Abstract

本发明具体涉及一种用于轴承的防蚀剂及其制备方法,属于金属表面处理技术领域。该用于轴承的防蚀剂包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:石油润滑油75‑88份、植酸0.5‑1份、皂基稠化剂8‑20份、马来酸树脂1‑2份、石墨0.5‑1.5份、铅粉0.2‑1份、甘油1‑5份、水1‑5份。该用于轴承的防蚀剂具有耐腐蚀性强、润滑效果好的优点,且制备方法简便,适于大规模生产。

技术领域
本发明属于金属表面处理技术领域,具体涉及用于轴承的防蚀剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
金属型材或设备由于长期与空气及空气中的水分接触,表面极易被氧化形成锈渍,另外金属加工过程中也难免会沾染油污,以及设备维护修理过程中也会接触煤油或汽油等,这些均会导致金属型材及设备的腐蚀、老化,降低使用寿命。轴承(Bearing)是当代机械设备中一种重要零部件,它的主要功能是支撑机械旋转体,降低其运动过程中的摩擦系数,并保证其回转精度。因此,轴承的防止腐蚀工作显得尤为重要。
现有的防蚀剂一般为在金属表面氧化形成致密氧化膜,从而隔离空气与水分减缓腐蚀,或是在表面涂抹润滑脂,起到填充空隙和防锈的作用。但是氧化形成致密氧化膜的试剂组分一般为强酸或是后处理比较麻烦,而润滑脂防蚀效果欠佳,因此,本发明旨在研发一种防腐蚀效果更好的适用于轴承的润滑脂防蚀剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种用于轴承的防蚀剂及其制备方法,该防蚀剂属于润滑脂类,相对钝化剂较温润,且兼具防腐蚀性能好及润滑性能好的优点。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
用于轴承的防蚀剂,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:石油润滑油75-88份、植酸0.5-1份、皂基稠化剂8-20份、马来酸树脂1-2份、石墨0.5-1.5份、铅粉0.2-1份、甘油1-5份、水1-5份。
以上所述的用于轴承的防蚀剂,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:石油润滑油82份、植酸0.7份、皂基稠化剂15份、马来酸树脂2份、石墨1份、铅粉0.6份、甘油3份、水3份。
进一步,其中所述石油润滑油选用中粘度指数或高粘度指数,所述皂基稠化剂为钙钠基脂。
以上所述的用于轴承的防蚀剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)先将石油润滑油与皂基稠化剂混合搅拌均匀,过程中加入部分甘油和水,得混合物A;
(2)将石墨和铅粉混合,加入球磨机中研磨至400目,加入混合物A中继续搅拌,得混合物B;
(3)向混合物B中加入植酸、马来酸树脂以及剩余的甘油和水,搅拌至均一的油脂状半固体,即得所述用于轴承的防蚀剂。
进一步,所述步骤(3)中所用植酸的质量浓度为1%。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的防蚀剂属于润滑脂类,相对钝化剂较温润,且兼具防腐蚀性能好及润滑性能好的优点;本发明制备方法简便,对设备要求低,适合大规模生产。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述,但不应理解为对本发明的限制。本发明中使用的原料若无特别说明,均可通过市购获得。
实施例1
用于轴承的防蚀剂,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:石油润滑油75份、植酸0.5份、皂基稠化剂8份、马来酸树脂1份、石墨0.5份、铅粉0.2份、甘油1份、水1份,其中所述石油润滑油选用中粘度指数,所述皂基稠化剂为钙基脂。
以上所述的用于轴承的防蚀剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)先将石油润滑油与皂基稠化剂混合搅拌均匀,过程中加入部分甘油和水,得混合物A;
(2)将石墨和铅粉混合,加入球磨机中研磨至400目,加入混合物A中继续搅拌,得混合物B;
(3)向混合物B中加入植酸、马来酸树脂以及剩余的甘油和水,搅拌至均一的油脂状半固体,即得所述用于轴承的防蚀剂,其中植酸的质量浓度为1%。实施例2
用于轴承的防蚀剂,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:石油润滑油78份、植酸0.6份、皂基稠化剂12份、马来酸树脂1.5份、石墨1份、铅粉0.4份、甘油2份、水3份,其中所述石油润滑油选用高粘度指数,所述皂基稠化剂为钙钠基脂。
以上所述的用于轴承的防蚀剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)先将石油润滑油与皂基稠化剂混合搅拌均匀,过程中加入部分甘油和水,得混合物A;
(2)将石墨和铅粉混合,加入球磨机中研磨至400目,加入混合物A中继续搅拌,得混合物B;
(3)向混合物B中加入植酸、马来酸树脂以及剩余的甘油和水,搅拌至均一的油脂状半固体,即得所述用于轴承的防蚀剂,其中植酸的质量浓度为1%。
实施例3

