Abstract
本发明公开了一种包装纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、制得原料浆;步骤二、取原料浆、槭木漂白浆、剑麻纤维、阻燃剂、防潮剂、滑石粉以及果皮渣混合后加热并搅拌得第一混合浆;取原料浆、槭木漂白浆、剑麻纤维、滑石粉、防霉剂、贝壳粉、果皮渣以及两性聚丙烯酰胺混合后加热搅匀得第二混合浆;步骤三、第一混合浆加热成型得纸芯层,第二混合浆加热成型得纸面层;步骤四、在纸芯层的朝上一面与朝下一面分别粘合纸面层,得到纸板;步骤五、在纸板的表面涂布防水涂料后干燥得到包装纸。本发明通过在包装纸的纸面层与纸芯层中添加果皮渣,使制得的包装纸具有香气,对包装纸的白度有一定的增进效果,提高了包装纸的经济价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料加工领域。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种包装纸的制备方法。
背景技术
包装纸,主要用于包装目的的一类纸的统称。通常具有高的强度和韧性,较高的物理强度及一定的抗水性,能耐压、耐折。其细分纸种很多,各自有不同的性质和用途。包装用纸有牛皮纸、鸡皮纸、纸袋纸、羊皮纸、玻璃纸、中性包装纸、半透明纸、防锈纸、防油纸、食品包装纸等。
根据商品的特点,包装纸具有相应的特殊性能。外包装纸主要为了美化和保护商品,除要求一定物理强度外,还需洁净美观,适于印刷。随着人们生活水平的提高,玩具礼品类也成为人们日常消费的一大类,而人们在选购琳琅满目的玩具礼品时,玩具礼品的包装纸也是影响人们购买的一大因素,精巧漂亮的包装常常会更多的吸引着人们的眼光,但是当人们拿起漂亮的包装纸包裹的礼品时,也常常会闻到包装纸上怪异甚至刺鼻的味道,从而降低人们的购买欲。因此,包装纸上残留的制备过程中的化学成分或添加剂的味道成为包装纸的制备过程中亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是解决至少上述问题,并提供至少后面将说明的优点。
本发明还有一个目的是提供一种包装纸的制备方法,由纸芯层与两个纸面层粘合加工成包装纸,制得纸芯层与纸面层的混合浆中均添加有果皮渣,果皮的清香能覆盖包装纸上残留的制备过程中的化学成分或添加剂的味道,降低了刺激性有机物对人体的损害,进而使包装纸更具欣赏价值与经济价值。
为了实现根据本发明的这些目的和其它优点,提供了一种包装纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、收集废纸并清理,对清理后的废纸进行脱墨,制得原料浆;
步骤二、将1质量份的水果果皮中加入2质量份的水后,混合打浆,过滤得到果皮渣和果皮滤液;
按质量份数计,取70~100质量份的所述原料浆、5~10质量份的槭木漂白浆、1~5质量份的剑麻纤维、3~5质量份的阻燃剂、3~5质量份的防潮剂、3~8质量份的滑石粉以及0.3~0.5质量份的果皮渣混合后得到第一混合物,将所述第一混合物在50~60℃条件下加热并搅拌8~12h得到第一混合浆,加热进行到4~6h时,加入0.1~0.2质量份的所述果皮滤液;
按质量份数计,取40~60质量份的所述原料浆、20~30质量份的槭木漂白浆、10~15质量份的剑麻纤维、3~8质量份的滑石粉、0.3~0.5的质量份的防霉剂、1~2质量份的贝壳粉、0.1~0.2质量份的果皮渣以及0.001~0.01质量份的两性聚丙烯酰胺混合后得到第二混合物,将所述第二混合物在50~60℃下搅拌均匀得到第二混合浆;
所述水果果皮为柠檬皮、柚子皮以及橘子皮按照质量比为1∶2∶1混合而成;
步骤三、将所述第一混合浆注入第一模具中,在140~160℃下加热成型后,脱模烘干得到纸芯层;将所述第二混合浆注入第二模具中,在160~180℃条件下加热成型后,脱模烘干得到与所述纸芯层同样大小的纸面层;
