本发明公开了一种高密度板保温涂料,它包括的组成原料按照重量份为:有机硅树脂60重量份、三聚氰胺树脂25重量份、有机溶剂15‑25重量份、金刚砂8重量份、氯化镁10重量份、碳酸钙粉10重量份、分散胶粉10重量份、发泡剂1‑3份、玻化微珠5‑9重量份、石英砂1‑5重量份、高保水性树脂聚乙烯醇15重量份、分散剂7重量份、碳纤维3重量份、异丙醇1‑10重量份、凹凸棒石粉料5‑15重量份、氯化石蜡2‑8重量份、表面活性剂4‑10重量份、增白剂2‑6重量份、纳米二氧化硅6‑12重量份、粘合剂6‑12重量份。本发明的涂料各方面性能显著,如:具备较高的耐高温、防火、防滑、防水、吸潮、耐磨、抗氧化以及抗腐蚀等性能,尤其是保温性能显著提高,适用于大范围推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种高密度板保温涂料。
背景技术
涂料,在中国传统名称为油漆。所谓涂料是涂覆在被保护或被装饰的物体表面,并能与被涂物形成牢固附着的连续薄膜,通常是以树脂、或油、或乳液为主,添加或不添加颜料、填料,添加相应助剂,用有机溶剂或水配制而成的粘稠液体。中国涂料界比较权威的《涂料工艺》一书是这样定义的:涂料是一种材料,这种材料可以用不同的施工工艺涂覆在物件表面,形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度、连续的固态薄膜。这样形成的膜通称涂膜,又称漆膜或涂层。
涂料一般由四种基本成分:成膜物质(树脂)、颜料(包括体质颜料)、溶剂和添加剂。
现有技术中的涂料性能不够稳定,尤其是涂料的保温性能不高。

为克服上述不足,本发明提供一种高密度板保温涂料。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种高密度板保温涂料,它包括的组成原料按照重量份为:有机硅树脂60重量份、三聚氰胺树脂25重量份、有机溶剂15-25重量份、金刚砂8重量份、氯化镁10重量份、碳酸钙粉10重量份、分散胶粉10重量份、发泡剂1-3份、玻化微珠5-9重量份、石英砂1-5重量份、高保水性树脂聚乙烯醇15重量份、分散剂7重量份、碳纤维3重量份、异丙醇1-10重量份、凹凸棒石粉料5-15重量份、氯化石蜡2-8重量份、表面活性剂4-10重量份、增白剂2-6重量份、纳米二氧化硅6-12重量份、粘合剂6-12重量份。

综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明提供一种高密度板保温涂料,组分配制合理,专门针对高密度板研制,该涂料各方面性能显著,如:具备较高的耐高温、防火、防滑、防水、吸潮、耐磨、抗氧化以及抗腐蚀等性能,尤其是保温性能显著提高,适用于大范围推广。