用于轴承的防蚀剂,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:石油润滑油85份、植酸0.8份、皂基稠化剂17份、马来酸树脂2份、石墨1份、铅粉0.8份、甘油3份、水2份,其中所述石油润滑油选用高粘度指数,所述皂基稠化剂为钙钠基脂。
以上所述的用于轴承的防蚀剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)先将石油润滑油与皂基稠化剂混合搅拌均匀,过程中加入部分甘油和水,得混合物A;
(2)将石墨和铅粉混合,加入球磨机中研磨至400目,加入混合物A中继续搅拌,得混合物B;
(3)向混合物B中加入植酸、马来酸树脂以及剩余的甘油和水,搅拌至均一的油脂状半固体,即得所述用于轴承的防蚀剂,其中植酸的质量浓度为1%。
实施例5
用于轴承的防蚀剂,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:石油润滑油88份、植酸1份、皂基稠化剂20份、马来酸树脂2份、石墨1.5份、铅粉1份、甘油5份、水5份,其中所述石油润滑油选用中粘度指数,所述皂基稠化剂为钠基脂。
以上所述的用于轴承的防蚀剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)先将石油润滑油与皂基稠化剂混合搅拌均匀,过程中加入部分甘油和水,得混合物A;
(2)将石墨和铅粉混合,加入球磨机中研磨至400目,加入混合物A中继续搅拌,得混合物B;
(3)向混合物B中加入植酸、马来酸树脂以及剩余的甘油和水,搅拌至均一的油脂状半固体,即得所述用于轴承的防蚀剂,其中植酸的质量浓度为1%。
性能测试
对本发明实施例1~5所得产品进行性能测试,其中对照例为市售普通润滑脂,结果如下表:

注:上表中的各项百分数表示经72小时试验后的腐蚀面积百分数。
其中,中性盐雾试验:将涂抹防蚀剂的轴承按照GB/T 10125-1997进行中性盐雾试验,以表面白蚀面积评价钝化膜的耐蚀性能。
耐黑变试验:将涂抹防蚀剂的轴承置于恒温恒湿箱内,在70℃×80%相对湿度条件下进行耐黑变试验,待测样置于湿热试验箱中的自动旋转架上,自动旋转架按相同的间隔时间进行正转和反转。
由上表可见,本发明所得防蚀剂防腐蚀性能优于市售普通润滑脂,适用于轴承,其中实施例3效果最佳。

Claims (5)

1.用于轴承的防蚀剂,其特征在于,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:石油润滑油75-88份、植酸0.5-1份、皂基稠化剂8-20份、马来酸树脂1-2份、石墨0.5-1.5份、铅粉0.2-1份、甘油1-5份、水1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于轴承的防蚀剂,其特征在于,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:石油润滑油82份、植酸0.7份、皂基稠化剂15份、马来酸树脂2份、石墨1份、铅粉0.6份、甘油3份、水3份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于轴承的防蚀剂,其特征在于,所述石油润滑油选用中粘度指数或高粘度指数,所述皂基稠化剂为钙钠基脂。
4.权利要求1或2所述的用于轴承的防蚀剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)先将石油润滑油与皂基稠化剂混合搅拌均匀,过程中加入部分甘油和水,得混合物A;
(2)将石墨和铅粉混合,加入球磨机中研磨至400目,加入混合物A中继续搅拌,得混合物B;
(3)向混合物B中加入植酸、马来酸树脂以及剩余的甘油和水,搅拌至均一的油脂状半固体,即得所述用于轴承的防蚀剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于轴承的防蚀剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中所用植酸的质量浓度为1%。