步骤四、在所述纸芯层的朝上一面与朝下一面分别粘合所述纸面层,得到纸板;
步骤五、在所述纸板的表面涂布防水涂料后,在70~80℃条件下干燥1~2h,得到包装纸。
优选的是,所述步骤二中,所述剑麻纤维的制备方法为:按质量份数计,将100质量份剑麻渣粉碎后,将所述剑麻渣在40~50℃下在硫酸溶液中浸泡1~2h,过滤后得到第一滤渣用水冲洗,在所述第一滤渣中加入5质量份水、0.1质量份木聚糖酶和0.1质量份果胶酶,充分搅拌后,再次过滤得到第二滤渣,向所述第二滤渣中加入10质量份水并在50~60℃下边搅拌边加热1~2h后得到溶液,将所述溶液冷却后加入0.05质量份次氯酸钠,0.05质量份双氧水和0.01质量份氢氧化钠,充分搅拌后,加入2质量份质量分数为98%的硫酸,在50~60℃下边搅拌边加热1~2h后,冷却,过滤,在50~60℃下干燥30~45min后得到所述剑麻纤维。
优选的是,所述步骤四中,在所述纸芯层的朝上一面与朝下一面分别粘合纸面层前,将所述纸芯层、两个薄膜层和两个所述纸面层进行粘合得到纸板,其中,所述纸芯层的朝上一面从下到上依次设有一层薄膜层和一层所述纸面层,所述纸芯层的朝下一面从上到下依次设有一层所述薄膜层和一层所述纸面层;
其中,所述薄膜层为PET材质,其与所述纸芯层同样大小,所述薄膜层的厚度为0.15~0.18mm。
优选的是,所述步骤四中,将所述纸芯层、两个薄膜层和两个所述纸面层进行粘合的具体方法为:
采用双辊粘合装置,在所述双辊粘合装置的上辊上布设一层所述纸面层,在所述双辊粘合装置的下辊上布设所述薄膜层,所述薄膜层的朝上一面涂布粘合剂且所述薄膜层的朝上一面不与所述双辊粘合装置的下辊接触,在100~110kN/m的压力下挤压后得到外纸层;
在所述双辊粘合装置的上辊与下辊上对称布设一层所述外纸层,且所述外纸层的靠近所述薄膜层的一面不与上辊或下辊接触,在所述纸芯层的朝上一面与朝下一面分别涂布所述粘合剂,在上辊与下辊的两层所述外纸层中间夹设所述纸芯层,所述纸芯层的朝上一面与朝下一面均涂布有所述粘合剂,在105~115kN/m的压力下挤压后得到纸板,将所述纸板在150~170℃热风干燥至含水量为8~12%。
优选的是,所述步骤一中脱墨采用辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚作为表面活性剂进行洗涤脱墨。
优选的是,所述粘合剂为苯乙烯丙烯酸类胶乳。
优选的是,所述纸板的厚度为3mm。
优选的是,所述步骤五中在70~80℃条件下干燥1~2h后,自然风干1~3天后得到包装纸。
本发明至少包括以下有益效果:
1、本发明的包装纸的制备方法,在纸芯层的朝上一面与朝下一面分别粘合两个同样大小的纸面层,加工得到包装纸,制得纸芯层与纸面层的混合浆中均添加有果皮渣,柠檬皮、柚子皮以及橘子皮中均含有芳香油,具有芳香味道,能覆盖包装纸上残留的制备过程中的化学成分或添加剂的味道,柚子皮、橘子皮等具有的多孔性结构对制纸过程中的有机油类或使用的有机粘合剂有一定的吸附作用,降低了刺激性有机物对人体的损害,同时果皮对包装纸印刷过程中的铜、锌、铅等重金属也有良好的吸附作用,果皮滤液中含有的多种酶类对包装纸的白度有一定的增进效果,使包装纸具有更高的欣赏价值与经济价值。
2、制得纸芯层的第一混合浆以回收的废纸作为主要原料,更加节约资源,绿色环保;添加阻燃剂、防潮剂等助剂使制得的包装纸具有更好的阻燃、防潮等性能;第一混合浆中比制得纸面层中更多的果皮渣的加入能覆盖浆液及助剂的味道,且使得纸芯层中水果清香更持久,使得水果清香缓慢释放,不易消失。第二混合浆由于要制得纸面层,对纸质的色度、着色性等具有更高的要求,因此原料中增加了漂白浆的用量;添加防霉剂等助剂使制得的包装纸纸面具有更好的防霉性能;贝壳粉的加入既增加了纸面的物理强度,使包装纸不易破损,对纸质的色度、着色性等也有较好的作用;原料中少量的两性聚丙烯酰胺,能提高纸张的强度和抗撕性,提高填料、颜料等存留率,以改进视觉和印刷性,对成纸平滑度及两面差有着促进和补偿作用。
