8)并可在长金属管(8)内转动,两个半圆形金属环B(1)分别固定于金属杆G的两个端头,且能够随金属杆G转动,通过旋钮A将两个半圆形金属环B(1)固定于适当角度;长方形金属板上设有旋钮B,旋转旋钮B能够使长方形金属板带动矩形手柄远离后部支撑部,旋钮B产生的拉力通过拉力传感器F测量并显示在显示器E上;使用时,调整旋钮A使两个半圆形金属环B(1)适度旋转,将患者肘部固定于半圆形金属环A和半圆形金属环B之间,使肘部保持90度屈曲位,患手抓住手握横杆(3),用捆绑带固定患手于手握横杆(3)上,旋松旋钮C、D,将金属杆A(4)和金属杆B(5)从金属管A(6)和金属管B(7)中适度拉出,使患者前臂保持于水平位并保持一定张力,旋转旋钮B逐渐加大手握横杆(3)与长金属管(8)之间的距离,从而加大骨折断端的牵引力度,旋转旋转横杆(9)对骨折断端对位对线、成角折顶,达到骨折复位的目的。