3、在纸芯层的朝上一面从下到上依次设置一层薄膜层和一层纸面层,在纸芯层的朝下一面从上到下依次设置一层薄膜层和一层纸面层,PET材质的薄膜层增加了包装纸的强度,透明材质的薄膜层的加入使包装纸呈半透明,可透过半透明的包装纸欣赏到所包装玩具或礼品的大概外观,从而确认玩具或礼品特别是玻璃等易碎材质的物品的无破损,同时半透明的包装纸使玩具或礼品具有了独特的美感。纸芯层的两面均设置有薄膜层,既是增加透明性,更增强了包装纸的无收缩性,使包装纸更平整挺括,具有更好的外观与加工性能。
4、剑麻渣粉碎后,将剑麻渣中加入木聚糖酶和0.1质量份果胶酶,将木聚糖、果胶等溶出,然后加入次氯酸钠和双氧水进行漂白,加入氢氧化钠的碱性环境更利于多余的双氧水分解,然后加入硫酸使剑麻纤维呈酸性,此种方法制得的剑麻纤维作为包装纸的原料之一,使包装纸具有更好的强度与抗撕裂性。
5、采用双辊粘合装置,先将纸面层与涂布粘合剂的薄膜层在高压下挤压粘合得到外纸层,再将两个外纸层与涂布粘合剂的纸芯层在更高的压力下粘合,分两步加工,操作简单,也节省了粘合剂的用量,降低了成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
实施例1
步骤一、收集废纸并清理,采用辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚作为表面活性剂对清理后的废纸进行洗涤脱墨,制得原料浆;
步骤二、将1质量份的水果果皮中加入2质量份的水后,混合打浆,过滤得到果皮渣和果皮滤液,所述水果果皮为柠檬皮、柚子皮以及橘子皮按照质量比为1∶2∶1混合而成;
按质量份数计,取70质量份的所述原料浆、5质量份的槭木漂白浆、1质量份的剑麻纤维、3质量份的阻燃剂、3质量份的防潮剂、3质量份的滑石粉以及0.3质量份的果皮渣混合后得到第一混合物,将所述第一混合物在50℃条件下加热并搅拌8h得到第一混合浆,加热进行到4h时,加入0.1质量份的所述果皮滤液;
按质量份数计,取40质量份的所述原料浆、20质量份的槭木漂白浆、10质量份的剑麻纤维、3质量份的滑石粉、0.3的质量份的防霉剂、1质量份的贝壳粉、0.1质量份的果皮渣以及0.001质量份的两性聚丙烯酰胺混合后得到第二混合物,将所述第二混合物在50℃下搅拌均匀得到第二混合浆;
其中,所述剑麻纤维的制备方法为:按质量份数计,将100质量份剑麻渣粉碎后,将所述剑麻渣在40℃下在硫酸溶液中浸泡1h,过滤后得到第一滤渣用水冲洗,在所述第一滤渣中加入5质量份水、0.1质量份木聚糖酶和0.1质量份果胶酶,充分搅拌后,再次过滤得到第二滤渣,向所述第二滤渣中加入10质量份水并在50℃下边搅拌边加热1h后得到溶液,将所述溶液冷却后加入0.05质量份次氯酸钠,0.05质量份双氧水和0.01质量份氢氧化钠,充分搅拌后,加入2质量份质量分数为98%的硫酸,在50℃下边搅拌边加热1h后,冷却,过滤,在50℃下干燥30min后得到所述剑麻纤维。
步骤三、将所述第一混合浆注入第一模具中,在140℃下加热成型后,脱模烘干得到纸芯层;将所述第二混合浆注入第二模具中,在160℃条件下加热成型后,脱模烘干得到与所述纸芯层同样大小的纸面层;
步骤四、采用双辊粘合装置,在所述双辊粘合装置的上辊上布设一层所述纸面层,在所述双辊粘合装置的下辊上布设所述薄膜层,所述薄膜层的朝上一面涂布有粘合剂且所述薄膜层的朝上一面不与所述双辊粘合装置的下辊接触,在100kN/m的压力下挤压后得到外纸层;
在所述双辊粘合装置的上辊与下辊上对称布设一层所述外纸层,且所述外纸层的靠近所述薄膜层的一面不与上辊或下辊接触,在所述纸芯层的朝上一面与朝下一面分别涂布所述粘合剂,在上辊与下辊的两层所述外纸层中间夹设所述纸芯层,所述纸芯层的朝上一面与朝下一面均涂布有所述粘合剂,在105kN/m的压力下挤压后得到厚度为3mm的纸板,将所述纸板在150℃热风干燥至含水量为8%。
其中,所述薄膜层为PET材质,其与所述纸芯层同样大小,所述薄膜层的厚度为0.15mm。
所述粘合剂为苯乙烯丙烯酸类胶乳。
步骤五、在所述纸板的表面涂布防水涂料后,在70℃条件下干燥1h,自然风干1天后得到包装纸。
实施例2
步骤一、收集废纸并清理,采用辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚作为表面活性剂对清理后的废纸进行洗涤脱墨,制得原料浆;
步骤二、将1质量份的水果果皮中加入2质量份的水后,混合打浆,过滤得到果皮渣和果皮滤液,所述水果果皮为柠檬皮、柚子皮以及橘子皮按照质量比为1∶2∶1混合而成;
按质量份数计,取100质量份的所述原料浆、10质量份的槭木漂白浆、5质量份的剑麻纤维、5质量份的阻燃剂、5质量份的防潮剂、8质量份的滑石粉以及0.5质量份的果皮渣混合后得到第一混合物,将所述第一混合物在60℃条件下加热并搅拌12h得到第一混合浆,加热进行到6h时,加入0.2质量份的所述果皮滤液;
按质量份数计,取60质量份的所述原料浆、30质量份的槭木漂白浆、15质量份的剑麻纤维、8质量份的滑石粉、0.5的质量份的防霉剂、2质量份的贝壳粉、0.2质量份的果皮渣以及0.01质量份的两性聚丙烯酰胺混合后得到第二混合物,将所述第二混合物在60℃下搅拌均匀得到第二混合浆;
其中,所述剑麻纤维的制备方法为:按质量份数计,将100质量份剑麻渣粉碎后,将所述剑麻渣在50℃下在硫酸溶液中浸泡2h,过滤后得到第一滤渣用水冲洗,在所述第一滤渣中加入5质量份水、0.1质量份木聚糖酶和0.1质量份果胶酶,充分搅拌后,再次过滤得到第二滤渣,向所述第二滤渣中加入10质量份水并在60℃下边搅拌边加热2h后得到溶液,将所述溶液冷却后加入0.05质量份次氯酸钠,0.05质量份双氧水和0.01质量份氢氧化钠,充分搅拌后,加入2质量份质量分数为98%的硫酸,在60℃下边搅拌边加热2h后,冷却,过滤,在60℃下干燥45min后得到所述剑麻纤维。
步骤三、将所述第一混合浆注入第一模具中,在160℃下加热成型后,脱模烘干得到纸芯层;将所述第二混合浆注入第二模具中,在180℃条件下加热成型后,脱模烘干得到与所述纸芯层同样大小的纸面层;
步骤四、采用双辊粘合装置,在所述双辊粘合装置的上辊上布设一层所述纸面层,在所述双辊粘合装置的下辊上布设所述薄膜层,所述薄膜层的朝上一面涂布有粘合剂且所述薄膜层的朝上一面不与所述双辊粘合装置的下辊接触,在110kN/m的压力下挤压后得到外纸层;
在所述双辊粘合装置的上辊与下辊上对称布设一层所述外纸层,且所述外纸层的靠近所述薄膜层的一面不与上辊或下辊接触,在所述纸芯层的朝上一面与朝下一面分别涂布所述粘合剂,在上辊与下辊的两层所述外纸层中间夹设所述纸芯层,所述纸芯层的朝上一面与朝下一面均涂布有所述粘合剂,在115kN/m的压力下挤压后得到厚度为3mm的纸板,将所述纸板在170℃热风干燥至含水量为12%。
其中,所述薄膜层为PET材质,其与所述纸芯层同样大小,所述薄膜层的厚度为0.18mm。
所述粘合剂为苯乙烯丙烯酸类胶乳。
步骤五、在所述纸板的表面涂布防水涂料后,在80℃条件下干燥2h,自然风干3天后得到包装纸。
实施例3
步骤一、收集废纸并清理,采用辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚作为表面活性剂对清理后的废纸进行洗涤脱墨,制得原料浆;
步骤二、将1质量份的水果果皮中加入2质量份的水后,混合打浆,过滤得到果皮渣和果皮滤液,所述水果果皮为柠檬皮、柚子皮以及橘子皮按照质量比为1∶2∶1混合而成;
按质量份数计,取80质量份的所述原料浆、8质量份的槭木漂白浆、3质量份的剑麻纤维、4质量份的阻燃剂、4质量份的防潮剂、5质量份的滑石粉以及0.4质量份的果皮渣混合后得到第一混合物,将所述第一混合物在55℃条件下加热并搅拌10h得到第一混合浆,加热进行到5h时,加入0.1质量份的所述果皮滤液;
按质量份数计,取50质量份的所述原料浆、25质量份的槭木漂白浆、12质量份的剑麻纤维、5质量份的滑石粉、0.4的质量份的防霉剂、2质量份的贝壳粉、0.1质量份的果皮渣以及0.005质量份的两性聚丙烯酰胺混合后得到第二混合物,将所述第二混合物在55℃下搅拌均匀得到第二混合浆;
其中,所述剑麻纤维的制备方法为:按质量份数计,将100质量份剑麻渣粉碎后,将所述剑麻渣在45℃下在硫酸溶液中浸泡1.5h,过滤后得到第一滤渣用水冲洗,在所述第一滤渣中加入5质量份水、0.1质量份木聚糖酶和0.1质量份果胶酶,充分搅拌后,再次过滤得到第二滤渣,向所述第二滤渣中加入10质量份水并在55℃下边搅拌边加热1.5h后得到溶液,将所述溶液冷却后加入0.05质量份次氯酸钠,0.05质量份双氧水和0.01质量份氢氧化钠,充分搅拌后,加入2质量份质量分数为98%的硫酸,在55℃下边搅拌边加热1.5h后,冷却,过滤,在55℃下干燥40min后得到所述剑麻纤维。
步骤三、将所述第一混合浆注入第一模具中,在150℃下加热成型后,脱模烘干得到纸芯层;将所述第二混合浆注入第二模具中,在170℃条件下加热成型后,脱模烘干得到与所述纸芯层同样大小的纸面层;
步骤四、采用双辊粘合装置,在所述双辊粘合装置的上辊上布设一层所述纸面层,在所述双辊粘合装置的下辊上布设所述薄膜层,所述薄膜层的朝上一面涂布有粘合剂且所述薄膜层的朝上一面不与所述双辊粘合装置的下辊接触,在105kN/m的压力下挤压后得到外纸层;
在所述双辊粘合装置的上辊与下辊上对称布设一层所述外纸层,且所述外纸层的靠近所述薄膜层的一面不与上辊或下辊接触,在所述纸芯层的朝上一面与朝下一面分别涂布所述粘合剂,在上辊与下辊的两层所述外纸层中间夹设所述纸芯层,所述纸芯层的朝上一面与朝下一面均涂布有所述粘合剂,在110kN/m的压力下挤压后得到厚度为3mm的纸板,将所述纸板在160℃热风干燥至含水量为10%。
其中,所述薄膜层为PET材质,其与所述纸芯层同样大小,所述薄膜层的厚度为0.16mm。
所述粘合剂为苯乙烯丙烯酸类胶乳。
步骤五、在所述纸板的表面涂布防水涂料后,在75℃条件下干燥1.5h,自然风干2天后得到包装纸。
为了说明本发明的效果,发明人将按照本发明的实施例3的包装纸的制备方法制得的包装纸作为1组,将第一混合浆与第二混合浆中不加入果皮渣,也不加入果皮滤液,同时不加入薄膜层,不加入剑麻果胶,其余与实施例3的包装纸的制备方法相同,制得的包装纸作为2组,对1组与2组的包装纸测得物性参数如下:

本发明的实施例3的包装纸的制备方法制得的包装纸的1组与2组对比,由于第一混合浆与第二混合浆中加入果皮渣,使包装纸具有水果香气,果皮滤液的加入,增进了包装纸的白度,剑麻果胶的加入使包装纸具有更好的抗张强度与抗撕裂性,加入薄膜层进一步增加了抗张强度,同时使包装纸具有半透明性更加美观。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的实施例。
Claims (8)
1.一种包装纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、收集废纸并清理,对清理后的废纸进行脱墨,制得原料浆;
步骤二、将1质量份的水果果皮中加入2质量份的水后,混合打浆,过滤得到果皮渣和果皮滤液;
按质量份数计,取70~100质量份的所述原料浆、5~10质量份的槭木漂白浆、1~5质量份的剑麻纤维、3~5质量份的阻燃剂、3~5质量份的防潮剂、3~8质量份的滑石粉以及0.3~0.5质量份的果皮渣混合后得到第一混合物,将所述第一混合物在50~60℃条件下加热并搅拌8~12h得到第一混合浆,加热进行到4~6h时,加入0.1~0.2质量份的所述果皮滤液;
按质量份数计,取40~60质量份的所述原料浆、20~30质量份的槭木漂白浆、10~15质量份的剑麻纤维、3~8质量份的滑石粉、0.3~0.5的质量份的防霉剂、1~2质量份的贝壳粉、0.1~0.2质量份的果皮渣以及0.001~0.01质量份的两性聚丙烯酰胺混合后得到第二混合物,将所述第二混合物在50~60℃下搅拌均匀得到第二混合浆;

步骤四、在所述纸芯层的朝上一面与朝下一面分别粘合所述纸面层,得到纸板;
步骤五、在所述纸板的表面涂布防水涂料后,在70~80℃条件下干燥1~2h,得到包装纸。
2.如权利要求1所述的包装纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤二中,所述剑麻纤维的制备方法为:按质量份数计,将100质量份剑麻渣粉碎后,将所述剑麻渣在40~50℃下在硫酸溶液中浸泡1~2h,过滤后得到第一滤渣用水冲洗,在所述第一滤渣中加入5质量份水、0.1质量份木聚糖酶和0.1质量份果胶酶,充分搅拌后,再次过滤得到第二滤渣,向所述第二滤渣中加入10质量份水并在50~60℃下边搅拌边加热1~2h后得到溶液,将所述溶液冷却后加入0.05质量份次氯酸钠,0.05质量份双氧水和0.01质量份氢氧化钠,充分搅拌后,加入2质量份质量分数为98%的硫酸,在50~60℃下边搅拌边加热1~2h后,冷却,过滤,在50~60℃下干燥30~45min后得到所述剑麻纤维。
3.如权利要求2所述的包装纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤四中,在所述纸芯层的朝上一面与朝下一面分别粘合纸面层前,将所述纸芯层、两个薄膜层和两个所述纸面层进行粘合得到纸板,其中,所述纸芯层的朝上一面从下到上依次设有一层薄膜层和一层所述纸面层,所述纸芯层的朝下一面从上到下依次设有一层所述薄膜层和一层所述纸面层;
其中,所述薄膜层为PET材质,其与所述纸芯层同样大小,所述薄膜层的厚度为0.15~0.18mm。
4.如权利要求3所述的包装纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤四中,将所述纸芯层、两个薄膜层和两个所述纸面层进行粘合的具体方法为:
采用双辊粘合装置,在所述双辊粘合装置的上辊上布设一层所述纸面层,在所述双辊粘合装置的下辊上布设所述薄膜层,所述薄膜层的朝上一面涂布粘合剂且所述薄膜层的朝上一面不与所述双辊粘合装置的下辊接触,在100~110kN/m的压力下挤压后得到外纸层;
在所述双辊粘合装置的上辊与下辊上对称布设一层所述外纸层,且所述外纸层的靠近所述薄膜层的一面不与上辊或下辊接触,在所述纸芯层的朝上一面与朝下一面分别涂布所述粘合剂,在上辊与下辊的两层所述外纸层中间夹设所述纸芯层,所述纸芯层的朝上一面与朝下一面均涂布有所述粘合剂,在105~115kN/m的压力下挤压后得到纸板,将所述纸板在150~170℃热风干燥至含水量为8~12%。
5.如权利要求4所述的包装纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一中脱墨采用辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚作为表面活性剂进行洗涤脱墨。
6.如权利要求5所述的包装纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述粘合剂为苯乙烯丙烯酸类胶乳。
7.如权利要求6所述的包装纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述纸板的厚度为3mm。
8.如权利要求7所述的包装纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤五中在70~80℃条件下干燥1~2h后,自然风干1~3天后得到包装纸。
